Excellent customer service except there was a glitch with their IT equipment so we left and returned an hour later to finish our two phone purchases. Olivia did a great job of transferring old phone info on to the new phone. Very patient with our many questions.

I brought in a phone I had already bought and asked for help transferring my stuff and setting it up. Keven Tegan provided such amazing customer service! He took time/was patience, explained to me what he was during while working on it; hit some troubled spots but worked through them trying other approaches without getting frazzled; advised me on the best screen cover to apply with knowledge of why and how it worked - and then did it for me very precisely too. I have not often had great customer service with Verizon retailers but I will always go back to Kevin if I can for help! I recommend you all do the same.

Kevin was so patient with me needing to do a bunch of last minute stuff on my old phone before transferring over. He was super nice and kept me entertained while I waited for my phone to be ready. Awesome guy!

Very helpful staff and great service. Jeremy worked with us for the better part of 2 hours helping us transfer our phone numbers and data from two different wireless carriers. We never felt rushed and he made sure we had everything sorted out before leaving. He even followed up with us a few days later. Would highly recommend taking your business here if you are looking for someone who actually cares about the customer and isnt just trying to sell you something and push you out the door.

It took them about 2 hours only to tell me that they never had a problem with trying to set up the phone and i couldnt get that phone and was forced to wait 24 hrs to only get a set up with a different phone and the fact they gave me Disney plus for a year to later find out that they didnt set up the disney plus on my account on my phone while I was there.

Did not have a good experience here, the associate that worked with me was so rude and frustrating to work with. Very know-it-all type of guy. A real sentence that was said to me: You know its actually required by law to have your social security card on you at all times as a form of identification. Obviously this is not true... while not only completely unnecessary it can make you an easy target for identity theft (obviously).Anyway, I just went to the other Verizon (the one by market of choice) and it was such a better experience! The people there were nice and helpful and didnt tell me made up laws that dont exist. DEFINITELY recommend the one by market of choice instead of this one.

Got a new Apple 8Plus with the help of Austin who was very detailed focused and found me the best deal for my phone needs. There were some difficulties in the process that Austin was able to solve and do in a very personal and humorous style. I’m a happy customer got a new phone I love and it was a positive experience. UPDATE: still keeping my 0 review. During this conversation in November I was told that my old phone S5 could not be activated and that both my S4 and S5 would not even work January 1 so I had to buy two new phones. After my visit to this store I contacted Verizons customer service. The rep activated my old S5 in place of another phone. And its January now and both phones still work! So basically, I was told a whole bunch of lies. The customer service rep admitted that Verizon retailers do not have your interest at heart. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, CALL VERIZON SUPPORT! They have been nothing but helpful and can sell you a phone if thats what you really need.Initial review:Giving 1 star because 0 isnt an option. I was aggressively attempted to be sold two phones today with minimal information provided by the salesperson.At the beginning of the conversation the Samsung BOGO sale ended today--middle of the conversation the sales person realized I would not blindly be giving an immediate green light to make the sale--end of the conversation as I was about to leave, the BOGO deal had a new end date--9 days after today!Further, when I asked about phone options, I was rattled off 4 phone models numbers--thats it. I had to coerce her for more--whats the price of these different phones, what makes one different from another? Am I interrupting your workday, salesperson?Im not sure if these people are paid on commission or are simply coached to close the deal that day, but I am nothing short of disgusted.Definitely strongly considering switching carriers all together.

I went into this location to transfer and set-up our business accounts and to purchase a new phone. Their store manager Natalie helped me. She has wonderful professional and people skills. She guided her associates and myself through what was a bit of a complicated process. Due to Verizons system set-up being outdated.it would have been easy for her to get frustrated. Natalie is an exceptional manager and I would recommend her customer service to anybody. Thank you, Natalie!

Terrible!! Individuals are not empowered to work with their customer. Do not check for clarity from the mother ship when the must call in to keep the process moving forward. I dont need Im sorry -I they need to solve the problem for the customer. They cant unless it is the simplest of actions. Sad!! Felt and knew we were being scammed as they couldnt pull up a credit report when T-Mobile had done it earlier. Sold the phone for $10 more than another Verizon store in town. If there was such a grade as an F- that is what they earned.Hey, but Im glad I use Consumer Cellular.

I brought in a Oneplus 7 pro phone which was super new and I needed to swap service from my s7 to the 7 pro. I believe it was Olivia who helped me through a 2 hour process of contacting Verizon and troubleshooting the phone to finally get it working correctly. I dont blame anyone as this was a super new phone and expected it to be difficult from the get go. The customer service was fantastic during those 2 hours and I am super happy with my new phone.

During my process of transferring from AT&T to Verizon, I got very familiar with this Verizon store and its employees. Though there were many times during this transferring process where I was skeptical about joining Verizon because of issues that were uncontrollable, the employees remained calm, kind, and accommodating. One of the managers who I believes name is Austin was especially helpful. If you live in Corvallis, I would suggest this location to be your main Verizon store.

The lady who helped me, Phoenix, got me a new iPad with 4G LTE at a really good price. In fact, Im writing this review from the middle of bloody nowhere on my iPad thanks to her.Every time I go in, whether its to see about my phone, my plan, or my tablet, Austin and his crew are top of the stack when it comes to customer service. I wouldnt put my phone anywhere but Verizon and I wouldnt go to any other shop but TCC.
