Good place with good prices. Staff is friendly. They have convenient carts to use. They keep it pretty clean. I recommend this place to store your stuff. There is a guy who plays the drums in his unit which is entertaining for about 30 seconds haha.

Installation inside the building is huge. Very sizey! Cool a/c, but only for the building. Outdoor storage unit are cheaper, but have no insulation from the temperature. You get what you pay for.

Climate control?????? I went into my friends unit yesterday and it was not cool in there at all. Im hoping they get that in order along with the bugs I saw several living and dead in and out of the storage unit

Over the course of three different days (8/1, 8/2, and 8/8) I’ve had the best customer service experiences at Eden Way Storage compared to any other business I’ve worked with. The first day I went only for price checks and got great advice on unit sizes for my needs, solid pricing information on all options, and details on the agreement—all with a constant upbeat happy attitude and wanting to help me in any way possible. The second day was exactly the same as I signed through all the paperwork and talked about what I might need, again with constant positivity and wanting to be helpful. The third day I went in just to tell whoever was there about my experience and she had the same happiness and customer service attitude. And every single time, without fail, I was offered a bottle of water. I haven’t had such consistent, high end customer service experiences in years and just have to leave a review on it. Facility is super clean, easy to use, and the truck rental with the discounted first month rate that’s being offered outclasses all of their competition.Store your stuff here—anywhere else is a waste of your time.

Very very rude office manager (Dawn). Seriously is just obnoxious. Talks to you like you said something smart and shes defending herself and the company. Seriously has a bad attitude problem and should be in no position to represent a company.Ps. I am not a customer nor will I ever be after witnessing this MANAGER talk to her customer the way she did, in front of another employee at that, so shes very comfortable behaving this way. There were 2 other families moving in this day and thought the behavior was completely unacceptable or unwarranted.

This is my first time using Eden Way Storage but I definitely recommend them. The associates were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and gave a great tour. It is great to be able to use their moving truck as well with no additional charge. That was a great cost-saving help. Very clean, secure and lit. 2 thumbs up

I have rented a climate controlled storage space at Eden Way Storage for over 15 years. The property is always clean and trash free. The ladies working at the reception desk are kind and helpful. Especially, Natalie. I could not be happier.

Stored my items for a little over a year here. Never had any issues, and the staff were great. At one point, I changed my credit card which was used for the payment and forgot to apply that online. I was notified by email immediately that I was a day late, and then I made the necessary change and there were no repercussions, which is always nice. They are informative of days they will close early or will not open, and are also informative in the event of hurricane closure.

This is my 3rd time around renting a unit from Eden Way Storage. They are simply the best! Easy access to your unit and friendly staff. I definitely would recommend to anyone in the area to get a unit from here.

Very pleasant experience all around. Its a clean, well cared-for facility. Our truck driver was able to pull his big rig right up to the unit so unloading was a breeze. A free truck, as well as hand carts are available to assist. The staff has been helpful as well. Id recommend this facility to anyone.

My fiance just got back from deployment and we kept his car in storage. When we picked it up everything is as we left it. Great service and very nice staff. They are very military friendly and so accommodating.

I went into the facility to get a price quote and availability. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the office and the grounds. The security with the cameras, fencing and codes is amazing. The young lady in the office was very willing to show me a few different sized units, she was very polite, professional and answered all my questions. I do not need storage until the first of the year but I definitely will be renting with Eden Way Storage Center.

Needed a place to store home furnishings between temporary housing and getting our new house built. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to see the unit before hand. Plus the area is secure and clean. I chose Eden Way because of the climate controlled units, location, and price. Plus who doesnt like a free truck rental to help move.

Great customer service, location, prices. Easy to get in there buildings and they provide carts in order to help with moving items. My only personal reason why I did not mark 5 stars is because I wish I had access at all hours because of my work schedule.

Eden Way Storage is one of the best storage facilities in the area. They are very clean and the climate controlled storage is wonderful. The fact that they have a moving truck you can use for FREE when moving in is a blessing, and the $1 first months rent is another added bonus. The security is great and the storage units are well lit. I feel safe at all times when I am there.

Bad experience using their storage service. Not accommodating and the staff was VERY rude. Be aware - they will allow use of their truck to bring items to be stored but you cant even rent it from them for an hour when removing your stuff. Also, they would not allow us to drop a pod at their location to load for a move, even if we were their waiting on it! None of this was disclosed up front and they put us in a real bind when trying to move our daughter. There is more.... but that should be enough.UPDATE: December 20th 2018. I got a notice from Google that “the owner” responded to my comments. The comment from the owner in part says ”...we are glad we were able to discuss this with you and get things taken care of...”. This is an absolute lie! They have not made contact with me in any way (phone, email, text, etc.) and nothing has been taken care of. These people are obviously trying to make this look like it was taken care of so their Google review looks good. This is so blatantly dishonest, I felt compelled to make it known, but I am not surprised.

