Okay, full disclosure, my credit is a little challenged so the apr and monthly payments are a bit of a bummer; but thats my own fault.My sales agent was an angel. Went in there and picked the car we wanted just to be told that cant work with us. They need a utility bill in our name and telling them everything is included in the price that we live at they said there is nothing else they can use. Not even a cell phone bill but if you have two different bank accounts you can. The people there were nice but they way they wait until you pick a car and then tell you want you need and then if you dont have an item like a utility bill they wont work with you they need to fix that because not everybody has a utility bill in there name

My car has been at the mechanic more than it has been on the road. Ya you can get a good priced down payment. But with the prices of the biweekly payments you might as well go to a big car lot and get exactly what you want. It will seriously be cheaper.

While other dealers didnt even want to talk to me, here I got nice car for down payment of only 10% of the total price plus free initial warranty for 30 days/1500 miles plus 5 day promise that if I dont like the car, I can bring it back and the loan would be voided. Car was washed well, and salesman Vincent Proctor was treating me and my wife with respect. We told him what we are looking for, and he respected it, and wasnt trying to offer us a different deal. On yesterday I arrived about 45 minutes after the dealer opened and an associate came out. After informing me that I had an appointment 2 days prior, I couldnt be seen and instructed me I could come back at 4pm and maybe then someone could help me. I told him I definitely am buying a car and I have a trade in, he smirked and said well somebody will take it. Just want management to know after being rudely turned away, I went next door to Clay Cooley Nissan and purchased a 2019 Infiniti. My trade in was a 2014 300 but I guess like he said, somebody took it. Customer service is a must and in times like this attitude is key! Thanks for everything.
