Bought a great custom Harley Davidson motorcycle from them at a great price. They gave me discounts on a few items that I needed. Helped me get my bike started at my girlfriends place when the battery was dead, and repaired the taillight and left blinker free of charge. NOW THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Really good folks at Head Indian. Every time you in the dealership theyre always happy to see you. They have a great service department. Raymond and his crew are top notch technicians. Ive purchased two motorcycles and have loved every experience Ive had. I snuck a few pics in of good times on the bikes. They also have a good selection of used cars.
Had a great experience with Jeremiah and Jermaine, bought a 2022 polaris sportsman 450
Bought a beautiful 2021 Kawasaki Z900rs cafe here and the experience was great. Dealt with Josh and he was very pleasant, factual, and straight forward. Will recommend to friends and family. Good job guys!
Solidly awesome folks. Bought a 2004 bike unseen over the Internet. Had major reservations, but these guys were great. Great deal, great communication, and absolutely great bike. They need to find a new shipper (2 months for delivery), but they’re aware of it and were great at communicating during that time. They seem to be legit motorcycle people intent in making you happy, and I can’t recommend them enough.
Ian and the rest of the gang went above and beyond to make mine and my best friends trade-in/purchase of brand new Indian Motorcycles experience incredible. Their knowledge of the products and the industry in general was very helpful in purchasing our dream bikes. They treat everyone like family from the tire-kickers, to the serious buyers. Will definitely recommend to anyone buying any of the many types of vehicles they offer at Head Motor Co.P.S. -- I did my due diligence by calling 4 different dealers in and around Missouri before I purchased my FTR Rally. Head Motor had the best prices, it was a huge bonus that they were local!
We just bought our new RZR and the service was amazing not pushed into anything very friendly. We definitely recommend a visit if in the market
Just drove from Kansas City to purchase a used Indian Roadmaster from the Head motor Family In Columbia Mo.I use the word family because that’s what I was dealing with. 4 different employees including the owner made sure I got what I was asking for. I was able to make a phone call and send photos of my bike and make a deal over the phone before I made the long drive. I would purchase from these folks again. Simple low pressure and fair prices.
I just bought a 2021 Kawasaki KLX230RS from Ric Dablemont great guy to do business with! I spoke to Ric on the phone Thursday morning and told him I was looking for a trail bike with a shorter seat height. He told me that they just got in a couple of 230’s one of them being the shorter one. He said he could have it put together since it was still in shipping create and I could view it Saturday. I got there Saturday morning and seen it sitting there ready to go took it for a spin and that was enough had to take it home. Everyone at Head Motor Co. Was very nice and generous. I would recommend these guys to anybody!
My salesmen Ian McQueen keep me up to date via text/call through out the order of my defender limited. Great experience at Head Motor Company! Nobody came close to their price on the H10 limited! Thanks to Jason with all the paperwork and warranty stuff. I drove 3hrs, and will b back again!
I have purchased four Indian motorcycles at Head. The reason I purchased four is because the first purchase was nothing short of amazing. I found Head and specifically Eric Meyers at Bike Week Lake of the Ozarks. I was leaving for a work trip to Europe the following day where I would be in five different countries. Eric and I conducted all of our business via Email as I bounced around Europe, this not only included the bike, but several Indian accessories I wanted added to it, which were several. By the time I returned home the bike was ready and all I had to do was hand over a check. Since that time I purchased three more bikes and MANY accessories, clothes, helmets, etc. If they can work a great deal for a guy via email bouncing all over Europe, they will certainly be able to help anyone.
