When I go to a car dealership I don’t like to waste time. Here is what I’m looking for, here is what I am absolutely NOT interested in and I go from there. I want to get in and get out!!! The salesmen here were very helpful. I personally worked with a salesman named Keko. He was not only knowledge about the vehicles they had available but he was very friendly and easy going. Made the car buying process a breeze for me. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends to Edwards Bargain Center. Be sure to ask for Keko!

All of The people there were friendly and eager to help, however a gentleman by the name of Keko, went out of his way to help me find what I needed, at a price I could afford. I can be a bit difficult but he was very patient, answered all my questions, no matter how many times I asked the same question. Could not be more frustrated with this business. They provided an online listing for car. I called and spoke to a salesman about it - asking detailed questions since I would have to drive over 2 hours to view the car in person.Im aware that the vehicle is used and this was for my daughter. I wasnt expecting perfection - but the images of the car in the online pictures did not even come close to describing the terrible condition of the vehicle when viewing it in person. It was a pile of junk.The headliner was falling down. The paint was covered with scratches - not little ones, but massive paint issues. Someone had painted it with a can of flat Krylon. It also had major hail damage. None of this was noted online.When I spoke to the sales manager about it - he said, I dont know how to document that. Yikes. Maybe they need a new manager. Its called typing and its pretty simple: Significant Hail Damage See, it wasnt hard! Four hours of wasted time.The slimy, greasy, unbathed staff are not worthy of your time. Look elsewhere for a good deal. This isnt the right place. They are not selling you a good car. They are selling you whatever they can scrap together.

I was looking for a different vehicle and I found a Scion IQ with 109,000 miles on it. I was also in the middle of having my chapter 13 bankruptcy dismissed. But they were going to sell me this vehicle for $12,999.00. When they found out that that I was in this chapter 13 bankruptcy and it was going to be dismissed, they turned me away. Thank god they did, because I found the same car at another dealership and they wanted $7000.00 for the same vehicle, and I was able to get a loan from Metro Credit Union. They were going to take me to the cleaners, well as it is, I am not going to buy anything else from Edwards Auto Group they are nothing but dishonest folks, trying to a make a dollar off of hard working honest people. They tried to make $6000.00 off of me, with the same car in which I got a a loan for 7000.00 dollars with a thousand down, this car only had 46000 miles on it. Things that make you think Hmmm! I recommend staying clear of this lot and letting the employees here go hungry....... They dont have a vehicle inspection process. They get a trade in mark it up and throw it on the lot. They make money and their employees probably make 500 on the sale. I bought a 2007 Avalanche 1 week ago 130000 miles on the vehicle.The lifter failed and I am out of a vehicle now and will need to get it repaired. I left a message with the manager and have yet to received a call back to discuss any options I may have. I would recommend staying clear of all Edwards lots. Their business practices are not good here.Update 5-20-21::: Still never heard a word from them to make it right. I know its an -as is- lot, but $9300 cash and engine failure in 1 week. They could of at least called me back and or offered to help with the parts that I bought at their dealership.........RUN!!!!!!!

I just got here to take the second car I found decent enough to get inspected and apparently the dealer plates went missing. I have my two month old son out because I had no one to watch him! This is so unprofessional. No explanation was given and no one even knew I was coming in to take it to be inspected! I am beyond upset!I was working with Jason, who was very nice, but he wasnt in yesterday so I ended up working with Miguel, who I also thought was very nice. Elizabeth who contacted me via text says they are working to get a hold of the GM who just happens to be off today. This may be a fluke but things like this should never happen! Especially when I have been so patient and working with them instead of just giving up when the first car I took to get inspected failed miserably, which is to be expected at times with as is cars. Bottom line is always get your cars inspected folks! Never take anyone at their word!

With cash in hand... All vehicles that I looked at were WAAAYYYY above the kbb.com, dealerships price. Even after I was given the dealerships lowest price. I took my money elsewhere. Facebook Marketplace is where I found another car, and it was priced under the kbb.com, private party price. A win win for me!!!

Employees that I worked with were alright, seemed very nice. But when I drove off the lot with the car I just purchased from them (I had done a trade in) it over heated and wouldn’t turn back on for awhile. The next day I had to go in with the title of my old car to give to them and I had asked about what it could be and if they could do anything. They said that they didn’t work on cars in that area and that they could do nothing about it. Here we are a month later, I got the title from them in the mail. I haven’t been able to get plates yet because I had to play the guessing game of what it was that was needing to be fixed and have had different mechanics give me different prices and different things that are wrong with the car. I now have no transportation to work because the car is not in running order. And still won’t be able to do anything for it because it’s too much for me to fix. I thought in that minute with the dealer that I was in good hands and that I was walking away with an amazing car that I’d only have to do little things for like oil change, tune up, etc. but ended up walking away with so much more stress of my plate with a car that I cannot drive! Don’t recommend buying from here because I feel now that all of the cars that they have on their lot are bound to break down once off the lot.

