My car insurance company recommended Caliber Collision auto body shop because it was near my house. The initial assessment and estimation on my car seemed reasonable and fair. However Caliber Collision did not give good communication in order to start the process of fixing my car. I was told I would receive a phone call when parts were in. I did not receive the call. Therefore I ended up not using their service. Why give them three stars if they did not work on my car? Because many people who have used them have told me that they do very good work. I was just disappointed with the lack of communication. The staff I did speak to was very friendly.Update: Upon reading this review, a manager called me and patiently listened to my concerns. The communication improved VASTLY and they even did some follow-up work that I was concerned with. Their turnaround time was impressive....and like I said in my initial review, the staff is very friendly and I was treated very respectfully. My car looks great and they returned in clean as a whistle. Thanks Caliber Collision!

Excellent customer service and follow-trough. I brought in my altima after someone backed into the driver side fender to get it looking like new. They did exactly that but much quicker than predicted and even took care of all the dealings with the car rental company while my car was in the shop.I received daily updates on the progress and they kept me fully informed if anything came up.Give these guys a shot if you need some post collision peace of mind.

Customer service was fantastic. Mike was super nice & helpful. Happy with the work. I know any good repair shop will clean your car before giving it back. But whoever cleaned my car went the extra mile. They really cleaned the heck out of it! Haha. I don’t know what I was more impressed with...the actual repair work or the cleaning. I kept telling my fiancé how clean my car is now. I hope I don’t need anymore damage repairs in the future but if I do, I definitely will go back to Caliber.

After my accident, Janice here was extremely helpful every step of the way. From getting my car to the location from my home to pick up time. I was kept up to date on how my repairs were going and it was finished when they said it would be. They worked with me on a time to get it so it worked with my work schedule, too! BIG thanks to the women in the office who looked after my son while I switched my car seat from my rental back into my car. My car looks amazing and they made the process of everything very smooth for me. I really appreciate the work, honesty and consistency here.

My car had pretty significant hail damage and the team at Abra made my car look brand new. They were very thorough in explaining how they were going to proceed with fixing my car and clearly answered all questions. I was given updates periodically throughout the process and the car turned out perfect! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and level or professionalism. I would definitely recommend this body shop.

Where do I start? Got rear ended, came here, heard good things. First they burned the paint when buffing and it required another day. Then 6 months later my paint begins bubbling where they had repainted, was told painter forgot to add a sealer. I also got my bedsides repainted here while having warranty work done. Guess what? My bedsides bubbled!!! Email from their district manager states he wants to refund me. Basically they washed their hands of the whole ordeal by refunding me. Not to mention they lost screws to both my back bumper and tail lights (resulted in a wire dangling and ripping on my after market tail light) but they blatantly cut my led pod wires to make bumper removal easier! Bunch of lazy, corner cutting scumbags. They have an excuse for everything. Tried to tell me my truck had pre-existing rust, yeah ok, that’s why you refunded me. Avoid at all costs.

They told us 6 days. Then we called and they said another 6 days. They dont call. Was suppose to get it today, they havent called. I guess they will be making this months car payment. They have had it too long.