Great customer service!!! Saved a fortune on my new Indian
My RZR had a recall they said they had the parts. I schedule appointment waited the 2 weeks after further review they did not have to have the parts They had to order them it would be another 2 to 3 weeks parts to come in
We found Headmotorco online after searching for a used Polaris Slingshot. The pictures of the Slingshot posted on their website showed a very clean vehicle with low mileage. Being from Alabama, we were a little hesitant about purchasing a used vehicle 700 miles away. After speaking with Brent (from Headmotorco) we felt comfortable enough to make the trip to Missouri to possibly purchase the Slingshot. We had a motorcycle and SxS that we wanted to trade in for the Slingshot. Brent and the owners of Headmotorco worked with us in getting our motorcycle shipped from Alabama to Missouri, and we trailered our SxS to Missouri. We wanted to test drive the Slingshot before we bought it. On the day we drove up, the weather was nice and sunny, but the next day was supposed to be rainy. So, we wanted to get a test drive in before it rained. We drove 10 hours from Alabama and got to the dealership 30 mins before they closed. As soon as we arrived, we were taken to Brent who already had the paperwork ready for us to sign in order to test drive the Slingshot. After a quick test drive we knew we wanted to buy. We got back to the dealership around 6, which is the time they closed. We were fully expecting to have to come back the next day to start the purchasing paperwork. To our surprise, we were asked if we wanted to go ahead and complete the purchase of the Slingshot that evening. We were told they had everything ready for us to sit down and sign. So, we sat down and completed the purchase of the Slingshot. After completing the paperwork and chatting with the people at the dealership, we noticed it was 7:30.. an hour and a half after they were supposed to close. Before we left, we were offered all sorts of gifts.. t-shirts, mugs, jackets, etc. We were walked out by Brent, and once we got outside, he told us that 3 out of the 5 people left that were talking to us were actually the owners of the company. We were taken back.. the people we were taking with were super down to earth and personable. They gave us a bunch of good places to eat at and some fun things to do while there in Columbia. We could not have had a better experience with Headmotorco. I’ve been in the customer service field for nearly 20 years and I know what good customer service looks like. The only thing we wish could be different about this experience is that we wish we lived closer so that we could come back and have our Slingshot serviced by them. If we ever need/want to make another purchase of a motorcycle, SxS, or Slingshot.. we will start our search at Headmotorco. Do yourself a favor, call these guys.. go by and talk with them... get on their website and chat with them.. however you contact them, just do it.. they know how to treat their customers.Thank you Headmotorco for restoring our faith that there are businesses out there that know how to make their customers feel important and valued.
BUY with Confidence.I Bought my 2016 Freightliner van from this dealer to transform into a moto van, shortly after the van had check engine code and a small oil leak.I thought here we go, this is going to be an expensive bill and it was. BUT the Dealer and owner stood by their product and their reputation and they took care of all of it.I will always buy here first, they made a customer for life. I couldnt be happier with my purchase.
I have bought two Indian motorcycles from Head Indian this year. On both occassions, Jeremiah Reed was awesome to work with. My latest bike is an Indian Roadmaster and Jeremiah and Stuart Head went above and beyond to get me into this bike. I couldnt be happier! This is a family run dealership and the atmosphere reflects that in a genuine way. Go get a bike (preferably an Indian) and get it from Jeremiah Reed at Head Indian Motorcycle.
The good- My salesman Jeremiah, great guy and my Indian Scout I bought. The bad- Title was never given to me when my bike was purchased so I had to call and have them mail it to me along with other documents that they forgot to have me sign, not good Im reminding a dealership to help a customer with paperwork I should have. 2nd, the loan. No acct # was given or info on whom to contact. Just called the banks general # for loan instruction a month after purchase and they have no record of loan or who I am, not good. Currently awaiting a call back from Head motor on this. Hopefully all transactions arent handled like this because Im not happy.
Bought a used car from here back in 2015. Ran great. Never a problem. And they were relaxed and easy to work with in the sale. No high pressure. Enjoyed it.
My husband bought his new Indian bike here. He had been wanting to get it for years, but didnt want to spend the money. They let him test drive it and he fell in love! They were wonderful, and had a great military discount. We have bought our helmets, jackets, bags and more here. We love the bike, and my brother in law loved it so much he bought one too! We look forward to be a customer for years to come!
