Great sales experience last week at Edwards! I am a previous customer and came back from Illinois to trade my vehicle. Randy Kahl was great from sales, worked ahead of time before I got there to line up a few vehicles to test drive, based on what I was looking for in a trade. He worked with Mike H to get a deal set up for what price point I was looking at working with, and made the process quick and easy. Rich B in finance was extremely encouraging and helpful with getting me the best possible rate I could get. I will definitely go back to Edwards for my next vehicle purchase, and would encourage any to do the same!

My salesperson Tim A was FANTASTIC!! Great experience with him as always. The sales manager Brice, unfortunately, delivered my brand new vehicle to me without being detailed. It was dirty and still had the foam pieces on it used for transportation from the factory. I started the purchase of this vehicle 24 hours prior and was called the next day to come up and sign for the vehicle. When I asked him why he delivered it it without being detailed he said because I had literally just signed the purchase agreement. He then said he would take it back to get detailed and assist detailing it himself to hurry the process. He took the vehicle back to get detailed but then returned to the sales floor and 10 minutes later I saw him leave for the day. He did not assist detailing the vehicle. I feel he failed in his duties to ensure the vehicle was detailed and delivered in a timely manner. I expected more out of the sales manager especially when purchasing a $76,000 vehicle. My salesman Tim like I said was incredible. I would only return to Edwards to purchase another vehicle because of him.

The gentleman who assisted me with dropping off and picking up my traverse was EXTREMELY polite! This kids deserves a raise. I cant remember his name. He was a shorter younger guy in the service department. He was polite, complimented my car, and did an overall wonderful job. He was extremely understanding when I had to drop my car off early and let me know as soon as it was done! Overall great experience with gentleman. We will be taking my husbands car into the same kid only, as well as my mothers car which we all bought from edwards.

Jerry Bond, my salesman, was very nice and helpful. He showed me how the dashboard screen worked and all the special things my car could do when certain buttons were pushed. And the lady who helped us in the finance office was wonderful. Ive never had a new car and the entire experience from the test drive to the purchase was great. I would definitely come back to Edwards in the future.

Bought my lease from them and i had 2 free oil changes left. They told me that contract have expired but they were gonna honor my last two oil changes.That was the begining it the year. Soo i go in and get my oil change. they told me they couldnt give me the oil change because my contract expired. The advisor talked with financial Manager and maintenance manager they cant do any thing about he said. So i ended paying for it full price and i lost my two oil changes and waste 2 hour of my time

I havent been happy with your dealership for a year or so now. The only reason I got my oil changed was because I thought it was at the Chevy dealership that was down the road at the old location. I feel like my information has been passed off to several people at Edwards without asking me first.

Raymond was great. He greeted us at the door, took us to his desk. He asked what we were looking for and the specifics that we did not want. He took some personal information as well. I mentioned an equinox and he went right into action. He brought it to the front, explained everything about the car. We went on the test drive and continued to tell us about the features. He asked how I liked it, any concerns, etc. We got back, went in and started the negotiations. His manager came out to talk numbers and advised that Raymond was newer so he was there to help. I would have had no idea he was new with the knowledge and confidence if it wasn’t mentioned by his boss. We talked numbers and after a handful of trips to look at the numbers to get me to where I needed to be we agreed on the sale. The whole time his boss was in the back, Raymond was asking if we had questions, asked about us and even brought my 10 year old daughter into the conversation. Ramen then took the paperwork back to finance and advise that it would take 5 to 15 minutes or so kind of depending. It ended up taking a little bit longer because the finance department was busy which we completely understood. Raymond continued to chat with us just kind of made us feel comfortable instead of just leaving us sit there. When finance was ready we went in and signed papers wrote the check for the down payment and we were out the door. Raymond came out to the car to get our OnStar set up again asked if we had any questions or any concerns at all.He gave me his business card and let me know that I can call at anytime with any questions or issues that I had. We were at the dealership well after closing time and Raymond was very patient the entire time. Working with Raymond was a real pleasure. He was very happy, very confident, friendly and patient. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a new car to visit Edwards and asked to work with Raymond directly.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Edwards Chevrolet Buick in Council Bluffs. I needed a good used car for my son to drive back and forth to work. The salesman recommended a 2014 VW Jetta and indicated it had been through a multi point inspection. After driving the car 100 miles, it needed new spark plugs and wires. After 900 miles it needed new brakes and rotors. These repairs totaled over $900 dollars. We requested and were denied even a partial reimbursement. My son is now paying on a $13,000 car loan and a $900 personal loan. Two weeks later we were picked on I80 because the tinting on the windows was too dark and had to have that removed. Evidently none of these situations are part of the inspection process. I am most disappointed in the reaction and treatment we received from Roger Moore and the salesman when returning with the car for repairs. We were shown no respect or consideration regarding the expense of repairing the vehicle. Both the General Manager and the salesman indicated the car was now our problem. Save yourself the hassle and disrespect and shop elsewhere!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Lawrence Prince, he was friendly, he worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted and that we were going to be happy with our purchase. He really took the time to explain things and give us the information we needed to make a decision. He made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle we got. I would completely reccomend going to see him at Edwards in Council Bluffs if you are purchasing a new or used vehicle. Also, the financing department explained things well, I was very pleased with them all. This was the best car buying experience I have had.