I am very pleased with Eden Way Storage. I had previously rented a storage unit from them 2 years ago. I find myself needing them again. They are by far the best storage facility around. My furniture and belongings were good as new after being stored for a year. Frances and Chelsea were extremely friendly and helpful and I have already recommended a co-worker to them.

I appreciate that they offer auto pay, free usage of their movie truck at move in, $1/first months rent if you stay at least 3 months, super convenient location, and more. We arrived in Chesapeake in the afternoon pulling a trailer. Within half an hour we were completely signed up for our much-needed extra storage. Staff was helpful and friendly. The units are clean and climate-controlled. There were carts to help with the heavy items--even a truck was available, if needed. Overall, a great experience.

Dang! Talk about security! Just ask to look at the place with an associate and you will be shocked at how much security there is. Also, they have climate controlled units but thats for humidity control. All the other units have temperature control still. Its a secure well controlled storage place overall.

When looking for a self-storage in Chesapeake, stop here first! I was pleasantly surprised with all the free extras. I didnt need a free truck, but it was nice to have a free lock. Customer service is amazing! They did everything to save me money. Thank you guys!

Needed a storage unit for my entire apartment at short notice a few summers ago. The staff at Eden Way storage in Chesapeake were able to accommodate me that same day for a great price and I was moved in by that evening. I was even able to use the storage center moving truck at no extra cost. Any time I interacted with the staff they were always very friendly and helpful. The units themselves were well priced for the size. The building my unit was in was always clean and always secured so I didnt worry about my belongings. Very large cargo elevators and multiple flat beds and dollies at every entrance made moving items in and out throughout the year quick and easy. I recommend Eden Way to anyone who needs a storage unit and would gladly be a return customer if needed in the future!

This is my 2nd time storing here and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The prices are comparable. The employees are friendly and the facility is very well kept. I think including a trash can outside of each door of the climate controlled building would be a plus. Otherwise, my experience has been great and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe, secure storage facility.

Quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was the 3rd place that I went and the other 2 places acted like I was puting them out for asking. Free truck rental definitely a plus. Dollies and hand carts right at the front door. Couldnt help but feel like I made a good choice when I left there.

I was trying to find a storage unit on a sunday and everyone was closed. I was supposed to have a uhaul storage unit but they canceled my unit. I called Edenway told them what was going on and they told me they had one. The ladies that were working that day were very helpful. I just wish they would pro rate if your not going to be in it very long. If I ever need a storage unit I will be using Eden Way!!!!

Looks like a nice facility. Tempature controlled. They also have carts for you to use to help move your items. The front entrance has a security gate and a large fence all the way around. Location within about 2 miles of highway.

My experience has been good expect for the truck situation. The day I reserved the truck the battery failed. I had to rent a U-Haul and Eden Way Storage reimbursed me $25 mind you the U-Haul was $75. Other than that the storage is secured and clean.

The center is clean, and has numerous options available as far as the size of the storage units. They also have plenty of packing materials available for purchase. I would recommend Eden Way Storage over the other centers in the immediate area.

This place if full of friendly helpful people. From talking g to them on the phone or in person I always feel welcomed. The facility is clean and very well lit. I was pleasently surprised the use of hand carts and dollies available for use to help you move in or move this gs out. I love the climate controlled unit verses the outdoor unit I had before a d it was even cheaper. The location is great. The only improvement I could ask for would be a left turn out of the facility onto Eden way. The U turn is not my favorite. I have rexomended this storage to 4 of my friends already and will continue to for the rest of my friends in need of a storage unit

I chose this location because its in a great location & features good security (i.e., passcode gate & security cameras). One thing they could improve on is sweeping hallway floors leading up to our inside storage unit. Im not sure why its so dusty. Overall though, its a nice storage facility.

The staff was very professional every time I have gone in to see if that was the location I wanted to store my items. I will be gone for a full deployment and wanted to ensure I was keeping my belongings with a trust worthy business. Not only did I get a lock for free she walked me to my unit right away to make sure it was the perfect size unit for me. Being able to drive my vehicle right up to the door for dropping off is a huge plus. VERY SECURE LOCATION!!!!UPDATE for all my military people trying for a storage unit they dont work with our situations!!!!! I was told previously that I would be able to use the truck to move my belonging closer to me moving out of my residence. I wanted to get the storage early to move small things. The female that signed me up and issued me my unit told at that time that since I wasnt moving my bigger items I would still be able to use the truck at a later date. So today I call to set up a date and Francis proceeded to tell me that bc it wasnt within a few weeks of me getting the unit I couldnt use it. Then....she proceeded to call me a liar saying that the female that issued me the place had been there for years and would know better than to say that. Excuse me Francis but this isnt something I would make up or lie about as you tried to indirectly call me a liar. So basically the employees are not on the same page and they do not help people with different situations. I have no choice but to leave my things there bc I leave soon but just know I will make sure no one I know uses your facility.
