I had a great experience with Carrs! I had my interior steam cleaned and detailed and it looked brand new when they were finished. They even went over my seats twice to make sure all the stains were out. Would definitely recommend.

Great People,Bruce was Great took me home cause I didnt realize it was going to take that long for my car but it was my first time there.

I called and made an appointment to get my car washed and vacuumed. I brought my car in and was told the detailing guy was a little behind. No problem at all, because that more than likely means he’s doing a good job. Got my car back and was pleasantly surprised by how clean she was inside and out! Extremely reasonable prices and amazing work! I will be bringing her back to get her detailed next. Y’all are amazing and thank you!

Ceramic coating on a 3 month old SUV. Got scared of the 17yr Cicads eating away the clear coat and paint.....awesome job, 4 yr warranty on the coating.......shines like its brand new. Thanks Carrs for an awesome job.

Awesome detail and custom accessory service. They also do custom wraps, graphics, and stereo and speaker install as well. Stacey, Chrissy are awesome and friendly and bruce is very accommodating when human error does occur (which happens bc no one is perfect and we are human) The whole team does an awesome job ; from the girls up front in sales and customer service, to the installers in back, along with the detail team. Will refer to friends and family first and highly recommend to all.

I had my truck washed, weather tech mud flap installed. The service was fast and friendly. The appointment was started on time. I asked questions about other products I may want to purchace in the furture. Staff did not pressure me to into looking at items I was not interested in or made me feel uncomfortable with my questions.They allowed my service dog to be in back of the shop, the rear staff was where my truck was washed and mud flaps installed were all very helpful and informative.I purchased a large window decal for the back window of my truck. Awaiting on that appointment.The truck was washed perfectly no streaks on the windows, no soapy residue, tires and rims looked great.Would recommend to others.1/24/17. I had service s done today. The wolf decal on the cab of the truck was done by Bruce. He did a flawless job. Also the bug and rock deflector was installed. All items were ordered by Carrs all items seem to fit the truck perfectly. Chrissy does a wonderful job of ordering the right items that fit right the first time, she is friendly and helpful with answering any questions.Im looking at this spring on possible new speakers and detail on my truck. Carrs will be my first choice.

Great they did my car and now I have a new car and will be bringing it to them.

I scheduled a appointment with them to replace a set of headlights they put in a year ago that started geting moisture in them for Friday 3/9 as they were covered under warranty, was called on 3/2 and was told that I missed the appointment, and reschedule for Wednesday 3/7 they call on 3/6 and told me I missed another appointment, (dont know what the problem was, I think someone wrote the appointment down in the wrong spot, ) so a pissing match insued between us, they said I could come get the lights and do the lights myself, but didnt tell me they want 150.00 $ for them .these people are asshats we will take ower business elsewhere. Basically my wife an I were called liers to ower face, Carl said his girls were never wrong, that we were wrong I was with my wife on 2 /28 when the original appointment was made scheduled for 3/9she was on speaker phone so I herd everything, carl can kiss my a-- will never go to this place again . ------10 🌟

DO NOT GET THEM TO WAX OR BUFF A NEW vehicle here. Brought my new 2016 and it is covered in swirl marks. It looks aweful after about a week of the wax coming off. Not to mention I cannot get the white hue off the trim of my box from whefe they buffed plastic. I will try to post a picture so u trust my review.

I have been to this place 2 times now both times for the same thing, over a year between visits. I needed a simple speaker adaptor for my sons car door speakers that we bought him for his birthday. And the second time it was a year later I bought a stereo off of Ebay for myself and I needed the same thing. The guy in the front office was berating me for not buying the speakers from him and having him install them. He said if I bought them from him he would bend over backwards for me. But since I got them from Ebay then I should call Ebay for help. He wouldnt stop going on and on about it.... Totally uncalled for rudeness, not everyone has 200 dollars for a car stereo and another 80$ to have it installed... Another associate apologized to me about it I told him yeah Im used to it I received the same treatment my previous visit, he overheard him going on and on about how you get what you pay for and I hope you learn ect.. I am not sure if that was the owner or not but thats a sad sad way to conduct business and you will never get any more from me.

They put in my remote start. The woman who took my appointment was friendly. It was done before they had told me it would be!
