Have been to this office since they were at the old location. We are always pleased with our visits. The staff is very nice & pleasant. There has been a change in staff & providers at our visit but we always have a good experience. The Drs are professional & explain all the processes during the visit.After the exam, we dont feel pressured to stay & purchase eyeglasses at their location. If you do browse the Eyewear, you arent rushed to find a pair of frames.Very pleased with this office!!
Dr. Tran has been very patient with me as I have special eyes at age 56. I’ve worn glasses since I was two years old and contacts since I was 12.Waiting on my fourth trial pair of contacts to see if I’ll be able to wear contacts without readers on.🙏🏻

My sister was seen for a severely painful corneal abrasion, she said he was so careful & gentle when he examined her. We just love Dr Ramos and his entire team! I moved to this area of TX from Kentucky in July, and made this appointment for my yearly exam. I explained many time that I had health issues it’s wearing a mask. With no feedback from them I still kept the appointment thinking I would be ok if I took off the mask when my anxiety level was getting to me. I made through the initial exam & the next step was to see the doctor. Well when I was told that they needed to TAPE THE MASK ON MY FACE!!!! I said no. Another team member came in & explained to me why, so it doesn’t fog up the machine during the exam. I explained my anxiety & she said the DOCTOR???? wouldn’t do the exam unless it was TAPED to my face. I walked out. I feel I was treated like a I was in the wrong. They knew about my health issues & could see I was getting stressed but they just didn’t care. If this so called DOCTOR is afraid of his patients then maybe he should get into another line of work. I never been treated this way in my many doctors offices. Someone needs to check this doctor out. He & his office staff acted very unprofessional.I have read your response & you have not showed any concern about me or my anxiety. All you care about is the cost of the machines. No compassion with you or your staff. You should have your license revoked & all staff members fired!!!!!
Appointment was at 230 pm. Wife showed up 10 minutes early with daughter. First part of exam was about 250pm. 334 pm the doctor appeared after my wife asked for my daughter to be seen. Brief eye exam addressed almost solely towards 11 year old (including medical jargon) and a comment about needed glasses and appointment was done.So over an hour from when our appointment was made to when she was actually seen. No apology or explanation.Our time is valuable too. What are appointments for?
Would not recommend. Staff (Jenny) is rude and very unprofessional. Called to make an appointment yesterday. Asked Jenny what the total cost would be for me to have a contacts exam. I was advised that I would not have anything to pay. I asked 3 times if this was correct. Jenny assured me that everything was covered under my insurance. I go in today and was told that I needed to pay a $70 contact fitting fee. I advised Rosie that this was not was I was told but to no avail I advised her this was unprofessional and that Jenny was a poorly trained associate. Upon leaving I spoke with Carlos who seemed genuinely concerned to have this issue resolved. He went back through the notes from my call with Jenny. That’s when we discovered that not only did Jenny advise me that I would not be paying anything she falsified my patient record to reflect that I would have to pay the fee. Not only was I not able to order contacts but my exam visit was wasted and I cannot go anywhere else to order contacts except for Complete family eye care. It to mention when I arrived the girls at the front seemed unfazed that a patient was in the lobby. Seemed like all the staff was concerned about make up even going as far as stating that if this make up ruined her face would that doctors pay for her medical treatments. Then going through magazines and saying that they are given to the staff so they can make the food in them and bring them in. Seems like the only professionals I dealt with was the doctor that saw me and Carlos. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t seem to care about their customers experiences!
Very nice staff. Dr Ramos was very accommodating, picked out my frames and was very happy with the customer service. Lots of eye places here, and I’ve been to several. This one is my favorite.
I loved the paperwork being text ahead of time so at the time of the appointment you do not have to worry about it. Plus, Dr. Ramos is a very nice, soft spoken man who seems to have all the patience in the world.
I was extremely pleased with service provided. I was also pleased with all the precautions that remained in place despite Mask mandate restrictions being lifted. Very happy to see a business that is willing to value the health of the client. Everyone was friendly and polite, the appointment started On time and the staff and doctor explained each test. I was one of the last people there but they did not rush to get me out of there. They took the time to make sure I was happy with a set of lenses and frame. Excellent service.

