The only reason I left 4 stars is because the first time I went there was an employee who was extremely rude to me.. Tried in no way to help me at all.. I asked her opinion on how a pair looked and she rolled her eyes.. FORTUNATELY for me I decided to come back next day and TERESE helped me, she went above and beyond to get me in a pair of glasses and sunglasses. At a VERY reasonable price as well..And I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to my glasses especially my sunglasses. But she was extremely patient and understanding.. The staff was polite and friendly. After picking out a friend we were told the glasses to be ready Within 4 to 5 hours, and were truly surprised to receive at text in just 2 hours informing us the glasses were ready to be picked up. It was a great experience.

It was my kids first time to get glasses and we chose Eyemart Express because it was just next door. The staff was nice and friendly. They were very kind to my kids and giving advice of the dos and don’t on handling their new glasses. I also like that if you purchase a bottle of lens cleaner they refill it does you for free. That was awesome for me especially since it’s a family of 3 that wear glasses and that does come in handy.

Im a 66 big guy and have a hard time getting glasses to fit comfortably around the temple area. The new Eyemart Express Wide Guys line of eyeglass frames are great. They are extra wide were it counts and at the same time fit very well and do not slip. I got a real cool looking frame with contrasting spring steel inserts for about 1/3 less than other frames I was considering. If you have a larger hat size like me, I really recommend looking into the Eyemart Express Wide Guys line of frames. Their service is great and I even got the blue blocker coating for up close computer work at no extra charge.

This place was recommended by a friend of mine for their wide selection of children’s glasses. I walked in, was greeted immediately, and guided to the correct section. Our turn came up right away and we received great, friendly customer service. We had a hiccup with the insurance billing, but they were still able to get me a great out of pocket deal, with a great warranty especially for families with kids! Glasses were ready the next business day & fitting was a breeze as well. I will recommend this location over and over again!

I actually enjoyed my visit. Buying new glasses is not my favorite thing to do, but I was really impressed by the professional staff. Julie and Analia were great and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. They made everything so easy and treated us like they were glad to have us there. You don’t always get that from businesses. This will definitely be our go to place for glasses and contacts.

From the moment I walked in I felt safe and I felt comfortable. The staff was busy attending to customers but I was greeted and was directed to check in table where there was hand sanitizer and a sheet with guiding for what to expect while in the store, once I chose my frames wait was minimal and I was given options and told what my insurance would cover and what cost were for extras u wanted then immediately was told my glasses would be ready in 20 minutes so I waited but to my surprise they were ready in 10 minutes and was able to walk out with them. It was an excellent experience.

Came in on a Saturday and they were so quick! The entire team works well together and you can tell everyone has tons of experience. I worked with Sergio and he was fantastic. My glasses were not only ready same day, but even quicker than the 1 hour wait period. I’ve been to a few different glasses locations in Corpus and Eyemart was by faaaaaar the best. Go see Sergio!

Two pairs under 120 with no line bifocals made in less than 30 mins. David is a rock star! Not just the cheapest but the best! Even after I got my glasses I said everything was perfect but they were not happy with it so the heat shaped my glasses for a custom fit.

Very easy process to get my prescription filled, very fair pricing and even durning this pandemic I felt like the glasses I was choosing were clean and safe to try on. I was able to choose the type of coverage for my glasses and wasn’t forced to add anything I didn’t want. My glasses were ready 15 minutes after picking them out and completing the payment process. Very satisfied with the help I received and I love my glasses.

They had a large selection of frames at reasonable prices. After a few questions they were very helpful in finding the perfect frames for my daughter. We were in and out in about 30 minutes and only had to wait 20 minutes for her glasses to be ready! A complete set of glasses in less than an hour for a picky 11 year old is unheard of! I definitely will make it a priority to visit them when we need more!!

The overall experience with buying the glasses was awesome. The price wasnt to extremely bad 500.00 for 2.1 sunglasses and the other not. The regular shades have HD in them supposed to be better for looking at computers. The issue I have with this company is. They say they will text you and let you know that glasses are ready for pick up. And they say they do but if I dont call they wont call you. See I have some health issues and had to have my glasses made twice and everytime I wanted to see if mine were in. Dont wait for them to call you because they wont. Like right now mine were supposed to be in on the 9th and this is the 17th and still no call or text. Now mine maybe in or not. Not sure till I CALL OVER THERE TO CHECK ON THEN MYSELF!!!I think I will be calling there corp office. And its sad I like eye mart. Maybe they need new employees and managers that care about there customers.

I had an amazing experience here. Me and my husband were both looking for glasses. My husband has a difficult prescription but needed to walk out with glasses by the end of the day. Frank went ABOVE and beyond in making sure this happened for him. Then he helped me find glasses. It was such an easy and quick trip. My glasses were done in literally 19 minutes. Would definitely recommend. We live out of town and will still come back to get frames here.

I’ve gotten my glasses at eye mart express for several years now & have never had a problem with my insurance there till now, Multiple employee’s flat out told me they didn’t want to deal with the hassle of working with my insurance cause they are “difficult” or they flat out just lied to me and said we don’t take your insurance any more.. I decided to go in and give eye mart express just one last chance, if it wasn’t for Roxanne I would have gone somewhere else to get my glasses. Finally someone was willing to call my insurance and verify the allowance they provide me and to get everything submitted. Roxanne even found me a coupon to use on a second pair of glasses for my back ups, making my 2 pairs come out to only a total of $59.85 out of pocket. My 3 stars is based off of how other employees treated / talked to us and their attitudes, If it wasn’t for Roxanne I would be giving a 1star review, but her customer service really was out of this world amazing!

Always so patient with us and such a great and knowledgeable staff here. She told us our glasses would be ready in about 4 hours, just to be safe, and they were ready 75 minutes later! My son was so excited he didnt have to wait to wear his new glasses and could have them for school the very next day.

She was very skilled in helping me select good frames and made the process of ordering my glasses easy, painless and quick. I would have given a 5 star review, but I think the staff could have been friendlier. The two ladies who helped us seemed very grumpy and not happy about helping us. Frank was very courteous and very prompt and knowledgeable.The prices on some frames were a little bit above average, but the high quality of the frames with the optional extra features on the lenses made up for it along with the warranty. I just love my glasses I will tell you I was having a lot of trouble before I was squinting just to see something fare away from me I didn’t notice until someone pointed it out to me. Then me an my husband made an appointment an I found out I really had bad eyesight my husband went because he lost his out pair of glasses and he also gotten his eyes checked in along time so kill two birds with one stone sorta speak. But everything changed for me when I put my glasses on everything was clearer I can see everything it was like *Boom* everything is like in I - Max like awesome I give them a million stars if I can because after the eye exam I went next door to Eyemart Express an I received my glasses in like seconds away (sorta speak), I really thought I’ll have to wait the next day to pick them up but No!! Visited eye mart yesterday and had a very positive experience. The technician helping me was very professional and personable. She listened to my wants in glasses frames and also showed me frames Id over looked... sheChecked on tint for my sunglasses and noticed they were not dark enough and had them darkened up. The people might be nice but the service was slow. You have to wait in line for a while even before getting help. When I special ordered my glasses they said it would be 2 weeks or less. Well it was already the 3rd week and nothing. I had to call myself to find out that they broke the glasses and were reordering them and that it would probably be another 2 weeks. I asked my they didnt let me know and they had no answer. When I finally when to go pick them up i took about 40 minutes of waiting. I am done with this place.

When they an hour a leas they mean it!! Took all of 18 minutes to receive my daughters prescription. She loved her frames and not to mention the people were sooo nicceee!!!
