One of the nicest storage facilities in Colorado springs by far. Always extremely clean and well maintained tempiture. Christi is the best!! Everytime I am here she is here working hard as well. Whether its cleaning, showing units, accepting deliveries or making sure her Tennants are happy, she never stops moving. These are one of the few pest and mice free indoor units in the springs as well. I would recommend this storage unit over any in the area!

I moved from another storage location in the Springs, and I cant begin to tell you how much more I appreciate being a customer here. The customer service is amazing. Im greeted by my first name almost every day here and I dont think the other place even knew who i was or even really wanted to deal with people in general. Rent here if you are looking for a storage location.Update after a couple of years. Would move to 6 stars if I could. Narissa had hand shoveled after an epic blizzard just so her business clients could get their items to our cars. Always service with a smile. Cant say enough about the upgrade of storing here vs other places in town.

Ill list the only bad thing I have to say up front. I thought the prices seemed a little high. But to be fair, because this facility is a stones throw from my house I didnt shop around. The last time I rented storage was quite some time ago so I am not sure what competing storage facilities are charging. Do your own market research and if they are comparable definitely go here and here is why: The facility is new and super clean. The unit was spotless when I moved my things into it. You can access the facility at almost any hour using a code unique to you. There are cameras covering every inch of the place for your protection. The employees are super friendly and helpful. One of the managers, (Genny?) was very accommodating when I moved out. Overall, a fantastic facility in the Briargate area.

This place rocks for customer service I got a clean inside unit for a great price. The first month was free and I got a free truck rental for 6 hours. Both the assistant manager and manager provided outstanding customer service and answered all of my questions. They even offered bottles of water to my family while we were moving. It is rare to see friendly professional service these days. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Every time we communicated she was knowledgeable and professional and even offered insight into the process. It is a great location, reputable and a safer alternative to other storage facilities. They were very helpful and understanding. As well as friendly. Their facility look very neat and clean. The facility and the storage spaces looked like a safe and fairly secure place. Though maybe a little on the pricey side, but worth it to ensure the great service and safety of your belongings.

We have stored our stuff here for 4 years and there have been no disappointments as of yet. Once we did have a leak into our unit. However, the staff quickly helped us get another unit and helped us move our stuff there the same day.

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever been to. Super clean facility, rental truck on site and anything else you may need. What makes this storage facility over the top... it’s the staff hands down. They are the best and super friendly. We were closing on our house and moving into the storage unit on the same day and running short on time. The front desk lady offered to move the rental truck for us and have us come back after we finished our closing to unload it. It worked out great. We are very happy with our decision to use Life Storage.

This has been the best storage facility I have ever used. The staff is WONDERFUL! They always ask if we want a bottle of water when we are there (not just me but my moving crew as well) the facility is clean, has a bathroom and WiFi.

Uncle Bobs Self Storage has been great. We had to move my dad to a long term care facility and store many large furniture items for my brother to pick up at a later date. We were able to rent the moving truck from the Uncle Bobs facility, dolly included. There are also large flatbed dollies at the storage facility to help get your items to your unit. It is a very clean facility and the people have always been knowledgeable and eager to help. We would definitely recommend Uncle Bobs storage for friendly customer service and safe storage.