I was looking for a low mileage car for our daughter and her family. Chose a Buick regal which they advertised as having 74,000 miles. Thought it would be worth the 1 hour and 45 minute drive. It actually had 143,000 miles! They lowered the price by $700 making it $2100.They had problems in the first 10 days. Called and they said they would exchange for another car at same price and give the difference in cash, if any. Or apply what we paid towards another. Haha! What a flipping joke!! They offered them $1300 (we put brand new tires on it by the way!) I am glad that I was not there because my daughter would have seen this mama bears claws come out! DONT GO HERE!! DISHONEST, DISHONEST.

I just purchased a truck at the Edwards bargain lot. Be very careful buying from them. The tread of the tires on the vehicle were not safe to drive, noticed an oil leak at the lot; it was small at the time of purchasing and has only gotten worse in the three days owning the truck. The truck was also almost dry of transmission fluid when I got home to do my true inspection of the vehicle. I say Im over paying by $3000, as by the time Ive finished the repairs needing done that I have not disclosed I will have already put more in than the truck is worth. Buyer beware.

The manager agreed to sell a truck using trade in at 7pm tonight. 300 cash to me plus my trade. When I requested the cash, I was informed Id have to make the trade and take cash Monday. And when I told him Id be back on Monday since that changes things, he very disrespectfully kicked me out. Super professional leadership and customer service

Sold a vehicle that they didnt have the title to on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best Id give a 0 I gave them six weeks to come up with a title no interest on the six weeks they had my money or anything

Reached out online looking for more information and photos of a used car they had on their site. The salesman sent back what was on their website and said he said he would follow up with more information. I follow up 36 hours later only being told that they sold the car the day before and blamed me for not following up because he had already sent it. At the time of his response, it was still on their site but for $1,700 more than when I had requested the info. Now, seeing the other reviews, I never would have even entertained a car from this place.

I found a blue Dodge Dakota and I was interested in it was a 2008. Test drove it and the brakes were spongy I told the salesman and he said they needed to be bled. I told them I would take the car if they lowered the price by 500 dollars so I could fix the brakes. He agreed to write me a check for 500 if I bought the car. I signed all the paperwork and he tells me he got the loan for 500 less so I could use my own money. I had the brakes fixed and I needed rear brakes and drums, the front rotors needed turned. They are nothing but a bunch of liars. I will never buy anything from any of the Edwards again.

I seen a car at the bargain center I liked . When I talked to a lady on line about the price she then tells me that it’s that price because it’s a mechanic special and don’t run. It didn’t say that on the website glad I didn’t go trade my running car in for a non running car. I wouldn’t recommend Edwards bargain center. If you want a non running car go to a junk yard or Edwards bargain center.

Watch the cars at this lot. I was out to buy a car that I was paying for cash out the door. I seen a van that would be perfect for the family. I test drove it and looked it over. Not knowing the transmission was going out. A week after I got it the transmission started acting up. I had it looked at and they said it has to be rebuilt and it will cost $3500. I wont buy from them again

I got a great deal on a nice car. They got me into a better car than I planned on finding even. Their customer service is great and they were very helpful. Dont trust every vehicle on the lot. Look them over extra carefully. Inspect everything. Including if the vehicle has ANY oil or transmission fluid in it. Ive seen 2 of their vehicles without one or the other. Just giving a good review along with fair warning.

Looked at a small SUV I was very interested in and after driving it, I liked it. They made me the typical lowball offer on my trade-in and I decided against buying at that time. The salesperson sent me two e-mails when the dealership lowered the price of the car. I was genuinely interested in buying at the new price and communicated this to the salesperson but never received a response. I would almost certainly have bought the car if he had. I ended up buying elsewhere because they evidently couldnt be bothered to call me. Ill just take my business elsewhere from here on.

Bought my daughter‘s first car here biggest mistake ever!!!! Read all the real reviews on here, not the bs reviews written by the employees. They told us it was a great car, it had only had one previous owner and it came with a letter from that previous owner. The letter stated that it was a good car, it had a lot of life left in it and that they were going to their baby! Well with in a month of having it, it started having major issues. So we took it in to the shop today to find out there’s $1300 worth of work that needs to be done!!!! We have always bought our cars to Edwards but will never buy another car from them again!!!