Head Motor Company treated me great when i bought my sxs . Didnt treat me like i was another number. Explained everything throughly. Also gave me a great tratde in price for my jet ski. I highly recommend them if your in the Columbia Mo area.
Fantastic service that doesnt feel like theyre putting on a show just to get your money. They are cool people who happen to be a dealership. Maybe its just that they deal with motorcycles and riders interested in a particular brand do their homework and come in the door looking for something specific but at no time, did I feel like I was getting that slick switch-a-roo. I got exactly what I wanted without that salesperson that smiles and nods and tries to trick you into spending more.
These guys sold me my 18 Scout Bobber over the Summer. The owner himself literally went the extra mile, stopping by my house on his way back from an auction up near MCI/KCI to close the deal and deliver the bike. I hope that jogs some memories of me as a customer because Id want Head Indian to know Ill always appreciate that, and the whole buying experience with Head Indian in general. If I lived in Columbia again (was there for college), I would definitely join these guys on their rides, and would probably feel comfortable hanging around their dealership while service was done, or looking for accessories. Now that level of comfortable at a dealership should say something too about how great these guys are.
Very friendly family business and has great sales people to help anytime with picking out all kinds of awesome rides. Ive always been help right away and not had to wait. They always have some cool rides to sale. They have made me a couple great deals in the past and Ill be back. Where else can you go for all kinds of new and used bikes and also has economical cars to fast sports cars. My kind of place!
Overall one of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had. They helped my wife and I get our new motorcycles and I couldnt be happier with the process! Knowledgeable and friendly staff worked with us to get exactly what we needed, not what they wanted to upsale. Great prices and atmosphere. Answered all our questions and were very patient. Just stop in to take a look at the beautiful motorcycles but be careful you may feel so welcomed and comfortable you might not want to leave without buying something!
Friendly, but not pushy, staff.
Not even worth the words
Bought a vehicle with a fresh inspection that had tail light issues on the way home. And parts needed replaced in the front steering... several hundred dollars worth. Needless to say, they did cover the cost of the repair. But safety inspections are required to protect the costumer and the public that uses the roadway.
Best dealership ever. Love everyone there
I was blessed with the opportunity to purchase my dream bike through this dealership. Josh and the staff went out of their way to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. Friendly, honest atmosphere and great people to work with.
I had a great experience with the company. I was just there looking for a future purchase and ended up getting a great deal on a car that I couldn’t pass up. The staff was very friendly and very helpful when it came to purchase. I appreciate Stuart for taking the time to show my boyfriend and I all the different cars and taking the extra step to make everything go very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thank you again for all you guys did!
I bought a used harley from head motor co.and i Love it . When i came back for it they inspected it filled it up and even loaded it for me on my trailer. Like to thank Randy, Josh and everyone else involved. If i look for another vehicle i would definately check them out again
If you want a no BS place to get a motorcycle (or vehicle), this is the place to go. We’ve purchased two motorcycles from Head and the experience has been great. It doesn’t matter whether it’s Eric, Jeremiah, Chase, Stuart or Martha. They will all treat you well.
I was on day two of a 3400 mile run on my Indian Chieftain when I had some diagnostic code issues. This dealership treated me like royalty. Got me in quickly. Gave me a ride to and from my hotel. Had me back on the road the next morning. Raymond, Chase and the young lady at the desk(hate that I didnt get her name?young, blonde) were so sweet and helpful. Top Notch Customer Service!! Couldnt ask for a better experience. Thank you!!
They have mived.... Google still not updated
Yesterday I purchased my second motorcycle from head motor company and just as the first experience I was very impressed! Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and was not pushy as if I were to go to a Harley dealer or most car dealers around town. They met my needs on a bike that I wanted and was comfortable on and also on price. The overall experience was exceptionally well and very smooth. The in house insurance rep got me a great deal on my insurance and was very helpful. I am very happy with the way I was treated and will always do business with them.
