If i could give more than 5 stars i would. These guys are great. The guts who work here are professional and friendly. They gave me a great deal and even extended my gate time so i had time to move at last minute.

I didnt particularly like it as I didnt think the storage bins were very secure. The ceiling in each storage unit is open and I felt if I were to stack my items to the top of the unit, it would become very easy for anyone in any of the adjacent units to reach over and take what they wanted from my unit. They should put fencing or a ceiling at the top of each unit, like other storage facilities do. After all, you are storing your items to be safe from others. Also, the building does not appear that secure as I was able to walk in from off the street with the option of going anywhere in the building I wanted. There was no one in site for one hour as I waited inside the building for a sales.person. There were no coded security doors that I experienced. I just walked in from off the street and waited for an hour for someone to show up. The only plus point was that the sales rep was very friendly and helpful and appeared to be a hard working person. Plus the place was spiffy new and clean.

The new manager Jordan is professional and goes above and beyond in tens of professionalism to every customer and potential customers alike. I love the way he treats puerile with honesty, fairness, prompt responses to voicemail, messages and in person questions or problems. He called me with reminders of rent and he worked with me when money was not right and he keeps the building cleaner than it used to be kept under prior Managment/ownership! I look normal but I’m severely disabled and he always treats me like I’m normal. It’s one of the best places to go for me when I’m down if he’s there because he doesn’t treat me different and as though I’m an annoyance like most others do because of my traumatic brain injury’s and subsequent disability’s resulting from them both. He even followed federal law and Colorado states revised laws regarding me b being able to take my life saving service dog in with me! I will likely die if I have a seizure-narcolepsy episode and hit my head, which is very likely without Sadie, my service dog, with me! Even after telling employees this info, and with my dog acting perfectly as a service dog should, and paying attention to me I have had three other storage places break the law. They include the storage place on 8th Street by library, earlier Managment here before new ownership and name change, & “public storage” on Tomah rd breaks the law and double locked my husband’s storage unit to punish him even though I RISKed my Life by following their illegal (& immoral) deadly and uncaring demand to tie her off property to get needed items from our storage! I explained she is federal ADA trained to save my life and helps me manage impossible/deadly/depressing symptom’s that are constant and is near me at all times since she’s 1st to know seizures are coming!

We rented a unit here when it was CubeSmart.Our unit was sold to this awful company, who immediately raised rates and the late fee. Were paying 40% higher than our original rate. The quality of the building and premises has also plummeted since this company took over. Well be getting our stuff out as soon as possible, and you should avoid this company at all costs. There are tons of obviously fake employee reviews here to artificially inflate their star rating.

Lady who runs it runs a tight ship. You walk in and it is so clean and warm friendly smiles await you in the office. Young man even held the door for me. Clean units.

I was greeted promptly, warmly and all my questions were answered. I had an opportunity to tour the facility with the Store manager (Chanel). It appeared well maintained, secure and incredibly clean for self storage. Looking forward to a great relationship here.

The GM Chanel has the best customer service in town. I have never had an issue with any homeless nor have my painters. Place is super clean, bathroom is spotless, smells sweet in the building. I found out about this place by winning a storage auction. Moments after I won the auction I received a phone call from one of the staff members Kelly, who was just so friendly and very easy to talk to. I truly was amazed by the customer service. When I went in the office I met with the manager who once again was amazing with her friendliness and politeness. They made the process easy and made my visit welcoming. Recommend Cube Smart for all your storage needs. Branch new facility on East Pikes Peak. Staff is very courteous and helpful and has been very quick to respond anytime I had any questions or needed to reach them. Although I am storing Household Goods there and its quite a bit out of my way, their reasonable rates and the cleanliness of the facility made it worth going out of my way.

What can I say about this place? Utmost professional. Tyler and Chanel have been especially warm and welcoming as I transitioned to my permanent residence. Chanel always has a friendly face, warm coffee, and it smells so good in the office, not stuffy like many places. Rates are good, security is quite well. I see why people come here, and its not just for the deals. They are a great team. Great customer service. Best in the area.

