Okay, so, another store in this chain sold my mother in law a phone they shouldn’t have. She bought it while in California, and they wouldn’t let me return it. After a month, I was able to make it into Corvallis and stopped by this location to see if they would help. They navigated the challenging bureaucracy of Verizon and got it done. They didn’t make a dime on the transaction and it took a team over an hour. Dylan, Angel, Andrew and their manager are great people. Buy something from them, they’re honest and will stand by it.
The staff didnt seem to be too interested in assisting me, which made it seem like I was more of a nuisance. Wasnt too pleased with my first visit.

I went in today with a small problem with my screen protector. Garret Mercer who took care of this problem, was a young cheerful kind person, who not only did an amazing service fixing the screen issue that I had, but was kind enough to help upgrade 2 tablets for at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this store with all their highly trained employees, always eager to help a customer in need.

I bought a GoWireless glass package for my IPhone X. I was supposed to be able to replace my glass screen protector once it needed replacing. I went in today to replace it and the customer service person there just told me essentially I was out of luck because they did not carry that size any longer. No aid in problem solving or offering to order it from a different store or online…just like, yeah, I can’t help you. I asked for their manager and was told he was fired two days ago. It was a really bizarre experience. I had to ask for him to print out my receipt so that I could have my information. It felt pretty shady.

All the staff at this location are professional and great to work with, when Chase heard that I got charged twice for a mistake I made trying to pay online, he kindly offered to call to see if one of the charges could be reversed, and was able to save me some cash! He then went above and beyond in calling me back twice to make sure the credit had been applied to my account. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness; I wouldnt even have asked! The help would have meant a lot to me at any time, but given this pandemic year and a lot of other things happening in my life, the kindness was extra meaningful. THANK YOU!
I called to make a no wait appointment at 830am and they were able to see me by 9am. I went in upgrading my phone due to dropping it. Chase assisted me, he was very personable and knowledgeable and even gave me a discount on my accessories. Great customer service.

Angel was amazing. My husband needed a new phone, he’s the type that hangs on to them for as long as he can. We traded his old iPhone 6 for an iPhone 12 Max Pro and got $580 off. So I went ahead and did the same ☺️ We wanted to keep our same payment so she gave us a breakdown of what was needed to keep it that way. All in all, we are super happy with our experience.

Go anywhere besides this store... Garrett lied from the begining saying that the motorola edge had a great battery, the best camera, and better service than our galaxy S10+ not even 24 hours and I am not happy with the phones he promised would make us happy. Unfortunately because we were on a promotional deal, that has voided our 14 day return. Now we are stuck with two phones that cost over 2,000 dollars and we get a simple sorry. Never go to a kiosk to buy your phones, they work on commission and will lie about anything to make their sale.
I had been using droid for as long as I’ve had a phone, but with my new job, I felt it was the right time to look into Apple. Naturally, I felt overwhelmed with all the options, and not knowing much about phones, I came into the store looking to get some more information. I was immediately welcomed with friendly service! Kat is the employee who helped me throughout the process and I cannot thank her enough for her honest opinions and helpful advice, and obvious knowledge. She was more than willing to go the extra mile in helping me and made me feel comfortable with what could have been a very stressful experience. If you are looking for friend to help you, rather than just someone working off commission, Kat’s the person to talk to.

It took 2.5 hours because of the complicated credit check. I happened to bring in my computer but it would seem that Verizon should ask everyone to bring their computer and so they can supply all the needed documents. Wayne was very kind to work with but needed to check with the boss many times for clarifications. This is understandable for a relatively new hire.

I was just not expecting such a great service! These folks were incredibly friendly and very organized and efficient. It could not have been a better experience! I thought I was going to have to go all the way to Albany to the store there but I was told by a friend that this place was really good, so I thought I would chance it. I was not disappointed. I was actually pretty surprised and delighted by how accommodating everyone in the store was, but my representative (his name was Sam) was especially wonderful. This was five star service.

Go anywhere else. The employees dont wear masks in a confined space. When they put their masks on and acknowledge your presence all youll get is condescension. I try hard to be positive and only share reviews of good service. It has to be really bad for me to speak up.