Bought my first motorcycle from here and everybody there was awesome. They were all really helpful and easy to work with, knowledgeable about there products. They delivered the bike and worked with me around my schedule. Great place, great people. Im happy with my motorcycle too. Id recommend them to anyone.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff, these guys will go the extra mile to get you on your dream machine, couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience and my new Roadmaster, I would recomend Head Indian to anyone
Well....its been 29 years and my man needs to therapy ride. Stewart was there to greet us and start some much needed education on whats available now in rides. He was thoughtful, kind and educational. We didnt feel pushed or hurried, just valued! If your looking, check them out, u wont regret it! Well be back stewart!;)
Great bunch of guys got my new bag ordered and in the shop in just days not weeks thanks.
Great selection. The staff is great and I will shop here again
We bought our car from Head Motor Company last month. We loved working with Tony & Stuart!! Everything went very smooth & any questions we had were answered/addressed. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future!! Stuart Head gives back to his community in various ways, along with a trustworthy dealership that has been around for years. Thank you to the whole team!!
Very good experience. I dont often take the time to write a review, however my dealing with Head Motor Company is worth telling people about. Buy local and help support local businesses like them.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They are all great to work with!
My experience at Head Indian Motor Company was as pleasing as most certainly possible. I came in looking for a Scout Sixty. I was approached by a salesman named Tony. He was very knowledgable about the bike so he was able to answer every question I had. There was no pressure to buy just look at our inventory this is the info on the motorcycles. In the end the bike was too beautiful to leave in the showroom. Stuart was the man helping me with financing he did everything he could to get me the best deal. I was completely impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff I would and definitely will refer people to Head Motor Company.
This was by far the best dealership experience Ive had buying a new bike. Everyone was helpful without being pushy. I was shopping around for a bit between a Victory Highball and Indian Chief Dark Horse. After coming and talking to Steve and later Shawn, I decided on the Dark Horse. We were able to make a grest deal that I felt was mutually beneficial without too much negotiating. They were able to get me a better rate than my bank and didnt shotgun out my credit app like a lot of dealers do. Shawn was awesome dealing with my complicated parts order, adjusting things around so I could get the most out of the incentives. Stuart was great at explaining everything about the terms of my financing. There were a couple of rad ladies that were super helpful and gave me some glasses, regrettably I didnt get their names (ladies thank you both for your help and friendly attitudes). Possibly best of all, they have a groovy little dog chilling at the place. Im really excited to be a part of the Indian family now and will definitely do business with them again.
Bought a used Harley from Eric and Steve. Great guys, easy and transparent transaction, and all with a great price. Had a check engine light pop up a day later and they took care of it even though it was after the fact. Great customer service!
Very disappointed. My husband and dad drove from Wichita, KS to purchase a vehicle- check in hand. When they get there, they inspected the vehicle to find multiple dents (which in our eyes was fine and was not a deal breaker). Then on the test drive, my husband was pressing buttons to make sure everything was in working order until he got to the sunglasses holder. The salesman told him not to press that but was too late in saying so, and all the springs and holder popped out and went everywhere. When they got back to the dealership, my husband checked under the car for any oil leaks only to find that the entire bottom of the vehicle was corroded. The insides of the wheels were so corroded that chunks of them would come off when touched.Im saying all of this, it isnt necessarily about the vehicle itself. If we would have been told the truth about the actual condition the car was in, my husband and dad wouldnt have taken the 5+ hour drive to this dealership. When my husband told the salesman that they were leaving without the vehicle, the man acted surprised and then was rude. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would.
Amazing owner
Patient sales staff. Very professional. Laid back staff. Ultra refined vehicles only. They sell themselves. Generous. Fun lot. Motorcycles are truly beautiful. Coffee available for shoppers. They are willing to let you test them all within reason. They warned up a Cadillac CTS for me on a freezing morning. Incredible car. I would encourage you to visit. Pricing is reasonable. Always negotiate.
