Mike was AMAZING. He was so kind and patient and took the time to explain things to me and make sure my glasses fit properly. He made my experience there with my mom very pleasant. We even strikes up a conversation and come to find his kids are in Austin Texas, where I reside! Definitely go visit them and ask for Mike!

Masks are required in this store not the mall. I was asked to mask i said no and i was asked to leave. I spend way to much money on this to be told by a business they ignore science so i have to pay for it.
I had an absolutely amazing experience in this store. I am only in town for a quick business trip and an unfortunate accident happened that ruined my glasses that I desperately need for work. I called, on a Saturday evening, right before closing hours and Randi was so very helpful. She tried helping me and even after we thought I would have to wait over a week for a new pair of glasses, she continued to search for my lense and found the very last one they had and I had glasses the NEXT day! Randi is determined to help her customers and I can not say enough about the kindness she showed and the professionalism she had. Everyone we encountered in the store was helpful and professional. So much that I ordered 2 more pairs!
As soon as you walk In you are greetedThe staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, Juan helped me and he went up above to help me.They take your temp, hand sanitizer and they give you a tray to place the frames you try to sanitize them, of course mask is requiredI totally recommend this place.I will be picking up my glasses in 2 weeks.Ill let yall know how my glasses satisfaction is

Absolutely horrible. Employees promise prescription eyewear will be ready by a specified time. Employees do not care about the customers. But are quick to upcharge. Save your money and time find somewhere else quicker and cheaper.
I went to have my eyeglasses adjusted and they were so bad that I needed new ones so I decided to take a look at frames. I was asked to wear a mask and was given a small tray for the glasses which was fine. Just as I began my search, I was approached by an employee, and was told that every pair of glasses I touched I had to put in my tray. That would have been a lot of glasses! (Made me feel dirty, like I was contagious! lol) I still decided to continue looking because I really wanted to get a new pair. I tried on a pair and moved my mask down so I could see how they looked and I was approached by the same employee and was told I needed to replace my mask over my nose after I had tried on the glasses. I understand it is their policy, but it was demeaning and not for me. The mask mandate in TX has been lifted and the mall was filled with people, without masks, touching everything! Sadly, it turned me off so that I left. I guess they dont care that they lost a potential large sale that day. I would not recommend LensCrafters because you cant really try on a lot of pairs of glasses without being watched and confronted by the employees, and it is kind of hard to see what they look like on with a mask, even if it is under your nose. Running off customers, and a long time, repeated customer, is not good for business.

Went there for a simple eye exam and glasses, They told me there that they have to add another $40 for a different test and that the insurance wont cover it, I said no to the test, they said everyone has to pay it. So I Left went to a different eye doctor got the eye exam frame and lens and the eye test all covered by the insurance, And nothing out of pocket.

Great selection of frames from the brands I like. I was there during a promotion that they combined with my insurance.The eye doctors nextdoor have been my family go-tos for years. Dr. Browning and Dr. McIntyre offer professional thorough exams. They caught a retinal tear and had me in a specialist office within 24 hours for evaluation and laser surgery. Their contact lens prices cant be beat.
I always dread shopping for glasses due to my anxiety on my look but Miranda made me feel comfortable and overall it was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to comeback and shop here again with her, thanks to her y’all have earned a lifelong customer! :)

Two different employees, one in a management position, flat out lied to me about whether or not they were in my insurance network simply attempting to sale me glasses. Actually lied to me on the phone just to get me there, then lied to me again trying to get me to spend money telling me they were only partially in my network. I will never spend money at this location.

Ryan helped me out he was really nice. At first the glasses were slightly above my budget. Ryan talked to his manager and got me a coupon for a few dollars off which made the glasses fit my budget. Glasses came in right away. I want to say about 5 days later. Overall great experience. I think the negative reviews are mainly ignorant Corpus Christi people.

First I was approached by Ashley, I believe that is her name, she was very nice to talk to and she was very helpful. I was just ready to look for glasses and she didnt push helping me. Then, I think his name was Kyle, he came up to me asking if I needed help and I did. He gave me the information I needed on the glasses I was trying to look for. The last woman that helped me, I didnt catch her name, but she was the friendliest woman. She was easy to talk to. All in all I felt very at ease there. Thank you!

I lost my prescription glasses that I had also gotten from LensCrafters at a different State. Manager was very professional and was able to confirm that my information was still on file and that the prescription had not yet expired, which saved me from having to get a new eye exam. I had my new glasses in about one hour. Service was great. I definitely recommend LensCrafters.
Such an amazing company and atmosphere.
Spent over $500 on my glasses and within a year spots appeared on one lense. Took them back in and was told I cleaned them incorrectly and they couldn’t help me because I didn’t buy the extended warranty. I have worn glasses all my life. I think I know how to clean them. My question is, If I didn’t clean them correctly why aren’t the spots on both lenses? I think the scratch resistant coating was improperly applied. Poor, poor customer service and poor quality!! Don’t got there!

