Great prices on frames and the staff is very helpful and professional.

Do not buy glasses here if you have kids or teenagers. I always pay the extra for scratch coverage since I know how kids are in sports and things. My sons nose piece broke off in practice and even though the glasses were only 7 months old they refused to honor the warranty and wouldn’t fix saying I could pay for a new pair. No thank you I will take my money elsewhere. So don’t believe them when they tell you the frames have a year warranty because they won’t honor that!

I’ve been going here for years and they typically have good service but I was a little annoyed today when I went by after my daughters eye appointment. I arrived at 5:14 p.m. and both on online and on the door it said they closed at 5:30 p.m., so I knew I had to be quick. An employee unlocked the door & told me I could only come in if I was picking up an order because they were closed. I said the sign says 5:30 p.m. & then I was informed that for the last 15 minutes they only do pickups and that the computers were already shut off so they couldn’t verify my insurance.. It’s just frustrating because if that’s the case then the sign & google should both say they close at 5 p.m. or 5:15 p.m... Not 5:30 p.m. if I couldn’t come in when I got there at 5:14 p.m.

I took my frames to Pro Optical for realignment and they twisted them sideways after asking me if I bought them there.They were very discrete about their malign intentions; telling me that they couldnt do it at the front and playing it off afterwards.They couldve just left them how they were but instead decided to give me a little bit of that holiday spirit.

I’m in love with my glasses!I took in a pair of glasses that I wanted to switch out my lenses for blue light. I am on the computer 8 hours 5 days a week.I ended up with a better fitting frame that complimented me more and lenses that do not make my eyes tired.They were able to see my face and help me pick out a pair of frames quickly and effortlessly.Thanks for your help!

If you had asked me to rate pro optical these past 24 years that Ive been going here I would have nothing but great things to say. 24 YEARS!🤦🏻‍♀️ I adored the family ever since Id went to school with their daughter years ago. I also have referred so so many of my friends & family (which stops now) Anyways, today once I finished my FIRST EVER trial pair of contacts I realized they were not for me (after already excitedly purchasing 6 months worth of contacts) Now, I understand my excitement got the best of me, but now Im stuck with unopened contacts that I will never wear. They are literally still in the bag that they came in. They mentioned covid. But still....they are unopened! Sooo disappointed right now!!!

Been going to Vision Works for years, I have eye insurance I spend over $300 with insurance at Vision works. Glasses were stolen, had to start over with no insurance. Been getting frame after frames of $31 glasses tint and no tint, love them! I feel comfortable and safe wearing $31 glasses that look and feel just as good as $500 ones. So go to Pro Optical the staff and Dr are super nice as well.

I was a little hesitant to come to a new optical place seeing as how hard it is to find a good deal with my insurance. But last week just proved my suspicions. When I first walked in, I wasnt even greeted by anyone nor did the staff even acknowledge my existence. It didnt help that one staff member, Frank I think his name was, reeked of marijuana and was just absolutely rude at catering to my needs. I left in such frustration that i regretted even coming in the first place. Never coming back again.

Best place to go to get your glasses and they have the best service in town. I went to Visionworks and Lens Crafters in the mall and has no help and service before finally coming here. This place has great, friendly staff that helped me pick out my two pairs of designer eye wear. Everyone is knowledgeable when is comes to picking out and wearing glasses and contact lenses. They have a MUCH BIGGER variety to choose from than anywhere else in town. Dont waste your time going to the chain eye places in town, you will be treated like a number. Go to Pro Optical, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Very rude! Associate did not want to assist me stating I could not purchase because insurance was down for 3 weeks. Went to other location right after and was assisted great and completed my purchase. I will not return!

Bought a pair of progressive bifocals and was told that there was a 30 day warranty from the manufacturer, which they passed to me in the event that I couldnt adapt to them. I paid $121 for the frames and lenses.15 days later, I brought them back. After much discussion, I settled on a pair of single-vision lenses that cost the usual $49.Imagine my surprise to learn that they offered no refund of the difference! The owner said that he was out the cost to re-make the new pair - but when I pointed out that the bifocals were covered by the manufacturers warranty, and I was paying for the new single-vision, he wasnt out anything. He said it was the store policy - I asked to see it, because I clearly misunderstood what he told me initially.He then said that he would refund the original $121, but that HE WOULDNT MAKE THE NEW GLASSES. I was shocked at the lack of service, since Ive bought 6 pair of glasses there over the past 5 years - always with good service and Ive referred a lot of folks. I didnt ask for a warranty - it was offered.They used to be so good - but not anymore.

Will never go back poor customers service from the girls. After 3 months of having using my new glasses they fell apart just to find out that there is no warranty on them i try to explain that i only used them at night after removing my contacts and still they did not care

I took my daughter in to get glasses and the place was busy so I understood about having to wait a while. That was no problem.She found the frames she wanted and they told us they would beready the next day at 1pm. I took time off from work to go there with my daughter so we could be sure the fit was right and the glasses were not ready. I asked how long it would be before they were ready and we were told they would be ready as soon as possible. They asked if we wanted to wait. Since we were already there, we decided to wait. 2 hours later ...I was extremely upset. We waited until 3pm and the glasses still had not come in. We waited another 30 mins and I finally asked to speak with a manager that I was told was unavailable. The attitude was horrible. At 4pm, the glasses finally came in. She was fitted and we went home.2 days later we noticed a crack in the lenses near the top right of the frame.I will never do business with this establishment again. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. The quality of their workmanship is horrible. Id suggest finding another place to get your glasses or contacts. Their service and quality of products is less than poor. Unfortunately there is no selection for that.

Called this morning to see about having glasses made for my wife and myself. I asked what brand trifocal lenses they carried and the young lady had to ask her manager. When she came back on the line she told me that they could not give me that information over the phone that I would have to go to the store. I asked to speak with the manager a she never called me back. You just lost my business.

Husband got a pair of glasses that was suppose to be tinted, they do not turn dark and my husband works out side. We went back in and they gave him the run around, Im giving them one more chance with a new pair of glassed and he is going back to glasses lens and photo-gray.

Horrible customer service!!! I went to pick up my brothers glasses, which he needed for school on Monday. The doors say they close at 4pm, I was there 15mins till 4pm. The doors were locked, they would not answer the phone then let one person in so I went behind that person. The staff was RUDE, said well they can do whatever they want, they are the owners! Sad, thats how a local business treats our community!

Initial service was good; liked my glasses. Returned for adjustment and the service was terrible. Stood waiting in lobby; although I made eye contact with all empolyees; some of whom were not with other customers, I was ignored; never greeted, never asked what I was needed. Was even mocked by one employee when I spoke up.Never again. Will pay another optical service to adjust my glasses.

Blown away! I was initially shocked to get glasses in less than 24 hours. I was more blown away when I saw the care and detail that Michael took to make sure my glasses fit absolutely perfectly. I have NEVER before been impressed when I purchased a pair of glasses. I will never go anywhere else.