Everyone I worked with was so nice. Rich Roberts was great. While I was waiting for finance, he waited with me the whole entire time. A manager, name Cody, came over after I had been waiting awhile and explained some things, my cosigner had to leave and they allowed her to go and come back the next day. They repeatedly offered to buy me dinner since I had been waiting so long. Even bringing me snacks. Rich offered me his lunch/dinner several times that his wife sent him. They tried super hard to get me the payment I wanted. Not sure of his name but he was Hispanic and in finance and he came out and apologized for the long wait but delivered some excellent news with my interest rate that he worked hard to get. I was then sent with Rich B. To sign my papers and he made everything go super fast. He was so nice and apologetic. While waiting was a pain in the butt, the staff made it less painful and made the time pass fast. I was offered snacks and drinks non stop. Great experience!

I came in to have a speaker replaced because it wasnt working correctly. Checked it before I left which they said it was fix, and it wasnt working. So I went back in to tell them. Came out to listen and said I am sorry it must be something internal. She said she didnt have anyone to look into it. But I was slotted for and hour and i had 45 minutes left. I dont know why the guy that worked on it couldnt look at it. Also I was told I would get a car wash and it didnt see a drop of water.

After showing up at the dealership by mistake, I was greeted by Randy Kahl. From the start he was very professional and worked to help me find the exact SUV I was looking for. I asked if they had a courtesy vehicle and he said something about the guy left at 5.. now what does that have to do with me needing vehicle to get around in, whilst you have mine?? Now Im walking home in 90 degree weather debating if I even want the truck back.. this is ridiculous!! Im furious right now!

This was my favorite dealership to go to but they did me wrong. I got my car from them a couple years ago and someone suggested I get my windows tinted I go sure why not, a couple days ago I got pulled over because my tints are too dark and illegal. I immediately called the general manager to complain and say they should’ve never put illegal tint on my window and put the legal tint. I asked them to take it off for free because they were responsible for this or I can write a bad review and sounded like he didn’t care too much. Manager said he’d call me back & NEVER did. IM the one who had to reach out to HIM plenty of times until I just decided to drive down there because I didn’t have their time I had to get the tints off asap before I had to pay a ticket. Luckily I run into Francis and he was kind enough to take care of the problem, I found it pretty upsetting and unprofessional that a SALESMAN took care of the problem more than the manager did. They finally take off my tints and they took off the back after I asked them to leave that part on, another thing upsetting me. The sad thing is I paid to get my windows tinted and now their gone. You’d think they would at least ask to put on the legal tints. They really disappointed me this time and they have lost my trust and my business as well as my family’s.

Had a awesome experience at the Edwards dealership in Council Bluffs, Iowa. I had been looking for a specific color GMC Sierra AT4 and had not been able to locate one.I was there on business and flying out the next morning. My wife and I stopped by the dealership and low and behold they had just rolled one off the truck. I told her here we go we’re gonna buy a truck.I was greeted by Joe Fontana discussed the truck with him and he ask the question, what will it take for you to take this truck home today. I replied get the price right, get it delivered to Kentucky, and put a set of running boards on it so my wife could get in. Guess what about 2 hours later we had my truck I had been searching for. They still had the dealer prep things to do and had to get the running boards in and installed and 5 days later my truck was delivered. Joe was fantastic and got the deal done. I bought a new Chevy Malibu in April 2017. It has been nothing but junk. When GM refused to buy it back as a Lemon, I was told a lie about the extended warranty that I was supposedly getting. I continue to have trouble and to get those things fixed, I have a deductible to pay. TOTAL BS! I will be trading in the near future and you can bet it won’t be for a GM vehicle or at an Edwards dealership.

Went in to see what they would give for a trade. Told sales person I would go through my own bank. They ran our credit twice without our approval. Now wont call us back when we said we would make a deal that they needed to give us a price...... wouldnt recommend going there.

Oil change and alignment took over 3 hours. Then they said I needed new lug nuts and tried to tell me it costs almost $400, yeah Im not that stupid.

It took awhile from the factory, but I finally got the truck I wanted! From sales Chris, Manager Robert and Ian and their friendly and helpful Bryce walked me right through purchasing. The new truck purchase was delayed and we had to change things but these people are great! I would definitely do business with them again! Thanks Edwards!

The car buying went fairly well, however, it has been a battle for the paperwork to be done correctly and services scheduled /kept/etc. My husband has been back 2x for paperwork that was not finished and we had our warranty work cancelled once and almost 2x had the service dept not got me a loaner car (which unfortunately wasnt what we were expecting car wise and also they had no knowledge of coming because sales dept never told them). Overall, very disappointed. I do love my car, but service was pretty bad. It didnt seem like they cared at all either, however, I did appreciate Allen attempting to apologize. Just a little too late.

