Brought my phone in to get microphone fixed. I was told it was not fixable!! When phone was brought in there were NO and I repeat NO cracks on my screen. When I picked it up my screen was cracked. When I brought it to the man’s attention his reply was “I don’t know if it was cracked or not when you brought it in, it’s NOT debatable”!! So now I have a phone with cracks on my screen and he could care less!!! DON’T bring your phone here unless you want it returned damaged!!! Very very unprofessional service!

Don’t take your phone here!! Owner went crazy when I pulled up. Started using profanity and said he wasn’t interested in fixing my phone. Must have been a bad day. I was surprised that a business would treat customers this bad but I’m glad he did. I went to “Smart Phone Repairz” at 5409 Everhart and got my iPhone fixed for half the price and they had a much more businesslike atmosphere. Very welcoming.Much safer. This business is out in the sticks and the owner is not all there.

Divine is the best! I dropped the phone and cracked the screen entirely. I went through my insurance and it will cost me almost half the price of my phone. Googled this place and base from the reviews it is the best. Came in one afternoon and she is about to close but still took me and to my surprise it only took her 15 minutes for my phone to be fixed. Wow! This is the best place on earth!!!!!! Good job divine!!!! Will definitely tell my friends Incase they have problems with their phone. Arrived to have my iPad repaired. Customer service was very professional and I was given a few choices on which way to pursue my needs. After dealing with a different iPad repair service person with poor customer service skills, Coastal Bend Phone Repairs went above and beyond expectations to get me on the right track. Staff was quick to reply via text message, very polite, and had the cheapest prices by quite a bit more than anybody in the area. My iPhone 7 Plus had a cracked screen and the “vibrate mechanism” was making a horrible noise. I mentioned it to the repairman when I dropped it off. He had 3 phones in front of mine and not only had mine fixed within the hour, he showed me that the vibrate function was only due to a loose screw. He patched it up free of charge and was extremely helpful. I won’t take my phone to anyone else.

I love the staff so help full and quick responses to all questions about my phone. Be aware of contract verbiage before they use your phone for spare parts! As per their contract, the customer has only 15 days before they consider your phone theirs and they use it for spare parts on someone elses phone. Doing a huge disservice to customers by not even providing basic yet important information regarding this policy at initial drop off. Attempts to call resulted in having to visit their brick and mortar location due to their inability to answer telephone. WILL NOT recommend or go back again!

Called about prices and a phone repair and hours of the business. Was told that they were open every weekday from 10:30-6:00 but did not mention being closed on Halloween when I called the day before. Made the 30 minute drive here only to find they were closed at 4:00 pm. Tried calling number and it went straight to voicemail.

The guy took my phone to the back to replace battery, he came back out said my screws on the bottom were stripped like if I was messing with them like who the hell would mess with them, anyways he said he would replace the battery but he would have to break my glass and replace that too for an extra $100 smh 👎🏻