From the moment I arrived to when I left everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Craft is the best Ive been seeing her for years. Sad that shes retiring but she deserves it after so may years of practicing. Carlos in the Optical was very helpful in explaining about the difference in frames and very patient,its not easy picking out frames.Thank you to all that made my visit short and sweet. I think it is very important who takes care of you in a place. Ortencia was a great sales person to help me while making choices for my glasses. I would definitely recommend asking for her specifically if you need somebody to guide you on each detail.
Friendly courteous service. optometrist listened to everything I had to say without disbelief. put my mind at ease about my situation and they have a nice selection of frames and lenses and the prices were not bad at all.

Went into to get the glasses I adjusted, that I purchased there and after 2-3 minutes of showing the attendant at the counter, I was asked if I had a mask? I asked if I needed one, she said yes. I turned and left. Shouldnt have that been the first questioned when I entered? Poor customer service, and this is not the first time, I have experienced this with them! Poor customer service, seems they just wanted to make a sale, then who cares about the customer!
I was a patient when Dr. Craft was at Sears. This was my first visit here at the new location and it was so smooth, thanks to the staff. Hardly any wait time, actually no wait time just the time spent getting examed. I love Dr. Craft, she takes her time to explain what is happening. And the optical is great. First time visiting their office. Came here since I used to go with Dr. Kraft when she was next to Sears. Didn’t get to see her this time but every one was polite & sweet. From the employees in the front to Dr. Ramos. Definitely will be going back.
Complete waste of money. I feel robbed. Heres my story.I have a reoccurring stye in my eyes for about a month now and finally decided to go get checked. I called this place to ask if they could help me with my problem. The lady said yes. I asked ballpark range how much am I looking at paying woth now insurance. She responded with between $80-$120. I said okay and booked an appointment.I get there the morning of my appointment walk in and explain what Im there for they said okay to start off you have to agree to sign a form saying Im at minimum paying $194 and anything else they do is extra. Already way over what I was told it would be I reluctantly agreed because I need to be seen and was hoping Id at least walk out with a prescription for a cream or antibiotics. Go in and they run me through a bunch of test that would normally be given to someone who is going to get a prescription for glasses (I know I wear glasses), she even told me what my eye prescription would be. I asked the doctor if I could come by and use that prescription to get new glasses, she said no Id have to come back and do the test and pay all over again. Finally she tells me she doesnt see a stye but I have a lot going on in my eyes. A combination of dry eyes, a mite, and clogged pores could be the cause of my stys. She recommended a treatment they offer for a FACE MASK that cost $300 and that I should at least do it twice. That if I want antibiotics Id have to go to a primary care....I walked out paying over $200. I was given 2 sample wipes and a small sample eye drops for dry eye. When I went to pay I let the lady know that I was quoted wrong to and she said that the lady shouldnt have said that range because they start off at $194 minimum. All in all I feel robbed of my time and money. Nothing good came from this visit.

