I was traveling from Arkansas to Iowa and found I had a nail in my rear tire on my Honda shadow. I was able to plug the hole myself, but Jones Honda had a replacement tire on hand and was ready to replace it if the plug didnt work.

Just wanted to share my experience here. Back in January, I asked for them to look at my CBR1000rr since it hadnt been starting and the starter motor didnt sound like it was running properly; it was whining. They generously offered to pick up my bike and missed the delivery timeframe twice. They had my bike for three weeks and did not begin looking at it until I had called several times asking what they had found with it. After they did, they did absolutely nothing with the bike - they could not diagnose the actual problem and told me it was probably severe engine issues, because the bike had low compression (but read more). They immediately tried to buy my bike from me for nothing, which is hilarious given the fact it was no use working on. I had them bring it back to me and the one time they were on time with their delivery, I ran a little bit late and they did not let me know they were coming so my garage-kept bike was delivered in and then sat in the rain for 20 minutes. They had apparently solved the starter issue by flashing the ECU and I had the bike running MYSELF after working on it for one hour. Their ultimate diagnosis of low compression was false; all of the compressions were in spec and did not have significant differences between them, less than 10%, which is normal. Not going to go as far to call it attempted theft, but I think anyone reading this can agree the dealership that has built four of these bikes from the ground up and has master mechanics of >10 years couldnt solve a simple problem on one of these machines though I was still billed for the diagnostic work that was done. Quite literally, it looked like they left an electrical connection unplugged so they could tell me it wasnt running and they could try to purchase it from me for dirt cheap. It started right up and ran normally after I tightened all of the connections and checked compression. The people I spoke to were quite nice, most of the reviews will agree, but I would say take your machine/baby to a more reputable dealer if you need work or save yourself some peace of mind and do the work yourself.

Their customer service is great! We have an older dirtbike and they helped us fix our issue and did the work. They are friendly and professional and honest. Great store!