Went in to upgrade my phone. I always wait until my phone is completely broken before I replace it because I dont especially like change haha. Sam was working today and was very very helpful. I was indecisive and he was patient and gave me all the information i needed to help make my decision. I also would like to say, it is very refreshing to see a buisness taking Covid precautions so seriously and helping keep everyone safe but also making getting a new phone smooth and efficient. Verizon by market of choice gets 5 stars for sure :)
I have been to other locations for help and have to say that the staff at this location was friendly, helpful and patient with my 5 million questions. Sam and Autumn were the best! I will drive the 45 minutes to work with this team anytime.
I went in a week before Black Friday to purchase two new Pixels and set up a new Verizon account. Jason was very helpful in setting up my new account and getting everything up with all the discounts he could possibly apply. After a week, we realized that we could get a significantly better price on our phone if we used the Black Friday prices. Tim, was extremely helpful in making this happen. It took two hours of his time to do this, since the process was very complicated due to all of the phones being sold out.Great service, highly recommended if you use Verizon.
We came in not sure we wanted a new phone.Luis helped us. He reviewed our accountand found we had some areas where he could save us some money. We ended up buying a LG phone. Luis Sandoval is an excellent employee..he stay with us and walked us through the process so well. We really appreciated his expertise.What a nice young man.
I went the store to ask questions about upgrading my sons phone. We were promptly assisted by Norman. He reviewed our current plan with us and I discovered that some recent changes made by a service rep at *611 were not what I expected and I became very confused and frustrated. To say Norman was patient, understanding, and helpful is an understatement. Norman spent easily an hour trying to help my understand my bill before I could even make any decision about upgrading my sons phone. By the time we were ready to proceed, it was closing time and Norman happily stayed to assist us with the upgrade. Not just a few minutes, but a full hour past closing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had a good experience. I will no longer call *611 for help, I will call this store and ask for Norman. Job well done, Norman!

Mishelle is super helpful and really patient! I went in just to check what prices would be if I changed my family plans around. She not only spent the time to check different variations of plans to see which would be most price effective, but she also noticed that I could get a newer phone and pay less than what I was paying for my old phone. After working with me for almost two hours, I walked out with a new phone and all the information that I needed. I am super happy! Definitely would recommend!

I was not happy about getting a new phone...but the iPhone 6 made it necessary. Seans personalized attention to detail quickly shifted my displeasure to excitement about a new venture in technology. Despite my technology impairments I felt supported in taking on a new phone format and encouraged by his informative, personable, patient and honest style. I first went to a different verizon store where I had purchased a phone cover for a present for my daughter at Christmas time, I live at the coast so its over an hr. drive, I asked both the person in the store and current manager if I could exchange the case for something else as they will not give any refunds or apparent exchanges beyond 14 days, although its not posted anywhere in the store. I argued because I had just spoke with a store manager and they had agreed to do this. Come to find out it was the store on Circle and not the one I was at.I drove to the store on Circle and Michelle took care of my exchange as promised, she did not carry the case I purchased at her store but was kind enough to give me the exchange anyway. What wonderful customer service!!!! She was a delightful young woman, very helpful indeed. I will go back to her again and recommend her and the store she is at in the future as I’m sure anyone will that deals with her. She is an asset to Verizon.. We urgently needed to solve a charging issue on one of our phones and Norman was very helpful. We were both very weary with the work week and his customer service skills were exemplary. He was patient, attentive, and cheerful, despite our late evening arrival on a Friday. Norman and Josh both exhibited good teamwork and problem solving, working together in order to reach a best solution for our situation. The store was easy to locate, with good parking and access. We highly recommend the store and these two salesmen in particular. Tell them- Dae sent you!
My phone decided to stop working last night and this was the closest Verizon to the hotel. It was a bit of a wait because there was only one employee but he handled the situation very gracefully. Sean was helpful and very knowledgeable on the phones I was looking at. When I picked the phone, he made the process as quick and painless as possible. Thanks for your help Sean! The staff are really cool and won’t rip you off *cough at&t. They have good deals and promos and they have all the latest phones and data plans. They have the best coverage in the nation and I like the color red, so Verizon is a no brainer for me!
I went here a few days ago looking to upgrade my old iPhone. I like many people, didnt do a lot of research and went in to just look around at my phone options. Tyler B, the Manager, was amazing to work with. I never once felt pressured to buy a new phone or upgrade my current phone plan. He did a wonderful job comparing the possible phones and also ended saving me a lot of money with my trade in. I was very pleased with my experience.
My experience over all at the Corvallis Verizon was awesome! Norman helped me for hours with moving my line to a different account and exchanging out my phone & setting up my new one. I left to go to another town to check my phone. When someone says my phone ( 8 ) cant be fixed even though I just spent 700$ for it. Verizon in Corvallis Oregon fixed my phone, spent the time and were wonderful and gracious. My phone was only a few months old.

