There have been additional perks too, like them fully detailing my car before returning it to me, my car has not been this clean in a year! Fantastic work all around. Color is blended well, absolutely no technical issues with door opening (that was where the semi hit, the front door joint). Chefs kiss!

Started with asking for a quote to get my passenger side mirror fixed. Nino (owner) was incredibly helpful in explaining the potential cost and estimated timeline for the part to arrive. The estimate ended up being about 50% cheaper than another body shop that I asked! The job seemed fairly simple for them, so they completed the work in just 30 min. Not only did they fix my mirror, they noticed some long markings on my front bumper, and they took the initiative to get them buffed out without charging me. Highly recommend this place!

My experience with Avondale Collision was by far the best of any auto repairs Ive had to go through in the past. My car needed a new front bumper, grill, and driver side mirror. The shops super friendly owner, Nino, gave me an amazing deal. I got estimates for the repair from several other shops and his was nearly 30% lower than all the others (!!). I can tell from just being in the office that the staff is incredibly professional and knows what theyre doing. Nino kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know when the parts were ordered, when they arrived, and when I could come in to get the parts replaced. When I was ready to go in, the repairs only took about an hour before I was on my way. My 2007 Accord looks brand new again and all the parts feel securely in place. This is the only auto body shop Ive ever felt excited to recommended to someone, haha. Go!

The only issue I have is the time it took to fix my car. The Insurance company told me a week and a half, but the actual time was 29 days. I give 5 stars despite that because from the time of my accident to picking up my car, my customer experience was good. It started with the toll truck driver showing genuine concern about the condition of my car. He was knowledgeable about his business and put me at ease in a tough situation. After getting the car to the bodyshop the guy (sorry didnt get their names) behind the desk handled the paper work and spoke with the Insurance company getting the car situated for repairs.Once I picked up my car, I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. The paint job and exterior repairs were excellent. The repairs underneath so far seemed to be well. My once messy car was cleared and detailed.It was a new car.Despite the time delay, I would still recommend Avondale Collision and repair. Every situation is different. But at the end of the day, they will take care of you.

I went to Nissan to get a SIMPLE thing handled and they tried charging me $160. As I was leaving Nissan I called around to a few body shops & found Avondale, the owner answered and told me he could Fix my car that day. The work done on my vehicle was not only impressive and clean but was also affordable. The final price was actually less than the initial estimate. Anytime they needed to do something that wasnt discussed they called me BEFORE doing anything. The guy at the desk (Rick) was courteous and professional. The owner Nino was polite and walked me through all the repairs that were made. I can confidently say this will be my go to body shop from here on out.

Gotten into a car accident around the area, somehow the tow truck came. My car was towed to Avondale Collision Sunday morning. Monday I went to the body shop for an estimate and grab some useful things from the car. As expected, my car was flipped inside out, glove department stuffs all over the floor, door compartments with useless items all over the floor, couple dollars of dimes and nickels missing from my armrest. Im not saying if the employees searched my car or the tow guy. I had them tow my car to another body shop where Im familiar with the workers. They charged me $545.00 towing fee from accident site to Avondale Collision, then from there to another body shop. My car didnt arrived on Monday, instead it arrived the following day. When the car arrived, the entire middle center piece was pried open, damaging the gearbox housing and the clips that mount the center piece together. The trunk has been messed with again (I know because I grabbed something from the trunk on Monday), this time they opened my trunk compartment to my spare wheel storage, who knows what was missing. BTW I was at the shop when the car arrived, so it could not be the staffs from the new location.Again, there is no solid proof that the damage was done by the employee/staffs. Im also aware that every shop has a sign we are not responsible for any missing items. I could careless about whats missing in the car, because i do not leave anything expensive in the car to begin with, but prying the center piece console damaging the surrounds, that is unacceptable. Whether it is the tow guy or the staffs, the tow truck is affiliated with Avondale collision. If you cant trust your mechanics with couple dollars of spare change, how can you trust them with your car?

Cook County Towing listens to police scanners for car accidents, then flies to the scene by any means necessary. Their gangster drivers will sweet talk you into bringing your car to reputable shop, also known as Avondale Collision. Cook County will then charge Avondale some exorbitant amount of money for their service, which will get passed on to both you and your insurance (insurance wont just eat that $1000 tow, yours and everyone elses rates are going up).I can only imagine based on their means of acquiring business and the numerous fake reviews, the quality of body work is bottom of the barrel.

If there were 10 stars ~ thats what Nino the owner of this body shop deserves because 5 just isnt enough. I apologize in advance for how long it is but this man literally saved me from the hardest experience Ive ever had in a car. On 1/18 I had the worse car accident of my life. I was in complete shock and in alot of pain. Car was not drivable. I had always used the same garage my whole life, had never even heard of Avondale collision but his tow people were literally on the scene within 5 minutes not only offering the free tow to him but consoling me, reassuring me that Im taking care of them and at the garage ~ THEY DID SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST FIX MY CAR! I was hysterical, nonstop tears in fear and pain. My car looked like it was totalled but no ~ everyone from the tow truck drivers to the mechanics to Nino did everything in their power to calm me, reassure me and they handled EVERYTHING. I didnt need to do ANYTHING. He contacted insurance, he got the estimator there TWICE, he got me a rent a car, he got my car back to normal looking absolutely brand new within a short time period and then HE DELIVERED IT TO ME! He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that if Im ever in need, that hes family and hell take care of it. Im a single mom, I dont have alot of money or people around me to help but let me tell you, if youve ever had this experience ~ to know that youve got someone a phone call away thats got you is beyond a stress off my shoulders. Needless to say ~ that garage that Ive been going to my whole life ~ has been replaced by Avondale collision. 10 stars ~ not 5

I cant even give them a * They had my car for 6 weeks Nino made so many false promises. My car was only 5 months old and was involved in accident tow truck brought it there and he didnt work on it for 3 weeks. When they finally did i get my car back with a bolt in a brand new tire the door is not painted on the inside panel and the car still has thumping sounds when I turn left or right. This is the worst most aggravating experience I have ever dealt with. Nino received over 13,000 from insurance company when its all said and done i have to go back to honda and have them repair the car. We will see who will be paying Honda after they fix it???? hmmmm

Best customer service I ever experienced. My car was rear ended by some guy with cheap insurance. The tow truck guy was able to recommend Avondale to get my repairs done and he towed it from the accident to the shop with no charge to me. When I arrived at Avondale Nino asked if I was ok from the accident and helped me to make the insurance claim.Even though my insurance wanted me to the car to a different shop I decided to leave it at Avondale, and I couldnt be happier. The bodywork came out great and my car looks like it never got hit. On top of that Nino did some maintenance work on my car (oil change and brakes)for a decent price.Thank you Avondale you have a customer for life!

Got into a horrible accident on cicero and Milwaukee at 6 corners. Some lady viciously scrapped my car. Called my insurance company and they recommended I take it to Avondale. So they the insurance company had it towed here due to the wheel sticking out. Long story short Al & Rick kept me updated throughtout the entire process. They literally handled the whole insurance process for me. It was an easy drop the keys and pick up upon completion. I received the car in better condition than it was before the accident lollll The car looked brand new and detailed. Probably one of the best and easiest bodyshops I have yet to encounter during my 3 car accidents. P.S. which none were my fault lol
