My car bumper and front headlight was damaged due to parking lot hit and run with no note. I was kind of looking for good body shop and finally I have chosen “Crash champions crest-wood” by looking at the reviews. Cairo guided me with the work plan and provided me the detailed description of the action plan and this gave me a lot of confidence to drop my car here and my decision was virtuous. The below pictures explains the work and it’s astonishing. I will review it again once I monitor the paint and work for a few weeks.

I chose to send my car here after a wreck and the turnaround time was pretty fast.I waited about 3 weeks for a LOT of work.I was informed every step of the way from parts to paint to pickup.They have an app that lets you track what stage of repair theyre on and an estimated finish date.My car looks great and they have a warranty on the things they replaced.All good things to say about the team here

Took my truck to the crash champions in crestwood it has been there almost two months I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone they are very unprofessional there is no customer service you call they always say that raul is on lunch they have been giving me a date to pick up my truck every week then a day before no call just a txt to say its not ready. Please dont patronize this place I regret going to this place but never again very incompetent with the way they treat there customers

My insurance has sent me to them on tow separate occasions. Staff is rude and unprofessional! The first time my car was returned over a week after the initial date they gave me but the work was done correctly. The second time around I caught them on my dash cam clearly seeing and discussing that my hood(that they replaced) was not latching. They STILL allowed me to pick up the car and when I asked about the hood they said theyll call me to bring it in to be correctly repaired after already having my car for an extra 2 weeks. THEY NEVER CALLED my car began to overheat, and run loudly. After waiting 3 weeks I called and they told me its a 10 minute fix, instead theyve had my car for 3 days with no update nor accommodation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

WARNING TO ALL WHO WISH TO REPAIR THEIR VEHICLE HERE! This place is VERY unprofessional. I brought my car after it was hit just on the right side back door and by the back light. All it needed was a little bit of paint, buffing, and a replaced outer part. After I waited TWO weeks for an appointment, I dropped off my car. A WEEK later I get a call saying my car was not repairable and it has been towed. Excuse me?!? What do you mean! It was in perfect working condition before y’all touched it! I now have no car and the staff is very rude and disrespectful. Be warned! This place just wants your money and they do not care if you end up losing your car or not. They literally tore my car apart and it was not the same car I brought in. My daughter and I were shocked to see they disassembled my car when it DID NOT need much fixing. Horrible horrible service & mechanics have no sympathy whatsoever.

My mom had her Jag taken here for a new door and fender. She said the customer service was second to none. Her specialist was Gary. Not only did he keep in regular contact via call and text with updates, but the car was ready when it was supposed to be, and the work was flawless. They even detailed the car so well that it was like new, inside and out. Awesome job!

They lost my keys and their supposed to be a car shop. They had a week and a half to find them or give me call back so we can resolve the problem but didn’t. Instead waited until I came to get my car and had an attitude with me because they lost my keys. They inconvenienced me and I had to come out of pocket for my rental because they still couldn’t find my keys. Very unprofessional. I never got a apology or anything. Terrible place.

I was hit while at a red light which left my drivers side front and back doors damaged to the point of being unable to open them. When I received my car back the first things I noticed was that my car was covered in a white dust in the inside, that there was sticky black tar on the inside handles, and white marks on the outside paint. I scrubbed the inside of my car and washed the outside multiple times. The white marks on the outside remained. As I drove it during the week I realized that my window would not stay up when rolled down and also that I was having to slam my door to keep it shut. Everything that was done there to “fix” my car was not done properly. The doors that were placed on my car were also used, not new. Now my 2017 car that was in great condition is not at all. I planned to have this car for many years.

My truck was hit overnight parked in front of my house. The insurance company recommended CCC. The Customer Service is the BEST! I had a problem with the rental car as my time expired waiting for parts from FORD, CCC offered me a loaner car at no expense to me. I was updated via text messages on the progress of my truck. My truck looks new again and I am very grateful for the experience with CCC. This company is a game changer when it comes to getting the job done right the first time. Moe is phenomenal.

This was the best experience I have ever had after I was in a hit and run accident. The transition from turning my car in for repairs to getting into a rental was so smooth I wasn’t without a car for even a minute. From that point on I received timely update until my car was ready. Someone backed into my 19 Dodge Charger RT and I was really skeptical that my car would be fixed like new. Crash Champions did that and provided excellent customer service. If you like direct answers, easy communication and great work then i recommend this team.