LensCrafters has continued to be my favorite place to go for eyewear. Not only do they have the best style choices when it comes to glasses, but they have exceptional customer service. Jessica, in particular, has been my go-to for advice and help on eyewear for several years now! She is very honest, and definitely is there to help the customer find what works best for them. Rip off and felt rushed I was trying to look and girl kept talking trying to get me to hurry up and be pick and forget getting your glasses in a reasonable time. 3 weeks at the very leastUpdate.... Gave them another chance took my son to get a pair of glasses same poor customer service if your not paying out of pocket your nothing to them.... What do I pay insurance for? They will scam you and try to offer you a million other things so your out of pocket is ridiculous !!! Only reason why I went back was the quality of frames...

The manager didnt understand basic eyeglass specifications aside from being rude. The other girls were nice and knew more of what I was talking about, but couldnt talk to me much because the manager wouldnt let them. I have gotten better customer service at Walmart than at this place.I came in and said that my frames were green after 3 months (metal frames), so I would like to get them cleaned and I dont mind paying. The manager asked to see my glasses and said, Oh youre glasses are green! Would you like to get a new pair of lenses? These lenses have a blue light filter, of course they are green! I asked to get my frames cleaned again and she said she would gladly show me to the frames that are for sale. Either she is really stupid and doesnt know the first thing about glasses, or she really didnt like me and wanted me gone.

Went there today and either they dont know how to properly apply insurance or they are way over priced. Tried to charge me $491 for frames,progressive transitional lenses with anti-glare. Went down the mall to another source and they were only $377 for the same type with frames that were $10 higher than what I had at lenscrafters. My family will never again go to lenscrafters for glasses.
Bad experience. Had insurance 15 Co-pay ended paying 87.00 dollars. Said they did extra things to make sure my eyes were good. REALLY. Scam artist.

The staff at the eye Dr. side are terrific as far as the optometrist go thats another story. Both optometrist that saw my kids were rude neither of the Drs even took the time to explain the results of the extra test that I paid for out of pocket. The asian Dr may have thought making fun of my autistic son was funny but I didnt. I wont be back thats for sure.
They tried to charge some extra exam I never asked for to my insurance and now Im responsible for the full price of $60. Will never go here again. Scam artists.
Went on Tuesday to explain that my sons glasses were broken and I was told I could bring in the glasses and they would exchange them for a new pair since it was under warranty. The lady looked in the system to check if they were in stock and she said they were. I asked if I could put a hold on the frames and she I did not have to since they were in stock. I go on Saturday and drive 45 miles and they tell me they do not have them in stock and they would have to order them.
Got prescription safety glasses with sturdy metal frames but the lenses are so fragile, you can scratch them with a paper towel! Had them less than a year

NO LONGER HAVE IN HOUSE LAB ..... ( NOW IT TAKES 17 DAYS TO GET YOUR GLASSES) They DONT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR INSURANCE OFFERS ... THEY STILL TRY TO CHARGE FOR THINGS THAT ARE COVERED IN FULL... IF YOU HAPPEN TO CATCH IT THEY ARGUE AND AT SAY THATS JUST HOW WERE SETUP EVEN THOUGH THE PRINT OUT SAYS IT IN BLACK AND WHITE... ALL THIS WHILE HAVING A BAD ATTITUDE...GO TO EYEMART!!!!
Staff is rather incompetent. Theyre kinda rude and you have to pry information out of them. Bought contacts from them, had to ask for cleaner solution (which comes with contacts). The lead eye doctor is great though.

September 10, 2013To whom it may concern,I’ve been a faithful Lens Crafters customer for years. I was writing to let you know that I’ve seen a change in your Lakewood California store in the Lakewood mall. It starts with me trying to pick out an inexpensive frame. Conveniently for your store only, the inexpensive frame display is always near empty with few and terrible choices, bad way to “serve” and take care of your customers. Everyone claims to be a manager there but most act like trainees with little experience, and they always need to call over a real manager for help. Some seem “put out” and don’t adjust the frames right and only some clean them afterwards. We’ve had to double check the bill as they’re numbers didn’t add up correctly.I’ve had my lenses continually pop out during normal use (Lens Crafters in Montana).You never see the same people there because within a few months they’re gone. When you walk in the store in Lakewood, California you notice the carpet is so dirty and falling apart that you think you’re walking into a bar.I think you need a new district manager or maybe the problem goes much higher up than that. I personally know many of your customers whose experience at Lens Crafters was continually so bad that they will never return again. And as your sales and marketing team know, those dissatisfied customers will spread the bad news about their experience to everyone they know. Good luck with that.As for me, I sit here with a terrible Lens Crafters experience and a terrible job done on my glasses and frames. My friends have said, “Well that’s what happens when you try to save some money”. But the truth is that I paid you guys “Lens Crafters” top dollar for this bad experience. I have received excellent service from all the staff. I bought 2 pairs of glasses in the past year. One pair was defective due to screws wouldnt hold up after 2 times & I got a different new pair. The lens & frame got scratched on the otherpair & I got a new pair as a replacement. Buy the $30 insurance & they will honor it with no quedtions adked. I highly recommend this Lenscrafters because their people are professionals, courteous & friendly.