The guys were friendly and personal. They made sure I was happy.

It may have taken some time to find what I wanted in Blue but when a truck became available the deal was right and I am happy with my purchase.

While driving from Kansas to Washington my trucks oil pressure sensor started malfunctioning so I stopped here since it was the first dealership off the hwy. I worked with Dave in the service department and he was great! Shop looked like they were very busy but Dave helped us get in and out in 2 hours by moving some techs around so we could get back on the road again! Would come back for sure if I lived local!

I feel that Edwards has gone over and above my expectations. The warranty work on my truck was performed in a timely manner. Upon pick-up, my service advisor and I discovered a noticeable crack in the windshield that wasnt there when I dropped the vehicle off.Both service advisor and service manager handled the situation in a way that won over my future business. Within minutes, they looked at photos from my vehicle when I dropped it off and determined it occurred during the test drive. A new windshield was ordered and a service app. was set at no charge to me. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy show by Omar, my service advisor.

Purchaced my 2013 traverse on feb 17th 2021. Its been in and out of the service dept. since. I just recently got it back and im currently still having issues with 2 of the problems they promised to fix. I dont know what to do at this point. Randy Kahl is the one to see about a new or previously owned vehicle at Edwards. My husband suggested I go see him after I voiced my displeasure with H&H. I purchased my 1st car, a Nissan Rogue, from Randy in Aug 2020. He was great explaining he details, making sure I had everything I needed, including coming up with a set of rubber floor mats after I mentioned I needed to get some. I had the fortunate misfortune to have to go see him again last week as the Rogue had been hit and declared a total loss. I had never had to deal with an insurance claim, GAP insurance and all the particulars that went with that. He found me a very good replacement (actually better in my eyes) and Rich B in the Finance Dept worked the magic on his side to make sure my payments were also comparable to those of the previous loan. I would and have recommended Randy at Edwards as he has the experience and know how to make it happen pretty effortlessly. He definitely made it less stressful for me and followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. Thanks Randy!

Very friendly but we were there for 4.5 hours to purchase a vehicle. We picked out the vehicle pretty quickly but then did a lot of waiting. Also, we were promised one price for our monthly payments but then when we were 1/2 way through signing everything we were informed the monthly payments were going to be $100 higher than originally promised. This was very frustrating for us.

The service here was very professional and comfortable. They make sure you were happy with the results every step of the way. Definitely would recommend this dealership to family and friends!!!

They were cool and did what they needed to do, but then 3.5 months later my transmission goes out.... when I was waiting for a call from my finance company to set up an appointment with whatever dealership worked on it last. Ended up being edwards Chevy. Goodness I have had nothing but problems. First they “order” and when it came in there were bolts broken so they sent it back and “ordered” a new one, then they told us it came in a day earlier than expected great that’s awesome, only the one that “showed” up was the one they went and took from the junkyard. It took them 2.5 weeks to fix. The lady Kelly in parts is a rude women, she doesn’t call back when says she will, she rude to you plain blank on the phone, she likes to hang up or put you on hold without even saying anything. Then we finally get the car back, let’s say the transmission was supposed to stay at the junkyard. So after getting it back I complained, then made me bring it down there and take the “technician” on a test drive, he wouldn’t drive it made me drive him. He’s like I don’t feel anything. I’m like there’s something wrong I have my own mechanic shop I go to that I trust very much and they even told me it was junk and that it’ll go out again. So then the GM came over and test drove it finally and he’s like yeah it stutters but the hard shifting is normal 🤔 and I guess it’s ok to whine, goes up to 6rmp just trying to get to 45 and the interstate is worse! So then I ended up bringing it down a week later because they were suppose to order a part but then changed it up and said we’re going to try and reprogram it, you think that worked. Heck no! I’m sick and tired of having to deal with these people because it’s nothing quick they never have tracking numbers they never know what’s going on they obviously don’t know cars either. So I’ve decided since I had to drive it for awhile and break in the used transmission where they also have NO Information on this transmission and pretty sure they made up a mileage number for it. So after all this I said fine I’ll drive it till it breaks again... probably on the interstate on Friday in rush hour AGAIN. But that’s not their problem and they for sure do not care about customers. It’s also quite confusing that edwards couldn’t loan me a loaner car of theirs they have several I see them all over town and on top of that I see them in your lot. I’m not getting it fixed where I bought it, you edwards has to fix it so it should be on you guys to give loaners out.... just saying. I would understand if I have to fix it at the lot I bought it from but I’m not so that shouldn’t matter. Cant wait till it breaks to deal with these people all over again... when it’s supposed to be a good reliable car but it’s not and no one cares that it’s our only car and we aren’t rich so going to enterprise or whatever is a no go.

Randal Mcgaugh and Rich Becerra were very pleasant to work with. They were not pushy/annoying like a lot of salesman. I would refer people to them.

Ruined a tire while driving, called Monday morning, could come in at 12:30, needed new tire . Left rim and you guys got the tire and called when it was ready, went back put it on no charge no arguing. They were great!!!