Great experience. Worked with Eric Myers. Great guy. Knows his stuff! Couldnt be happier. I will be taking my bike here for service because of this team vs dealership closer to me. I cant talk highly enough about this team of folks.
Very friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Make you feel welcome.
Tom & I stopped in JUST to look and felt so welcomed, not pressured. From Raymond, to Tony, to Stuart, all questions were answered with with the utmost expertise. We left the next day with our 2012 trike and couldnt be happier. LOVE you guys!
I looked at a 2009 Suzuki 900 cc motorcycle and was told that it cost $9000. I mentioned that the price seemed high and was told by the sales manager that it was because of all the optional equipment.Well I Googled Suzuki motorcycles and found a brand new 2019 bike of the same model for $9,500. Do you spike had absolutely no options it was a stock bike and I was told that the price was so high because of all the options.
Purchased our 2017 harley here. Smooth transaction, love the bike! Traded in our victory, didnt get what we wanted for it but not far off. Would buy from them again
Matt Burger is your go to guy! Head is a laid back experience with a simple process. You have to check out the bikes.
Very professional, reasonable, people here. Ive purchased two bikes from them in the last year, and both times the deal was fair, the salesperson was not pushy, and they stood behind their bike. Recommend them highly, and will definitely be back when its time to upgrade.
Super nice people, service staff is awesome and love the dog! Staff was very helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable and friendly. I live in St Louis and happy to do the 90 minute drive to do business with them.
Always good and knowledgeable service.
One the best buying experiences I have ever had buying a motorcycle. Dealt with the sales rep. and the owners themselves. Every one was super nice, no pressure, and very knowledgeable of their product. I highly recommend them!
I did a trade in on a motorcycle, everybody was really cool! Non of the sales people seemed real pushy which I really liked. My sales guy Shawn made the process very easy, if you are looking at buying a bike go see these guys!
Stopped buy to look cause I’ve always been interested, and of course they gave me an offer... I had called back the next morning to tell them I had decided to wait until spring time but of course they gave me an offer that was just crazy!!!! In fact it was so crazy that if I would have turned it down I would have been plum crazy myself... Neatless to say by the end of the day I am now a proud owner of an Indian!!!If you don’t stop by and check them out that will be one Decision that you will come to regret !!!
If you could picture a Norman Rockwell painting of a dealership, it would look exactly like Head Motor Company. This family has a tremendous history of great deals, amazing customer service and the ability to make you feel a part of their family that you wont hesitate to sign on the dotted line. No second guessing, or wondering if you could have scored a better deal here. Their whole clan, including the matriarch of the family, works at dealership. This concept was started by their late father in the Sixties I believe and is what has drawn people to their dealerships from all over the country.Thats where I come in. Im a high school mathematics teacher and coach from Chicago. I had been looking at upgrading my ride and after having a horrible experience with a slimy salesman/dealership in Wisconsin, I called Head Motor and basically hit the jackpot. Chris answered the phone when I called and started answering my question with depth and knowledge about everything and anything I could throw at him. He paused and asked if he could call me back since almost everyone at the dealership was out sick with the flu. Not only did he call me back, but within three hours we had a deal. By the next day, not only did he present me with an unbelievable price on the bike I was calling about, but he took care of me with an incredible trade-in price for my old ride plus he scored the best financing rate period. My brother-in-law is the director of mortgages for Citi and he couldnt come close to this rate. These are all reasons why you should buy from them. Yet, there is more.I was driving from the City of Chicago to their dealership in Columbia. After getting a late start and after it taking much longer than I anticipated since I was trailering my old ride, Chris waited pretty much all day until I arrived at 5:30. He showed me my new baby and while I was completing the paperwork, he took my old ride off of the trailer and placed my new baby more securely on the trailer than I could have ever imagined doing myself.Understand this, Chris brokered a deal over the phone with me, I signed on the dotted line without ever looking over the paperwork even though my new family explained what I was signing and I never even test road my new ride. That is the best example of how true people with a unique integrity of taking great care of people made a complete stranger like me feel like I was at home. That was three weeks ago and I explain to anyone who stops to tell me how sweet my new ride is all about Chris and Head Motor Company. Thank you for making my dreams come true!!!
