Im a mechanic and I highly recommend LOGANS AUTO COLLISION for service magnificent work and fair pricing

Wasnt very pleased with my service...I was referred by a friend and I wanted to patron a black owned business but the service was mediocre at best. My service was an insurance claim. Liberty mutual gave an estimate so Logan charged what the company estimated and waived my deductible which was nice. Well, when it came time to get my car they would not provide the credit union that is financing the car with a proper receipt for repair. Brandy the front desk manager kept faxing the estimate from liberty mutual. I made her aware 2 days after dropping off the car that the credit union has the check and will need this info to release payment. They messed around so long that my rental was no longer covered and I had to miss a day of work chasing them around for the receipt of service so the funds could be released and my car. It was exhausting and unnecessary. Now 9 months later the paint is chipping off the doors that they supposedly fixed. Everytime I call no one will answer...never again to say the least !!

Customer service was beyond horrible. I cant comment on the actual workmanship because I never got that far. There were just too many red flags in the initial steps.

Great shop! Had both of my vehicles auto work repaired here one of which was totaled out and it was restored to a brand new finish. Second vehicle work was completed in 2 days! Highly recommended

I’m guessing it’s all family members and friends writing the reviews because this establishment is a no! You try to give black businesses an opportunity because there’s a stigma about black businesses. But this place here takes the cake. This place had my car for almost three months and every time I called for a update there wasn’t one. It was always “oh a week and a half it’ll be ready”. Then I get my car back and it’s still not driveable and of course they wouldn’t even take it back to fix it. If I had known that they were black owned, I would’ve definitely had my car taken elsewhere. The 2 stars I did give was for the paint job.

I crashed my wife truck. It was totaled, undrivable, we both thought it was impossible to fix and that we will never be able to drive it again. I was referred to Logan by a friend and that was the best decision I could’ve ever made. The whole team was very professional and respectful. They worked with me and answered every question and concern I had. I now have the truck back and my God I’m amaze!!!!!!! My wife so happy! God Bless Logan!!!!

I love this place! I had larger dents and scratches on both sides of my car and needed a new headlight. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was ready on Friday! The work was phenomenal! Looks like a brand new car! The prices were reasonable and Isaiah was very professional! Would return & recommend!

Great work and great turn around time

I have been doing business with Logan Auto for almost 15 years. I am always satisfied with their work, price, and the convenience they provide. Just recently, I reached out to them to see if I can have my car towed to their shop first thing in the morning for repairs, and not only was I able to have it towed there, but they were able to repair my car by the end of business day. I highly recommend giving them a chance!

They are liars and very unprofessional.. I got my bumper replaced and my hood realign. They told me it was going to take 3 days to finish the car but it took nearly took 2 weeks to finish. After almost a month my bumpers falling apart!

When they got finished with my car it looked brand new as if I just purchased the car