Brought my car here because the passenger side rear panel had fallen off and the front passenger door and fender panel were missing clips with missing being the key word. They ordered the clips and put the clips on. The panel was not loose at all when I picked it up from them. Now its loose and there is glue where the clips are. Theyre saying they put the clips on not the glue someone mustve come behind them and re-did it and broke the clips then glued it. They repaired it in October its the first of August, thats less than ten months. If they did it right the first time why would I have to have it re-done and take it somewhere else then bring it back here. The clips are $12 and they have to be ordered through the dealer so why would another repair shop just glue it and why would I lie and bring it back here if I took it to another repair shop in the last ten months. They were the last ones to touch it and do any repairs. They fixed it today and what did they do, clips and glue so if they did it today why wouldnt they have done it then. If clips are broke and the glue isnt going to hold why do the same thing is my point and once again theyre the last ones to touch it and its not loose now but when I bring it back after its loose again its going to be a problem like it is now. I shouldve taken it down the street they do a much better job and live up to their standards and honor their warranties. It saved my like two or three hundred dollars but now its going to cost me that and more so I shouldve just paid the money. They say you get what you pay for.

ALOT of miss information. Was told to drop off car. An hour later told I was dropping it off the wrong day and COME BACK to pick up my car. I came back while only being 10min away and business was closed. Very disappointing

I took my 2017 Fusion here in 2017 when they were at the other Crestwood location and they did a great job but fast forward to 2020, I took my 2019 Fusion here thinking they would do great work just as before but instead, this time they broke my door handle cover on the inside drivers door and didnt mention it like I would never see it. The car is still brand new because of the pandemic so why would glue be holding the cover together where it was split by them. The person that buffed the car is not professional and left swirls. I wont be back and will be sure to spread the word.

While driving on 159th in Orland park yesterday, one of your drivers almost hit the back of my car, I dont know if he was in a hurry or not but driving fast in lunch hour traffic will surely cause an accident. Then he pulls around me, and gives me a funky look, like I was in the wrong. Im hoping this is not how this company does business. The truck he was driving had this plate # 2198097

1st off, this is the cleanest bodyshop Ive ever been to! Everyone there was super professional, explained the repair process to me, and had already spoken to my insurance company. By the end of the day I dropped off my truck, theyd gotten an estimate, approved by the insurance, and had ordered parts. I highly recommend the folks at Crash Champions. There was this kid named Mo there, who took excellent care of us.

Excellent customer service, took my Jeep there & it was repaired just as good as new and was wonderfully detailed. Will recommend to friends and neighbors.

Absolutely do not recommend. I was rear ended in the beginning of summer. I had a perfectly functioning trunk prior to being hit. I brought my car here for repairs because the reviews were great and thought I was choosing the best company, I was wrong. They fixed everything else expect my trunk and refused to fix it. Stating my car had been in a prior accident that I had no knowledge of. My trunk now has to be closed with force and has not been right since. I wish I wouldve taken my car somewhere else to be fixed. Because now I have to find another company to fix my trunk when it shouldve been fixed while it was there. Nice people but a scam. Really disappointed.

I got into a car accident while getting my brand new car washed. You had to be there to believe it. The car wash company sent me to Crash Champions in Crestwood. The first person you meet is Kari and she greeted me with a smile and kind, Hello. She and the rest people (Gary and Lou)I meet did the same and very professional and fast in address my problem. I say the whole process took around 25minutes and I drove off in a rental car. The kept me informed about everything going on with my car.Now I must be honest....after some time the paint started to peel. I was surprised but I remembered that Crash Champions gives you a lifetime warranty. I called and told them what was happened. I was told again they offer a lifetime warranty on the work. I took my car in on Monday and got a call that car was ready on Wednesday. My sister was hit in a accident and the quote wasn’t worth the cost to fix. State Farm asked us to bring it here or one other place. The adjuster(Greg)made it seem like our only option was to fix the car. He was very pushy to get the car in ASAP. We were lucky State Farm told her she could take the money and walk (Of course he never said that) Also, they told her crash should have gave her the option to fix the car Or take the settlement. It’s almost 3 weeks now and she is still waiting for them to send the appraisal to be sent to the insurance company lol. But he gave it to us in 20 minutes

Cant say enough how professional Crash Champs are, and the Quality of the work and service is Outstanding and thats a understatement, i trust them with my 2020 widebody which i scratched trying to park in a small garage. Had to take my car 2 times, the hood of the car was not straight had to go back then there was mechanic issues they said nothing wrong . Then I took it 2nd time then mechanic said the link pins are worn out . Got me running around back and forth. Mr rauel told me to put yes that car was finished on time on the review . NO car was not ready almost a month and wasted my time and money ! I gave them benefit of doubt cause of geico but they aint all that .

Crash champions has made my experience very pleasant I am extremely satisfied with everything they did did on my 2017 Dodge Challenger. My car was done very professionally they fixed my front bumper and removed a couple of dents with paint less dent removal you can’t tell the dents were even there and that was on the body lines. I was told before they repaired my bumper that I would not see any of the damage once the repairs were completed. This was a small job but after the bumper was painted you could easily see where the damage was. Now I am out $600 and have to take my truck to get it properly repaired. I will never do business with these people again.
