I have gotten my glasses here for many years. I went in today and the women working there were the slowest, dumbest people on the planet. After 40 minutes I took my prescription and left. No one could look up my insurance, they were unable to answer the simplest questions about lenses. I was told on the phone that they can make new lenses for the drill mounts I bought there and now they refuse to make them and insist I buy new frames.
Dr. Alsups diagnostic vision testing was Quick, Precise, and Painless.the prescription lenses, which resulted, make my eyes feel right at Home. no eye strain. just beautiful clear Vision.almost like beFore i started wearing glasseswhether for reading the tiny fine print on a medication bottle or seeing details in a sunset way off in the distance.and all of this without having to dilate my pupils; because Dr. Alsup uses retinal cameras, combined with an imager that goes through all possible lens prescriptions, then seems to lock on when your eyes see a Focused image.then she Fine-tuned the prescription with the traditional eye-charts while manually clicking through only 1 or 2 lens positions for clarity.thus she avoids having to click through 30 or 40 lenses that Prehistoric optometrists used to subject you to...in the Good old days.the doctor fit me in to a busy schedule, as i was a walk in. yet, i never felt rushed.yep ! ill be back Next year.
Not a good experience. Never could see out of contacts very well and the glasses I got from there I finally super glued the lenses into the frame.
