I was told I had $300 credit for an upgrade for a new phone plus I had $65 of Verizon up dollars to use. When I got my new phone the $300 and the $65 was shown on the receipt but it never came off the bill. I also declined the Verizon protect of $17 per month but it was included on my bill. I tried to get the Verizon protect off the bill online but it would not allow me to do that. I went to another Verizon store and got that resolved, but I had to make 2 trips to the this store to get the $300 applied to my bill. Each time I was told they would do it later. When I had to go back the second time because they never applied the $300 I would not leave until they did it. I forgot about the $65 and it was never applied. On the second trip 2 other customers walked out of the store because of rudeness to one of the customers. They were deceptive throughout the whole process and I still dont have what I was suppose to get. Check you bills carefully to ascertain you get what you are told.
Small shop on the street way bit far from the coast, but I wouldnt say too far outta the way from home. Treat the folks like The big family people they are. And staff looked So Brilliant.
Think used car salesman from the 50s when you visit this place. The management is either incompetent or down right crooked. I and others who have visited have been double charged start up fees, had insurance added without request or acknowledgement, or double charged for either or both! When I confronted them about this they said they couldnt fix it and to call an 800 number. Why have a brick and mortar store if they dont have the ability to do anything? Dont go here. Order the phone online as any issues will leave you calling the 800 number anyway.
Great if you plan to get ripped off by the manager or one of the employees, they have 2 great guys, the rest are complete garbage.
I too can speak to the terrible customer service offered by this location. I just switched to Verizon and I brought in my old phone for trade in. The store didnt process the trade correctly and has since lost my old phone costing me $200 in trade in value. I have called multiple times and every time I get the same story, they will look and call me back. Surprise, I have never received a call back. I have spoken to the store manager and staff yet never get a call back. When I went to the store I dealt with AUSTIN and he was completely unprofessional. Claiming the store manager wouldnt be available for 4 days and there was no other person to contact for help. When he supposedly called the manager he didnt leave a voicemail and then flipped out refusing to help me and told me to leave the store. I called Verizon and when she called the store he refused to give his name and hung up on the Verizon rep and then wouldnt answer when she attempted to call back again. Something needs to be addressed at this location. Highly advise against going here at all costs.
I recently purchased a new phone from them. When I received my bill not only did I get signed up for insurance which I did not want as well as activation charge but was billed twice for both of these charges!!
I had called this store because they kept giving my family different prices of what we owe each time we go in! The guy on the phone was beyond rude and hung up on me 5 times! He should be fired! All I wanted was to pay my bill for what I actually owe! Tried charging us over $1000!!!

New staff is RUDE and interpersonallly bankrupt. Never had this sort of uncaring rude response ever like this one. Also dont expect return phone calls if youre having technical difficulties or wanting to purchase a product. Its as if they dont exist.
After having my phone for a year and a half one small fall left me fumbling to get a replacement quickly. The staff was very helpful, specifically Mike in the main lobby. He was courteous and very understanding of my situation. The customer service was impressive and I will be going there again if I have any issues.
The staff was incredibly uninformed and unhelpful. If you know how to operate a device that has access to WiFi and you can navigate a website, you have no need to go in other than to pick up a device you ordered online.
This used to be our favorite Verizon store, but the sales people were pushy and not that helpful. Will not go there again.

Recommending Stephen R to be promoted to manager of the store or as a District Manager! If all were as good as him - there would not be any competitors. He spent a lot of time with efforts to get me back in on a lock out on my phone. Also, David sold me my phone and had set me up - he too was awesome and should be promoted. David was sent to a Salem store I think. Both represent Verizon in a friendly, down to earth, but profession way. They were not uptight about the amount of time I needed. I had gone to Albany to see if I could get help - sorry Albany, but the enthusiasm wasnt there. Albany had told me the insurance wouldnt cover the issue of lock out. It in fact did. Received my new phone today. Again thank you Stephen for making me feel I was a valuable customer even after I had paid for the phone - you were there for me for the lock out. A good manager will create the same integrity throughout a store. Be smart Verizon - promote him!
If visit a Verizon store in Corvallis make sure its this one! My husband and I went to Corvallis to switch over a phone for my mom and get some help with a problem I was having renewing my veterans discount (It has to be renewed annually, as though Im no longer a veteran!).It was here we met Daniel, who was definitely the best Verizon employee of any kind weve ever dealt with!!!Daniel ended up spending quite a bit of time with us as he labored to switched over my mothers antique flip phones data to our old Samsung 6. During that time he also assisted me as I worked my way through the reenrollement process for my veterans discount. Which took several attempts since I kept having problems due to memory issues I deal with due to a disability. Through this entire process it was clear that Daniel was a true professional on the technical side of his job who seemed to enjoy his work. But even more importantly to me was how he treated both of both of us. He discussed technical things with my husband, did a great at explaining things to me and didnt seem to mind my questions or helping me when I took awhile or had to redo things. Daniel is definitely a kind and considerate young man and I highly recommend him to and his store everyone in the Corvallis area. You might have to wait a bit there but if you do in my opinion its well worth your wait for the quality of service youll get!
Excellent service and wonderful staff! Josh helped me when I had a few issues with my phone and has been the person I only work with when I go to that store. Ive referred friends to work with him when they go in there and theyve had wonderful experiences. Definitely ask for Josh!

