Last year my car was hit while parked on the street at night. The damage was extensive. Dealing with the insurance company and body shop that they recommended was a complete nightmare . There were so many misunderstandings. I paid the deductible and received another bill afterwards. It was a disaster.A few weeks ago, my car was damaged in a parking lot while I was shopping. I decided not to use the body shop that the insurance recommended. Instead, I decided to use a body shop that I have always had a good experience with: EVERGREEN AUTO. They were easy to deal with. They are wonderful people. My car looked beautiful when they were finished. It looked as good as new! So happy with job they did. EVERGREEN AUTO Dealt with the insurance company on my behalf and no more back and forth with insurance company and body shop. It is so refreshing to have good service with quality work.. LOVE THEM!I am really, really pleased. I give EVERGREEN AUTO 5 stars with no hesitation.

After an unfortunate accident caused by a car with no driver hitting my wife head on we called Evergreen Auto Repair and they took my vehicle and made it look better than it did before the accident happened. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again...

This place has terrible services. I paid in advance for parking and to keep my semi truck safe for 2 weeks once I returns. Once returning to my truck ALL FOUR BATTERIES are gone! I was than told that they have no cameras and they can not do anything.

Horrible people horrible service.I came to them to fix hinges holdings to the hood of my truck. They promised to do them good for $1000 if left the truck, or $1200 if they gave me a spare hood so I could work while theyre fixing mine. I took the spare one. Not only that they charged me more, they did a horrible job fixing it. In the middle of the following week I noticed cracks where they supposedly fixed it. When I went back so they could fix theirs mistakes, they wouldnt give me my hood without paying additional $300 in cash. Even though they already took $1292.05 week earlier for fixing the hinges, they forced me to pay them $300 more or they wouldnt give me my hood back, and I lost two days of work.On top of that they were rude

This was my second time in an accident, and after a nightmare experience at a different repair shop, I was nervous to bring my car anywhere!! I received a (03) month old car back with a cracked taillight, a slightly different color, a hole in the leather seat, and a trunk that would not close correctly! However this time, I was really, really, happy with the work completed!!! My car was hit in an awkward spot but when I got it back, I could never tell it had damage!! It took a lot longer than expected so my rental coverage ran out but the owners helped me out big time with a free loaner!! Thank you for everything!!

HORRIBLE!!!! I called before hand for my semi and they said free estimate. Okay so when I went there the mechanic told me I have to pay between $50-$250 for an estimate. They wasted my time to bring in my truck and sent me off from their word. I would never recommend this place. I went off the reviews from the internet and it was so misleading!