Purchased 3 different cars over the years from the bargain center. Employees arent too pushy and are good to negotiate with. All cars are as-is and its clearly stated over and over and over they do not check the cars over, once you leave its non refundable. You get what you expect, dont have high hopes and then get upset. Out of the 3 cars weve purchased, only one (the one we paid 1k for) had anything significantly wrong with it down the line. The other 2 we paid 3500 and 6500 and were not disappointed or surprised by anything, so I feel we got great deals!

After a test drive, checking the fluid levels and the lights and interior functions of the car I was ready to negotiate a deal. Todd was a laid-back salesman and he was willing to negotiated, the car was an 07 and in great shape, but like all used vehicles it needed a few things that were immediately visible, like new tires. As it turned out the battery died 2 days later, however, because we had negotiated a deal I had room left to pay the 100 bucks for a battery. Overall I am satisfied with my experience at Edwards and would recommend this dealership and absolutely recommend Todd and the sales manager James, as long as you do some research and have a place to debate from they are relaxed and willing to bargain. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating is the battery dying and one headlight that needed some fixing, but again we are talking about used vehicles and the inconvenience of fixing these problems was minor.

Nervous and clueless showing up to buy a car through a dealer for the first time. Nervous about the rumors they tell you what you want to hear, true or not. Mike Gonzales is not that salesman. For me being a complete stranger to him the first day on the lot, he looked out for me more than some people who know me personally. I wanted to take notes on all the advice he was giving me for next time down the road when Im buying a vehicle. I will consider going right back to Edwards if Mike is still there. Long experience, short. Mike was honest, friendly, helpful, even motivating when we hit some obstacles financially. And I came out of there with an 02 Hyundai Santa Fe. The only thing about the vehicle that doesnt fit my preferences are leather seats. He found me the perfect fit. No surprise issues after leaving the lot. Im thrilled, and relieved. And highly recommend Mike at Edwards. I give credit also to the other salesmen I didnt officially meet but who were still friendly.

Tried selling my mom an suv for 3 grand. We couldn’t get it that day but we called the next day and said the engine wasn’t working. Would not recommend to anyone cause they will try to sell you anything without knowing what’s going on with their cars

Gosh honestly, I didnt find anything that was a bargain for me. I thought their pricing was a little high on much of what I viewed. In comparison to similar models I viewed on other places and posts. But they did have vehicles available for prices starting around $1500 on up.

Bought a 2008 Nissan Titan from here two and a half weeks ago. Havent driven titan In two weeks. Something is wrong with computer system. So I paid 12,000 for a truck that doesnt run .... Wrong my attorney is calling seven can help, contacted them many times no answer, also contacted Edwards auto group who owns this place... Go to Paul Gerber if you want a vehicle to at least last you a couple weeks. Calling state as well. Some of us can afford an attorney I was stupid for thinking I was getting a nice ride. Probably the most unprofessional place I have ever worked with or talked to to buy a car. The salesmen don’t care whether they get the buy, they don’t know what’s wrong with their own cars, they have no drive to push a sale or to get a car fixed for a sale. It’s frusturating when you feel like you’re not even dealing with a dealership, just some people selling vehicles of some lot.

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Spark from this lot this spring. Drives beautifully and has saved me so much money in gas. Some people have written reviews stating that they had bought lemon cars from here and that the staff didnt care. Well they tell you up front that every car is sold as is and not inspected. It is even printed on a big sign on the wall. With that being said I purchased an extended warranty on my car to protect my investment. Just this last week a wheelbearing went out and i checked my warranty for coverage. Turns out i had been given the wrong information on accident and my correct warranty didnt cover my repairs. I didnt have the money for the repairs and was in a bad place. Mr. Cook, the manager had me bring the car back and did the work for me at cost of the part! And returned same day in short order! These gentlemen really do care about their customers! As i was leaving they wished me a Merry Christmas. I will not forget what they did. They could easily have told me that it wasnt their problem. Merry Christmas guys and Thank you again!!!!