Great place to buy a vehicle.
The Head family has always ran a top-notch automotive business!
This may sound crazy, but I get my homeowners & auto insurance through these guys, and Samantha is absolutely the BEST at helping me anytime I have insurance questions, need a quote, or have to file a claim!!!
I had never been treated so well, as I was from Head Motor Company. Shane, my salesman was awesome and Stuart Head are very helpful. Made buying my Indian a awesome experience. Thank you all very much!!!!!
TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVCIE!!!!!! I have bought a vehicle from these guys and the experience was great sent several people to them to purchase a vehicle. Then we went to buy a motorcycle and the service was just as good until 2 days later when we get it home and it begins to act up and not want to start. Call call and call and kept getting the run around so after making the first payment we have to send it to the shop and spend over $800 in repairs because the bike had mechanically issues when we bought it of which we were not told. Called them and after fighting for a few weeks they gave me a $150 check to cover labor. The cheapest thing they could do to try and make me happy well guess what I am not happy and I will tell everyone how terrible of a place this is and how they will not make their mistakes right.
They were very personable and I’ll double about their products.
Laid back atmosphere. Nicest guys youll meet. No pressure sales, making the best deals to be had.
As soon as I walked in the door at Head Motor company which also sells the Indian Motorcycles in Columbia Mo, I was greeted like an old friend by not only the salesmen but by the owners themselves. The salesmen were right there to help me but one in particular went far above and beyond my expectations. I went there with the full intention of buying a new Indian and when I left there that day I not only was the proud owner of a new and beautiful Indian Scout, but I also left there with some newly made friendships. As an experienced female biker I had no doubts that I had made the very best deal and received everything that I asked for. They not only delivered my new Indian in the most adverse of weather conditions, they did it free of charge. They also picked up my Harley trade-in which saved me a lot of time and effort. I could not of asked for a better experience. When you are in the market to buy your own new Indian or even to satisfy your curiosities about them, take my word for it and go to Head Motor Co. in Columbia first and ask for Shane Waldon.
I had a wonderful experience while buying my little sister a car. They had a very friendly and knowledgable staff and were able to find me a newer vehicle than I expected well within my price range.
Even though I own a Harley,I found Head Indian Motorcycle treated me like family. Bought a helmet, gloves and a rain cover with the Indian logo on the exterior. My money goes to my Head...😈😈😈😈😈
My husband and I have bought a truck and two motorcycles from Head Motor. We are always treated with kindness, professionalism and great service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Always friendly and helpful. Not pushy or rude, they truely care. I like to go and just visit with the staff and browse through the Indian store. And of course visit Bear Bear.
As an Indian motorcycle dealer, they truly seem to care about customer satisfaction before the customers money.
Tony was great cold day to pick up a bike but to worth it
We were looking for a new touring motorcycle midsummer 2017. After reviewing several makes and models on the web, we went into Head Indian with some caution. We knew what we were and were not looking for. We were greeted by friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The salesman explained and demonstrated the features of the Roadmaster in great detail. He was convincing, yet not pushy. We arranged a test ride, and put the Roadmaster through a convincing roadtest, as we like to ride two up on twisty back roads and cruise the interstate. The Roadmaster proved to be comfortable and surprisingly nimble in the twistes riding two up..After some discussion we were on the fence as we were thinking of still trying out the BMW.We talked it over with the salesman and again not pushy. We decided to run the numbers. When the dust settled, Head Indian gave us a good price for our Ultra Classic trade in. So we pulled the trigger. I must say that so far we couldnt be happier. We go into the dealership from time to time. The staff are always friendly and happy to see us.Indian had a couple of updates and recall on the tail lights. I took it in to Head service department, the staff were friendly and helpful. They explained what was going to happen and why. I left the bike thinking that it would take a dew days. I went in the shop the next day just to check things out. The service department had just finished the updates and had her ready to go.I wasnt expecting it to be ready so soon. I told them that I would have to make arrangements to have someone bring me back to pick up the bike after I took my car home. The staff offered to follow me home and bring me back to the dealership so I could get my car and the bike home. That was cool.I highly recommend Head Indian.
