I recently went in for the sole purpose of using insurance benefits for shades. I had no idea how or what benefits I had. Jamie was incredibly helpful and was able to access and find all the details needed to answer my 20 questions.I never felt rushed and she sat me down and I was able to customize my shades to the perfect combination I wanted. I would highly recommend this place and would suggest asking for Jamie since she was so professional and helpful! Thanks again Jamie!

Nicholas S. took my glasses and reshaped them. They were an absolute loss but he took them and twisted them back into shape. He’s very skilled and professional. I’ll be getting my new lenses at Visionworks without hesitation. Awesome service!

The service here is just awesome! I had to go back several times to get the fit just right. They were very friendly. And once the lens popped out of the frame, but they got a new frame and popped the lenses in -- no questions asked. I can recommend them highly.

Great customer service. Melanie helped me when I went in pretty clueless and recommended really nice frames that I ended up purchasing. She set the expectation and let me know that I would receive them within 7-10 days. When I went to pick them up, Daisy made sure that both pairs fit comfortably and I could see clearly out of both. Nick was very helpful when I wasnt seeing clearly from one and adjusted the frame. I had a great experience and am very pleased with my glasses.

This place was amazing for getting a new pair of glasses! I was dreading getting a new pair because I can never decide what glasses to get! Ms. Kimberly was phenomenal! It was my first time buying my own glasses. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but the service I got was more than I expected. They made it simple and easy to figure out exactly what I needed. We had found the correct frames for me and I can say that I will come back if I need anymore help. :)

From the moment I walked in to this location I was acknowledged and treated not only as a customer but as one of the family. The staff patiently helped me select a frame and the lenses. The glasses were ready before the timeframe given but had an issue. As soon as the staff realized what was wrong with the lenses they immediately ordered a new set to correct the issue. Within a week I had my new glasses and gladly recommend anyone in need of glasses to go by this location and see their wonderful staff .

Its been years since Ive gone in anywhere to buy glasses. Ive had bad experiences at places like Lenscrafters so Ive been buying online. On a whim I came here a few weeks ago not expecting anything really but was pleasantly surprised by the affordable frames! Not to mention the girl who was helping me out was so sweet and took the time to help me out and make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When I picked up my glasses they were super helpful in helping me adjust the fit. Ive had problems before where they wont stop slipping down my nose or are too tight on my temples but my new frames fit perfectly! Ill definitely be back.

I for one will be returning due to the fact that miss Sabrina is very nice and makes you feel right at home when she talks to you. All In all I very impressed with her people skills and how polite and courteous she was to her customers. She is a great acet to the company shes at.

This has been long over due and I need to share, rave, applaud the absolute best customer service in town is in this little store. For the last few years my family had been filling their Rx’s there, no problems. I remained a Warby Parker regular. The store had always had this huge selection, modern and stylish frames ready to try on and the associates are very helpful and courteous. There is one associate that stands out with her natural abilities and knowledge of the eyewear that made me change my Warby Parker ways. Daisy. I went here on Sunday just thinking that I was going to get my old glasses fixed because I broke the leg on them but Brandy suggested that I should just get new glasses. Ive been wanting new glasses but its always a headache, plus I really needed glasses to wear that day! So Brandy looked up my insurance, which I think she had a hard time finding but she didt give up. Her and her coworkers ended up finding the insurance, I picked out the frames that I like and then they sent me down the street to get my eye exam done, which didnt cost anything! The eye exam people faxed the info over to visionworks and then visionworks had my glasses ready for pickup a couple hours later! To think that I was just going in to get my old raggedy glasses fixed to coming out of the store with a beautiful new pair of glasses for a little to nothing price and no headache plus exceptional customer service! Thank you Brandy for making the process so smooth! You guys just earned a lifetime customer & I will be taking my future kids to you guys as well lol.
