Im having a big problem (MD) with my eyes. I went online searching for a good O.D. because I wasnt satisfied with the one I used to go to.I found EYEWORKS when I decided to make an appointment. It was the best decision Ive ever made and I count myself very, very, very lucky.By just entering the building was something else. A great and light atmosphere and a warm reception. The way my eye problem was taken care of has been so fantastic like never before elsewhere.Dr. Upton who did all the exams explained everything in simple and understandable words to me and has taken all the time necessary.She was just wonderful.I can only refer and encourage everybody if you plan the next visit for your eyes do it with EYEWORKS. I love Dr. Upton & Eyeworks. Ive been going there for years & have also felt at home & welcome from the beginning. All the staff is so nice, helpful, & of course professional. One year I switched positions at work & had to resign up for my insurance. There are so many options its overwhelming & though I tried to choose the same Vision care plan I didnt & Dr. Upton wasnt a provider. I went elsewhere for my exam & the experience was terrible. Needless to say, I paid out of pocket going to Eyeworks until I coyld change my plan again & make make sure that Dr. Upton was on my provider list. I will never stray again.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. There was no waiting for exam - walked right in before scheduled time. They are doing a good job of spreading appointments out so no one is sitting in the lobby. Also taking temperatures for precaution. Very good experience.

I called to get a copy of my prescription and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude! First, she argued with me saying that “they had no record of my prescription from last year” And followed that by saying “well idk what to tell you”. I ensured her that they did and she gave me so much attitude calling me a liar. Turns out they had 2 “Desaree’s” but instead of her asking me more info to verify which was me she gave attitude and hung up in my face. The sad part is the doctor here is really sweet and nice but the staff answering the phones changed my entire perspective about this place and made her look bad. I couldn’t believe the way she treated me.