Brought my phone in for a fix, and ended up needing to switch to a new one entirely. Jake was phenomenal- so patient, and even though the process took a couple of hours, he was helpful and made my wait as pleasant as could be. Easy to talk to, eager to help, and knowledgable. This note of PRAISE is long overdue! Several months ago my husbands phone would no longer charge. We went into one Verizon store in town but they were out of either of the phones he wanted. We entered Cellular Sales basically at 5 mins before closing yet Tatiyana and Coley both stayed and helped us! They made sure my husband had a working phone and and everything was transferred over between phones for him. That is excellent customer service!

I dreaded asking for help with my phone, expecting the same bad news I received at two other places: Phone is old. Need to buy an upgrade.. BUT NO, Tyler patiently listened to me and showed me what to do to get what I needed from my phone and then did it for me. And all with a gracious smile and no charge. I bought my phone there and with this kind of helpful service I will buy my next phone there - WHEN I actually need a new phone.

Super frustrating. I went in to buy a phone case and their machine wouldnt process my payment. The employee told me they have issues with their machines and it just needs to decline 3 consecutive times and then they could enter it manually. It didnt work. The rep unplugged/ reset the machine and told me to run it 3 more times. Still didnt work. He then asked me to try the other register. I asked if this was going to cause my bank to block my card or multiple charges and he assured me it wouldnt. Still didnt work. He wanted to try again but I said Id rather not, that Ill just buy a case elsewhere. We spent so much time trying to get it to work that I barely made it to another store before they closed. The rep was polite, however, my card is now blocked and Ill have to go to the bank to have it resolved.

Best customer service I have had in a long time.I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon today. I have never switched phone companies before so I didnt know what I was doing at. I walked out of the store feeling very confident in my switch. I personally worked with Alex Segal but both of them were friendly and easy to talk to. Alex helped me make an informed decision on what phone to buy based on what I wanted, and the best part is that the staff actually knew about the phone they were selling.10/10 Would recommend this store to anyone!

Im almost 60 yrs old and quite intimidated by all this modern, yet necessary technology. Sean and Tim are always extremely patient and kind whenever I come in with my questions and mishaps. I always walk out understanding much more on how to use my phone. Thank you Sean and Tim.Over a year later and phone in question died. This time I was lucky enough to have Autumn Martin as my customer service rep. Because my phone was dead, there was no way to access the account because it could not receive the text that allows you access. Autumn was innovative. She had an old phone in her purse. She took the sim card from my phone and put it in her old phone. Now a text could be sent and read and account accessed. Yay! From there, she helped me pick out a phone that was suitable for my needs and budget. She was very kind and patient as I muddled my way through the process. Thank you Autumn!
Zan was fantastic helping me find a new phone with all the features I was looking for and he got me a great deal no one else had offered me. He helped me find a case, activate the phone, and transfer all my contacts, photos, and apps to my new device. Great service but.........I went in to pay my bill- cash. They (verizon) charged me a $1.00 convenience fee. Times have changed when you are charged for using cash.

He showed me how to locate it ! He also put a message on my IPhone so whoever found it could contact him. SUCCESS. I got my iPhone back ! I will try to send customers to him from The nearby university where my husband teaches in the business department.