After trusting them with my care for just about 8 years, I am never coming back after today. I had my annual check up 4 months ago, all the imaging and services done at that time... Last week I developed a stye on my eye lid that has not gone away after 5 days. Being responsible, I came in to have it checked. Most people I have spoken to have had bad styes treated with drops easily covered by insurance. After the front desk insisted on charging me another $75 on eye imaging and photo mapping already done 4 months ago, the tech bragged about the new Nikon equipment their office just bought. BEFORE the doctor even came in to officially look at my issue, they sent another tech in to sell me on a $600 service that of course insurance doesnt cover! So, here I am basically coming to the understanding that this facility doesnt care, theyre going to upsell the patient before even properly diagnosing the issue. When the doctor came in, he attempted to explain that we had discussed this service back in December (no paperwork on my end reflecting this) and that most people dont like the drops and styes can last for months without this treatment. It felt very condescending and a very lame attempt at talking down to me, assuming I wanted the $600 treatment instead of the $40 prescription antibiotics -- he also insinuated that my insurance possibly wouldnt cover the medication (newsflash: they did). He waived the $75 imaging fees because of course, you were here 4 months ago after wasting my breath going back and forth about it with his front desk. He finally admitted eye drops and an antibiotic will solve my problem just fine after several half hearted attempts to justify the $600 procedure.This office does not care about its patients, it needs to scam you into expensive unnecessary procedures in order to cover the bills for all their new equipment they replace every other year. There is something vastly wrong with the entire healthcare infrastructure in this country and offices like these are a big part of the problem.
I was looking for a new eye doctor, but can promise you that I will never go here. I delievered almost 130 dollars worth of food to this doctors office, my entire trunk was full for this order (81 items). It took me a couple trips to bring it all in. After using my gas (which is only going up) and my time, I was rewarded with 3 dollars. I realize I didnt serve the table, but I did deliver 130 dollars worth of food. If you cant even tip your delievery drivers, what else are you going cheap with? Not my health, or my eyes, that I can assure you.
Awesome! I got my contacts and glasses the way I wanted! Love Dr. Ramos; best in the business! The downside was how long everything took; I had to wait forever in my car for appointment even though it was set way earlier plus forever with the payment!

Never got seen. Couldn’t tell you how the staff of physicians are, but I know they are not prompt. Waited over an hour outside and finally left. When they text me to come in, I was already home and told them I left. Didn’t even bother to ask to reschedule or even apologize for the wait. I won’t be returning or referring.

I thought everything was great. The procedure when arriving was a pain due to the Covid, but that’s a good thing really. They handled it quite well, and being over 60 years of age, I appreciated the adherence to safety. Everyone I dealt with was great.

Ive been going to Complete Family Eye Care for years now. The doctors have always been very attentive caring and helpful to myself and my family. The same goes to the staff who check the eyes. But since theyve moved to this new location Ive had issues with staff who deals with billing. Theyve been giving me the runaround since July and recently I believe we were over charged once again for a routine eye exam. Unfortunately this may be the last time my family and I come to this office again. Its upsetting because I trust the doctors but the billing staff has put me off.
What a Great group of people.... Dr. Craft is very through in her examination..... Her staff made the buying experience easy.....Also, they are taking ever precaution to keep us safe from the dreaded virus of La Corona......>:-)

Dr. Is great but the service not so great. Allways have to wait in car for more than 45 minutes. Have to call multiple times. In dire need of a better customer service Game plan. Should be able to make appointment to bring in glasses for adjustments and not just come by. Be prepared to for really long wait times!!
I wouldn’t even give this place a star.Absolutely worst eye visit I have ever encountered.Their business model is very poorly designed. In and out the door without any feedback from optometrist.Their employees run this place. I wish I could just pay them!
Very poor staffing, waited for 2 hours and for a follow up appointment. Even at check out they made me wait. Will not recommend this place especially if you have small children.
Don’t like it when they take you to select your glasses without asking you if you want to select glasses from there. The gentleman that was helping me did a great job.
Terrible staff at the front desk, rude, completely unorganized. 9.45 appointment they dont get me in the door until 10.30. Mind this is a followup to a prior appointment to a 3.5 hour long exam that didnt even get completed. Completely healthy just trying to renew my contact prescription. Come to find out after waiting 30 minutes the optometrist left this place I had scheduled to see. No wonder because he was great..this place not so much.
Absolutely love Dr Craft... have been seeing her for 10 years but the new office staff is horrible. Extremely rude and ignorant. Don’t pay attention or listen.

The eye exam was good, the doctor was nice. Got the order for a pair of glasses and sunglasses in April. Got a call to come pick out a different pair of sunglasses because they cant put the strength of lenses in those sunglasses.. so we came in and picked a different pair. They need to have their organization better in where what glasses can go with what strengths. On the phone they said it would be 160 out of pocket but it was 420 and and with the glasses it was almost 800 for everything. People need to see I cant believe the pricing just to get sight. Other then that it was ok. More then likely wont be coming back for next years visit.. just got the glasses and went to leave and the lense fell out.. ugh.. not to happy with the glasses quality..

