I had I very bad experience with the service department. They gave me the run around.The first week I went up there because my truck wasnt running right. They ask me to come back the next week because the technician was very busy. I said that will be fine. I came back They asked if I could leave my vehicle I said sure do you have a loaner. They replied no but the is a rental place next door. I went to rent a car think I would hear from them in a day or 2 but a week I was not happy. I called 2 days after leaving my vehicle the receptionist took a message for the manager to call but no one did.The next day I drove to the service department and they still had not looked at my vehicle but I was told they would look at the next day. I said ok and you will let me know what the diagnosis is. Yes we willNo phone call. It was time to turn the rental car back in I payed $600 for a week that is ridiculous.I walked in on Monday said please just back my vehicle around because you havent looked at my vehicle but they did my transmission was bad.So why did you let me know? Then I said ok its still under warranty? He said yes. Then I said you are getting me a loaner because I cant come out of my pocket for this. He said yes. He wasnt going to say anything to me. I had to to bring it up. Then he tells me something else was wrong with my vehicle and it is not under warranty. What good is a bumper to bumper warranty? I had to pay over $600 for this.Now Im very unhappy because Im out over $1200.Sometimes I feel like I was taking advantage of because Im a female and I might not know everything about cars but you would be surprised at what I know. I was very patient because I understand everyone is short handed at jobs but 3 weeks is ridiculous.
If you are looking to buy a Chevy DO NOT PURCHASE ONE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! I walked in wanting one car and drove off in a BRAND NEW 2021 CHEVY EQUINOX which is perfect as my company car! They listened to me, helped me find something better, at a price in which I asked them to recalculate because I didnt believe it. Everyone here was so nice and Im so glad I decided to stop by. Life long customer! When I need more vehicles, this is where they will come from! Thank you all! CEO APPROVED!
Great service. Totally different experience from previous visit. Jamal; Great salesperson. Not pushy. Updated: Sold a vehicle with 2 recall alerts needing to be addressed and service due. Issue identified with battery and return to the dealer. Was told parts had been ordered but to-date still have not arrived. Was told wheel would be repaired and when I returned, everyone had amnesia regarding any battery issue and insinuated we caused issue with wheel. Would not purchase free water from this dealership.
Everyone was friendly and the work I needed was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. Its out of the way for me, but definitely worth it. Theyll be doing my repairs from now on. Minus 1 Star because most of the staff at the service/parts desk were mask-less.

What a horrible experience I called before I came there to make sure they had my tires in stock. Get there and they dont have my tires the obese lady behind the desk who kept on coughing on me took an hour to tell me that they dont even have the tires in stock it just shows on the computer that they have them in their inventory. Whatever you do go to a different dealership.
Courteous helpful customer service representatives. Get you in and out, always let you know if other problems may exist. Its a 20 minute drive for me but its worth it to me. If I need to ask a question or just get clarification about something not clear, Im not made to feel I should know the answer.

I went in today to get a valve change. Mrs. Melanie (I believe thats her name) was excellent. The ENTIRE staff was excellent, especially when I [we] thought they had misplaced my keys which were already given to me...LMBO!! EVERYONE went out of their way to help me find something I already had...Im not me when Im hungry...I guess I needed a snickers...😂😂...Thanks ladies and gents!! They are great when fixing my needs with the car. Prices can be a bit high though. Suggestion shop around to get best price...in some cases they will match. I find it better to go to same sales person when getting work done on vehicle. Repeat business is always beneficial to customer overall savings.

Do not do business here....little inventory. Atlanta has many Chevrolet dealership and this one cant compare. Because they are comfortable and think there are no other options. But your best deals come from dealships that have inventory option. Thats where your deals get done. Wish I could have warned my family before hand.

I purchased a 2017 Malibu on Oct 9th. James A. was my salesman. I sat down in his office and discussed how I purchased a 2015 brand new Kia and my credit report had 30 inquiries!!! Of course I didn’t know until after I started to receive letters in the mail and then checked my credit report a month later. John promised me that he would only submit my information to GM Financial only and they had awesome rebates and incentives. I test drove a few cars and chose the Malibu. I left to go handle some business and James called me stating he had some good news and I would love the deal he had worked out. I returned to the dealership, James really did have great news for me. I was financed with GM Financial, received incentives and the interest rate was perfect. He kept stating how GM loved me. If you’re in the market for a new car, I highly recommend James Anderson!!! Such a great honest guy.

I went in to get my car detailed on the inside only needless to say they took the car to the back three times because the detail did not meet my expectation. The staff who assisted upfront were very nice and petfessional. The Service Manager did invite me to come back and have my interior detail done again look forward to going back again.
