I was involved in what seemed like a fender bender. But of course wanted to make sure everything was good. Through state farm I picked Complete Collision and couldnt have been happier. Couldve gone somewhere closer to home but I based it off of reviews. From the time we brought it in for a quick estimate to the time we were able to pick it up after work was completed, they kept us up-to-date. I seriously thought I had a brand new car rather the 2010 Chrysler town and country I brought in. Excellent work, cleaner than Ive seen in a long time and after looking at all the work they did reasonably priced for sure!! No offense though, I hope to never need you again (car accidents are no fun!!)

Danny runs the most honest, efficient, and clean shop in the south suburbs! As well, and most importantly, he and his staff do the finest work, always keeping you in the loop. Have been a customer for 20 years. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

I was going to take my car to do some repairs as I was recommended by a friend that worked there in the past. To my surprise the lady in the front desk was rude and also caught her gossiping about other customers as well as me. I tried talking to another employee “k” about the incident and he just shrugged it off as if I was lying when he witnessed it himself. It was an embarrassing experience and if you want to avoid something similar I say avoid this company

Very professional and helpful. After having an issue with one rental car company staff helped me secure another rental within an hour. The rental was dropped off at the shop for me. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I didnt need to return it to the company I just left the rental at the shop. And yes, I am very pleased with the work Complete Collision did on my car.

Ok.So my daughter was rear ended in December. $15600 in damage. Had our vehicle taken to CC. I researched because I’m a union member and they are Union shop. So I know the work is being done by Highly Skilled professionals .CC did OUTSTANDING WORK. Two days after getting the car back my daughter was sideswiped by another terrible driver. Yep you guessed it I took it right back to CC! $6400 fast professional outstanding work once again. As a life long union man I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPLETE COLLISION TO ANYONE! My wifes lexus was rear ended and we went here with the insurance claim. Their work is outstanding, youd never know anything at all had happened. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They communicated with us and actually had the word done a day early. We are extremely extremely satisfied with our experience. I hope we dont have anymore accidents, but if we do, this will be where we go to get any damages fixed.

Excellent service from beginning to end! My car was towed there by my insurance and they called me to let me know it arrived safely. Other places told me 3-4 weeks, complete collision repaired my car in one week. Pick up was smooth and they cleaned my car! Great business so glad I went with them.

My car was damaged in an accident and my cousin recommended Complete Collision as an option to do the repairs. They worked with my insurance company and made me aware of the progress being made. The woman that runs the front desk was helpful and friendly. I was able to get actual Nissan parts instead of rebuilt items, and my car looked better than new when I got it back.