Initially I had explained my issue that I was having with my eye to one of the girls that answers the phone by the name of Marie. I made an appointment and missed it and she was very attentive at getting me back and explained the importance of me seeing a doctor about this issue. So, I decided to go in and see Dr. Ramos. Its a pretty long story actually. BUT the staff is amazing and the Dr. Ramos was awesome. Im very thankful that they actually cared enough to do what they did for me, if they didnt I could have possibly been blind in the future ! Thanks guys!
My daughter and I were there for three hours for a routine eye exam. They are extremely expensive, and all they care about is selling high priced frames, lenses, and medications. I thought I was at a used car dealership. Will not return!

Today was our second visit with Heriberto D. Ramos, OD. & I can honestly say I am so happy he is my son’s Dr. I leave their office with all my questions answered & very confident with the staffs service & his. They are all so patient, friendly & welcoming. I couldn’t be happier.
The doctor really cares. I have blood sugar issues which cause my eyes to change every hour. He wasnt trying to put me in glasses he said to see PCP first to stabilize then get retested. Thats someone who cares

The entire team is very kind and courteous. I love that they even have Saturday appointments, so I do not have to take off work to have my vision checked. They get 5 stars from me!!

New location was nice. Very responsive via text which I loved. Staff was friendly. I was very impressed with the measures they took during Covid-19 to ensure safety. What I did not like at all during my exam was all the interruptions. While with the Assistant going through series of tests, I was reading off of a card when another assistant approached her. She clearly was not paying attention to my responses as at one point i asked same line? And she responded, very good, now cover your right eye.... She didnt even give direction on how far to hold card from my face for valid test, so once we were almost done with that part of test I asked her how far I should have been holding. She showed me and the test results ended up being totally different because previously i was holding too close, but she never corrected me or payed attention. Also, while in the exam room with the Optometrist, we were interrupted 2 times by 2 different Associates: Once to discuss another patients treatment plan which required physician to go into his electronic record and write a prescription while I just sat there waiting to continue with my exam. Out of respect for the other patient they were discussing I kept my head down and turned away from the computer screen so I could not see his PHI. Then shortly after she walked out, another gal walks into the exam room asking the physician if she knew where one of the other physicians were. This second interruption was as I was reading a line of letters on the screen, so when the physician gave me back her attention, I knew she didnt really even pay attention to my response and just moved on to the next part of my exam. I am not 100% confident that my prescription for glasses is accurate due to all this, but my insurance is expiring and I just needed to use my benefits before I lost them. Maybe the workflows in the new space have not been clearly established or maybe there is new staff who are not clear on when and when not to approach other associates or physicians. Hopefully these concerns can be addressed, so that other patients do not experience what I did. All that said, I will probably go back because again the staff were friendly and location is convenient. We have had prior visits and never had a bad experience with them.
I have gone to Complete Family Eye Care for years. I always see Dr. Ramos. This time I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Ramos, agreed to a later date so that I could see Dr. Ramos. I go, do my workup and then Dr. LeClear comes in to see me. He is good, but I had scheduled to see Dr. Ramos.
This place is always fast service. But, the staff takes the time to answer questions and the Dr. Is very thorough with what is good and what needs tweaking. I love this place!

Im a new patient with CFEC and after many years of eye exams and purchasing glasses, I was first impressed with the attention (Marie) I received in finding a pair of frames. Usually, Im instructed to look over the frames and pick out the ones I like. I this visit, I was personally questioned and was researched for a frame I had in mind. The measurements were determined and they actually ordered the frame for me! I am part of re enactment groups and had a pair of colonial frames that I wanted the lens changed to my prescription, No problem and affordable! Finally, the doctor was very informative and patient with my questions, especially since there was a concern with one of my eyes. I look forward to many years of service and support with my new found eye care!
