Let me start by saying I love their customer service!!! I am all the way in VA and they helped me pick out glasses. I needed a pair while I’m on vacation for my 3 yr old daughter. They sent me pictures of the glasses in the sizes I needed and I got to choose which ones I liked. Diana called me several times throughout the day to help me she even called my insurance for me. Another lady helped me too but I didn’t get her name. Every time I have gone in there everyone has been so helpful and friendly. It’s so hard to find good customer service anymore so it’s very refreshing when you get it. I would recommend them and would like to thank them for going above and beyond for me.

I chose ship to home because I dont live very close to the store. I appreciate that they now offer this, even though it costs a little extra. I cant wait to get my new Vera Bradley frames!

I went to Visionworks La Palmera and was greeted right away by a friendly customer representative; Renee. She helped me pick out a few frames, helped me try them on and gave me her honest input on which would look good and why. She walked me through all the insurance procedures, lens upgrades and what to expect after the transactions was complete. My whole family had a great experience at vision works. From the moment we walked in for eye exams. Dr. Gates was a great doctor who knew what he was talking about and made us all laugh. We then went next door to get glasses and contacts where we were greeted by Clint. He was such a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and made sure we had just the right lenses for our lifestyle. We definitely recommend Dr. Gates and Clint.

After visiting the store for new or repair of glasses for members of the family at various times, Chelsy recognizes us and asks if she can assist. She is very professional and personable. In November 1958, Harry Winston donated the Hope Diamond to the Smithsonian Institution for the National Jewel Collection. Valued at over $1 million at the time, the diamond was shipped via the USPS to the museum for only $145.29And this place cant even send my glasses to a post office box. So instead of paying $10 to go get my glasses from the post office, now I have to set aside 2 or 3 days to drive the 140 mile round trip just to get my glasses. Because I dont have a secure physical address to use.I will never do business with Visionworks ever again.

Great experience as far as getting helped with finding the frames that would compliment my face since I decided to get one for regular glasses and one for prescribed sunglasses. I walked into the La Palmera location on a busy Saturday afternoon and was warmly greeted by the staff. I wasn’t 100% settled on getting a new pair, so I just wanted to browse a bit. I finally found a nice pair of Ray Bans and Diana was SO sweet and immediately came to help me out. She was incredibly friendly, breaking down what my insurance would cover, all the possible lens options and the differences in price. I also discovered I had gotten a much better deal here than at the establishment I had gotten my prior pair. My glasses were done so quickly; kudos to Chris in the lab for efficiently producing such quality work! I walked out with a beautiful new pair of glasses that are crystal clear and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you Diana and Chris for an excellent experience from start to finish! I will definitely be back again!

Most of the reviews here look like they are written for the doctor of a nearby eye exam place. They are not actually affiliated from what I understand. I had a really good experience with the actual eyeglass store Visionworks. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful - not pushy at all. He spoke fast, but that was about it. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I had to submit reimbursement paperwork (because my insurance wouldnt cover my lenses and frames) - he told me he would submit it, and I dont think he did because my insurance is telling me that they never received anything. The guy at the store told me I could fill it out there or do it on my own. 2 months later and no reimbursement or even a claim started :(

I had a HORRIBLE experience. I ordered new glasses on Sunday afternoon and was told they would be ready the next day at 7:10 pm. I arrived about 20 minutes late and was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. We left and returned approximately 45 minutes later and was told they would be ready in a few minutes and I should wait for them. We waited about 30 more minutes and a lady came out to tell me they would be ready on Tuesday after 7:00!! I called Tuesday afternoon to confirm the glasses would be ready at 7:00 and was told they would be. I explained that I had to drive 30 miles r/t and was assured they would be ready. I arrived at approximately 7:20 and was told they would not be ready until the following day. I requested my money back and had to wait another 15 minutes for her to issue a refund. Other places are cheaper and give far better service. I will never go back!!