She literally took the time to answer a million questions, order me a new phone, find the least expensive plan in regards to my personal usage, and wait an indeterminate amount of time to talk with corporate for me. My experience at the Timberhill Verizon store was a pleasant one. The gentleman that helped me whose name was Bailey was very helpful and he was very friendly and engaged in conversation. I would also like to recommend to everyone that you purchase the go package. I think its around $70 but you get the case protector and the tempered glass and trust me you will need to replace the tempered glass at least once or twice. If you buy the tempered glass separately its $40. Im sure glad I bought the package because it paid for itself in the first week.
Very great experience. The employees knew more than just how to sell a phone! Stephen Riley helped me with diagnosing the issues with my phone and replacing it very quickly. He also helped me figure out why my reception had been so bad around my house in Bend. It is nice to work with employees who are knowledgeable in their fields.
Really, the worst service Ive experienced in a long time.I didnt get the guys name but once he realized that I was there to purchase an inexpensive phone to replace my Galaxy 4 he just basically stopped helping me. He told me that if I did not have my pin number he could not even look at my account. I told him that I hade never even set up a pin for my account and when I was there last year to purchase a new phone for my wife I didnt need a pin. all he said was that the rules have changed and that he could not help me.Next I went to the Verizon store on Circle. Great service. They did not need a pin to access my account and I ended up buying an awesome LG 7, which I love so far. Ill never go back to that Timber Hill store.
I was in there the other day to resolve an order for an iPhone that had been declined online with Verizon. Bailey took care of me and my needs from the get go, he listened well, acknowledged my needs, and was very patient throughout the process of calling costumer support to unlock my account. He wasnt pushy but was still able to explain all the deals and specials going on that applied to my scenerio. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I left with a brand new Red iPhone 7 that was out of stock everywhere online and even walked out with a new tablet for a great deal thanks to Bailey. I usually have good experiences in Verizon stores but this was a step up. Bailey was awesome and provided me with my best experience yet! Thank you!
AWESOME service. I lost the sync to one of my Gmail accounts and my Google Maps. Had tried every fix I could find. The tech restored both within 5 minutes of my walking in the door!
Had a wonderful experience at go wireless. I like many others had to wait for the Iphone7. Less than a month later but weeks before it was suppose to arrive, my phone was shipped and received by the Corvallis location. The manager (Josh) remembered me, my profile/situation and was even willing to use his personal computer to back up my new device. After the information swap, he was even wiling to set up my new HUM device. Thank you everyone at the Corvallis location, each of you (Caleb, Stephanie, Josh, and Chris) were very helpful and in a delightful mood. I will definitely return.
People working in this shop are unorganized, and rude.after making three trips today and about 40 min. waiting to pay our statement. We well not go back in. My husband tried paying on line and had problems with his password so he drove to timberhill to be treated very rude. We well change our carrier to.orrow.

Ive had a good and bad experience. The old employees were very kind and helpful, but Verizon fired them (like they always do) Most of the new staff isnt as good. And when you go in expect to try to be sold on the latest phone. But I dont blame the employees I blame the company for the bad service

I had to get my phone switched from tmobile to verizon, and it went so fast and smooth this time. Any other time Ive had to switch carriers, it took over 2 hours. Stephen got it done in less than 45 minutes, and we were chit-chatting at least half that time. He knew every answer to every question and I was extremely satisfied with my service. Ill definitely be going back to him with any questions I have.
The worst, I wish to give less then 1 star.. rather negative. DO not spend your money there. Their staff never notified us about the process of rebate (he actually just told us that visa pre-paid card with shown up at our door after two months), we are about to miss out on a $650 rebate. Also, they never explained what $80 + $60 charges were, made it seem like it was a verizon company charge to open an account, come to find out, it was for two screen protectors. The staff was on his phone watching a basketball game the entire time as well. Went back to complaint, and all we got was disrespectful treatment from the store manager. The coupons they said that would arrive through email never arrived. The expensive screen protectors already broke. Just really, really, bad. We should have just went through online - would have been cheaper and no hassle.
They are always great help here but dont plan it as a quick trip. They are always busy it seems & always have people in line. They will give you great customer service but plan on waiting a long time to get it.

The staff here is very helpful, even when solving issues on devices not purchased there. EG: Stephanie solved a problem with my wifes iPad that had stumped the staff at the local Mac store 2X.Theyve always been helpful with phone problems and of course replacements and upgrades when needed. Ive done business in other Verizon locations, and find this store superior in terms of customer service.

Horrible customer service. Kid told me they dont carry batteries for blackberry phones and told me to go to the corporate store in Albany to get help. He did not even address my freezing phone issue. Update 10/1/11 No operational Bionics in the store. This is the latest and greatest Verizon Droid phone and all they are pushing is the Iphone.

I usually would never write a review for any business, but I had a great experience at this branch so I wrote one. for all of the people who get upset because you have to wait at a store, take a moment and realize that most of the time its one person at counter so he or she cant help you right away, but with that said JAYDON was the gentleman who assisted me. He was busy at first so i waited and he checked in with me every 4 or 5 mins reassuring me he would be with me soon. He helped me switch off Tmobile to Verizon. The process takes a while, but he helped me every step of the way, he even went out of his way to ensure no one heard my social security number. It took us about an hour to set it up, but in all honestly that time FLEW by, he was very accommodating and helpful that I lost track of time. The staff at this store helped everyone as soon as they walked through the door. Very cheerful and clean. GIVE JAYDON A RAISE, that boi is wicked awesome.

I went to the Verizon store to get help with a problem I was having accessing the Internet when not on wifi. Bailey Samuel knew immediately what the problem was, that I had to many sites opened when I should have cleared them. What a relief! He also informed me of options for upgrading my phone. I am not ready to do that but am happy to know the details for future reference. Thank you, Bailey!
