The first time I came here was by accident because I had a blow out and it was the closest place. I was pleasantly surprised and feel lucky I stumbled on this place. Paul hooked me up with a great used tire that day and 4 new ones a few weeks later when I had the cash. Way cheaper price on the new ones than the other 7 shops I priced them at. Also got me a great deal on tires for my wifes car and my daughters. I would never go anywhere else for tires!

My tire was flat this morning. Even my spare was pretty low. This handsome man put tire that looks new for pretty cheap. He even put air in my spare. The icing on the cake was his sweet mom working the office. Glad she gave me a business card. I will definitely be coming back.

I went there to change my tires they give me a pretty good rate but apart from the rate they let me go and take out the cash from my ATM which saved my tax on whatever my payment was basically a six dollar and 50 Cent something around but it The best a mechanic can ever do to you so this place is pretty legit appreciate these guys

Bad customer service the guys were all high and all over the place the owner or boss doesn’t know how to run a business. Would never take my car there again went down the road at they got right to my car.

First off, the great reviews about this tire shop are legit. The owners Paul and Ruben are extremely hard working especially in this scorching Texas heat. I was there for about 20 mins and they completed 3 other customers vehicles while working on mine. As I was waiting, there was a younger guy who was experiencing a hardship and had a very bad tire with multiple holes which was definitely not safe for just a patch job. Ruben and Paul went out of their way to front that guy a good used tire so he could be safe and to be paid back at a later time. That sure was an act of kindness for a stranger and I respect that. You dont see that happen much these days and I dont know Paul and Ruben but I do know they are good people. I highly recommend them to anyone and will be back.

Came to ask for a price to mount and balance told them the exact size charged me 60$ from the owner himself, his son came out and said it was 100$ not 60$. They think I dont know my prices or anything about tires said they are going to charge me 100 anywhere I go, went next door to Azteca man charged me 50$ . Not coming back here ever again . They tell you one price then come back and change it up negative miscommunication on their part .

Needed a good used tire and was on the other side of town from my normal place. They had good reviews was I mislead. The guy was nice and friendly, service was quick but the next day it was low, filled it up 2x to get to my normal guy to find out there was a hole in the side of the tire and it would never have held air right. $35 wasted. If you can even find this place dont even bother!

Noticed a nail in my front left tire which was causing a slow leak. I work Monday thru Saturday so Sunday is the only day I can get this kind of thing taken care of. I looked online for a good place to go and found most places with good ratings were closed. I saw R&S didnt specify so I called up and sure enough they were open. Even gave me a rough estimate over the phone which most places wont do. Drove over and within 30 minutes I was on my way with all my problems handled. Excellent customer service. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Made me a customer for life. Much thanks guys.

I bought 4 new tires online at an amazing price and R&S mounted and balanced them on my Mercedes for a very fair price. This is my 2nd vehicle to bring to them and they have not let me down. Today I was in and out in under an hour. I had this same service initially quoted at a big box store for over $150 more after all of the TPMS sensor, tires disposal, and all the other BS charges. The price that Ruben tells you is the price you pay.

Bad customer service, Manager was rude by asking irreverent question about the condition of my angine, which is none of his business. After pluging to holes in a tire, he was rude and .not courteous. I would not recommend this business! Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!