Sad they moved
Upscale used vehicles an new Indian motorcycles. Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly
Ive had experiences with Mid-America Harley Davidson, Jones Power Sports (now Yacht Club), Jones Honda, and while I like Jones Honda very much (my dad rides a 40th anniversary Gold Wing), I must say that the sales staff and financial staff at Head Indian and Motor Company are BY FAR the most friendly and proud (for good reason) in this line of business. I owned a 2007 Victory Jackpot Arlen Ness edition...a bike that is just old enough to be obsolete when it comes to aftermarket parts. I was immediately greeted by Shane, a wonderfully polite and non-pressuring salesman. He asked what bike I had, even used his resources as a Polaris dealer (Victory and Indian are both owned by Polaris) to help me find an aftermarket seat for my Jackpot...couldnt find anything. The idea of a new motorcycle became very appealing and my wife and I (who havent been able to ride together on the Jackpot, due to the sorry nub they call a passenger seat, for over a year now) got hooked up with a 2016 Glossy Black Indian Scout. 100 hp of pure nastiness! This is an amazing machine, especially being as that this is the smallest body, engine, hp, etc. of the Indian lineup! I may have lost 400cc of engine coming from the Victory, but I added over 11 hp, and the result is a smooth, comfortable, confident ride, unlike anything Ive experienced before.Shane was inviting...informative...and most of all, he was excited about these machines. He was able to back them with confidence, and for someone that didnt understand the lineage and reputation of the Indian brand before I walked into that shop, I can understand why now. I loaded the bike up with extras...passenger seat, sissy bar, backrest, premium leather saddlebags, mini-apes for a nice level arm stance (super comfy for longer rides, and around town in general) and a windshield for those long rides! The best part about the extras, while theyre expensive, theyre not Harley expensive!Getting the bike financed was incredibly simple. We got a fantastic interest rate, and they fought for that for us. Dating back to 1901, I couldnt be more proud to be a part of the Indian Motorcycle Family! I cant wait to put some miles on my new Scout. And more importantly, Im glad my wife will be able to join me!Thank you, Head Motor Company and Head Indian for an outstanding sales experience! You promised much, and delivered on everything! Youve got a customer for life!-Alex and Cassey Bennett
Bought a can am great people..
Great place nice bikes best deals Love this place
Went there after months of pondering on a purchase, so on August2ND I went there to check it out...only to be insulted by these people...Especially the owner....Since when do besides having a motorcycle endorsement, and full coverage insurance on the vehicle you drive up in only to be told no you cant test drive it because you dont have Motorcycle insurance??...OK totally LOST ME with that one,...and tried to be very convincing that it was whats required, mind you I have bought bikes from Larrys in JEFFERSON City, and seebolds at Lake ducati and neither Ever required me to present a Motorcycle insurance...lol...guess if you dont own one you better have motorcycle insurance before purchasing from this Rodeo obviously...this is straight from the ownership...what a beautiful image.Semper fi my money spends Anywhere your Loss for sure.😂
Very good attention, sales person was amazing .
My husband bought a bike. Everyone was polite and friendly. My favorite employee was the dog.
They now carry the Indian Motorcycle which I prefer over most other lines of similar manufacturers.Head Motor Company founded by Richard Dick Head has been the top automobile distributor in the Central Missouri area for Forty years.
Excellent Service and they treat you like family.....
Indian is making some great bikes, and Chris and Erick are great to work with.
Wouldnt budge on prices but overall good selection, they dont go by NADAs