Came to look at a Duramax and all looked good and I was ready to buy, so I asked to take it to my diesel mechanic and they were okay with that. After my mechanic makes a full report on the truck after many tests his conclusion was for me to run away from the truck due to the injectors, low cylinder psi and a list of other problems. My wife brings back the truck with the inspection report and the manager gets furious and yells at her on the showroom that she is gullible and the mechanic is a liar, he says theres no way they could perform the tests they did and theres nothing wrong with the truck. My only regret is that I wasnt able to be there myself for the manager to yell at me, these guys are scam artists Ill never come back here, Im grateful that they didnt get my money. They will do anything to get you into one of these pos vehicles they sell

Were great to deal with. A week later transmission went out and they acted like I was trash. Talked down to me and treated me like I was dirt. Not a pleasant experience in anyway. Disappointed as now Im out 6,000 dollars of my own money and have to put almost as much in a car they sold me as broken. It wasnt so much the tough luck attitude it was the stern way they talked and treated me after I purchased the car. Almost like Im worthless trash.

Drove 2 hours to see the car, described as clean and in great shape over the phone. Got there and it had a dead battery and check engine light on. Refuse to fix either or pay my gas for the trip.

We have purchased two vehicles here. We spent multiple days looking at vehicles. We didnt feel any pressure and the employees were very patient and helpful. He answered our questions honestly about the vehicles, which assisted us in making our choice.

Oh lord... worst customer service ever. And they dont check the cars they sell whatsoever. Not even the oil! He told me they straight up get the car, clean it up, and sell it. They dont know anything about the cars theyre selling at all. After my 3rd test drive around the block you could tell they were getting so annoyed. If Im buying a car Ill test drive it 100x if I have to! Then Mike literally yelled at my husband and I over the van we were looking at because we needed to stop thinking about it and just come on already. We walked right out of there!

Steer clear of this place. Sold me a truck with a knocking engine.... They were sure to have the vents on full blast and the radio on during the test drive... I shouldve known better.Ive already saved two people the hassle of shopping here. I hope its many more.

Bought my first and second vehicle from here. Got rid of my first because their was so much rust on it that they hid that the whole frame was falling apart not to mention it died on my not even a month after I bought it. When I got rid of it and got my second vehicle from here it had a recall on the visor so I took it into the dealer to get it fixed. They asked me if I wanted it inspected for free. Of course I told them yes. When they got done they had a list of OVER 2000 IN MAINTENANCE REPAIR THAT NEEDED FIXED. Their were over several problems wrong with it. Even dyed on my not even a month later also. NEVER BUYING A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN. THEY DONT FIX ANY ISSUES ALL THEY DO IS WASH IT MAKE SURE IT LOOKS GOOD AND SELLS IT THEY DONT CARE HOW IT RUBS OR FOR YOUR SAFETY . HORRIBLE

They dont inspect the cars so bring somebody to do that for you. But showing up and leaving with a car for under 3 grand was nice and it didnt feel like a piece of junk either.

Do not purchase a car here without having a mechanic look at it. All cars I was shown were priced way to high and all have mechanical problems. I will never purchase a car here.

This is a dreadful place. About a month ago, I purchased one of their more expensive cars from this lot. On my way home, the check engine light (which they had clearly deactivated) came on. I took it to a mechanic and found the vehicle to need a new catalytic converter, new O2 sensor and new rear struts. I called the idiot manager and he literally told me that he didnt care. Every car on the lot has over 100,000 miles on it. They clean them, switch off any warning lights and let you drive them away. Avoid my mistakes and STEER CLEAR of this place.

I went a test drove a truck on thier lot price on the truck was $1000 higher than internet price ododmeter and speedometer didnt work I talked to two sales men both were rude now they have raised the internet price $1000 dollars too Im assuming because they new I was coming in to buy I assumed since the dealer was part of the Edwards Auto group they would be a better place but it appears they are just another fly by night car dealership Ill take my money and buy a truck somewhere else.

Very rude and pushy salesman tom, was very disrespectful, right off asked how much I had to spend I told him I wanted to look at all cars under 2,000 so he shows me to Hondas one a hooptie, for 2,000, then wouldnt even let me test drive till I agreed on a price, and lied and said he had no others when I called before hand and was told they had plenty cars under 1,500 but when I get there its really snowing bad so I guess all the cars went up 500 Dollars because its snowing, will never go back

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with when it comes to buying a car. I filled out the online application and after waiting for 2 hours I called them. Then the manager said he would have to pull my file again to run everything. I went here because they say they work with people with bad credit and that you dont need a down payment. Well the first thing the manager said was you are approved with a co signer and asked for about money down when i stated before there would be no money down. Well he said he was going to work something out and said he would call me back and its been almost 7 hours and I have not heard from him and I am not going to waste my time with these people....their slogan is it pays to cross the bridge should be we will waste your time to cross the bridge

Terrible customer service. Representation of true facts about vehicles they sell is poor. Dishonest and will not return calls. I do not recommend these people