From the beginning, Chanel has been an amazing experience with rearranging my entire life around. Friendly smile, friendly disposition. MY move in was amazing. The first month was free and I just had to come in show my ID and documents of renters insurance and was able to move in same day. Not to mention it was a very fast process and I even had the option to reserve online.My move out was equally amazing. I moved all my things out and was able to call and tell them I moved out instead of coming in. My move out confirmation documents was sent and I didn’t even have to go in office !!Overall good service . Always answered the phone when I called and had very good phone etiquette. If I need a storage unit I’m coming back to this location only !!

General Manager was attentive. Unlike less educated reviewers, I understand that businesses cannot help when being interrupted by outside events, i.e. FEDEX, UPS, USPS. Since I been at cubesmart over a year now. I seen Chanel do her work and help people as much as she can. She is a good person and a loving friend, Im happy that she works so hard at her job she cleans a lot she keeps the place nice she makes sure the papers work filed and if someone loses their keys she cuts the locks for them I have two locks cut because I have lost my key.

This CubeSmart on Pikes Peak and Academy has got to be one of the cleanest nicest storage units I have seen to this day. Customer service representatives in the main office at this location are outstanding not once have I caught them out of the office. There is always somebody there. When I was first inquiring about a storage unit they took out the time to take me around and just show me the place. Showed me several different units and options answered every single question I threw their way I was so impressed I rented a unit. Theres a security gate, security codes in order to get into the place theres cameras everywhere you look including inside as well.the bathrooms are especially clean! I love the fact that I can go in there knowing how clean and shiny it is. We all know those horrible bathrooms in restaurants and in businesses but this one you can safely use. I definitely give this CubeSmart a 5+

I really like this place. Not only were they cheaper than a lot of other places in Colorado Springs, but it is also inside and climate controlled! It really nice being able to load your stuff onto some carts and taking it up the elevator they have and not having to worry about your stuff, even if your out of the country. What’s even better is they have bathrooms that really clean! Awesome staff, awesome place!

The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpfull. The have carts to help move stuff to your unit and loading ramps for both regular and larger size vehicles. Handicapp access ramps front and on side for after hours with key code access. Its nice not storing in an outside unit but they do have those as well. You can store bikes as long as drained and titled/registered etc. Cameras and motion sensitive lights throughout the place makes its nice for the feels. Ride safe Kg

Had an issue with autopay and Chanel helped me feel reassured that it was not an issue with my card, it was due to a system error. She is the one to speak to when an issue comes up and will try to fix things. Great smile.

While the monthly price is high, the customer service alone makes it worth it. They have worked with us on getting the bill caught up and even let us get important documents out despite it being locked. I highly recommend simply because this place is being ran by humans who understand we are humans just doing our best too.

Although I ended up losing my things through no fault of anyone else but my own, I must say Tyler and Chanel tried their best to work with me during an impossible situation. The only thing I have a complaint about is the price of the lock I needed for my unit. I feel like the company took advantage of the fact that there are no other options close by to buy a decent lock at a decent price. I have a storage unit in Phoenix and I think I paid like $8 for the same lock. But overall theyre great, very pleasant and friendly.

I was impressed with the professionalism of your manager that I met with the week before I actually rented a unit, just to get prices and availability. She was very informative and even showed me a unit the size that I needed. When I came in on May 18th to finalize the unit, the young man was very helpful and even helped me take some items up to the unit to store and showed me how to work the lock.

My experience at CubeSmart self storage was great! Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front door by a friendly staff member, Chanel, who in turn walked with me to the office where I also was greeted by Brian. Both staff members were professional and energetic and provided quite a few storage options that were reasonably priced! In addition, I liked the fact that CubeSmart had courtesy rolling carrying carts to use which allowed me to move more items at a time!Being a newly opened facility, you should expect a few minor things that could be improved such as, the ramp entry door being elevated which caused some effort to roll the cart through the entry door. If youre looking for a clean climate controlled storage service with large freight-size elevators and rest rooms on each floor then this is your place for storage!
