I am currently in a dispute with the dealership regarding a Mercedes-Benz purchase that I completed on 5-7-21 long distance from Houston Texas. I dealt with Marco. I explained to him the reason of why I was purchasing a car. My daughter was born in a October 4 months prematurely and spent months past her original due date in the hospital, and that she was expected to be discharged on May 8th, 2021. Initially we were going to have the car delivered from Dallas to Houston but my family wanted to save us the money and stress. They were already planning on going to Dallas and offered to pick up the car for me. I completed a authorization form for my mom to sign the necessary paperwork and make the last payment. We purchased this car as a cash vehicle at $21k. Our payments consisted of bank deposits to their account, cash, and a check payment. When I spoke with Marco on the phone I specially asked if everything on the car was in good working condition before we made the payments, he said yes! While dealing with the hospital in regards to getting my daughter ready to finally come home for the first time, the last thing on our minds was to trust anything other than what was told to us. My mom and brother get there on May 7th to pick up the car, they’re thinking everything is good, they sign the paperwork pay the remaining amount and off they go. WRONG!!! My mom asked if there was gas in the car to drive back, they were like yea and they go check and it’s literally on E. Also find out that there is only one key and they literally just give them the key and send them off. Doesn’t even walk them out to the car, NOTHING!! My brother drives it back home and my family delivers it Saturday since they were coming to visit my daughter for the very first time. They tell me that the sunroof doesn’t work and when we tried to open it, it wouldn’t close. Even after we finally got it closed the shade won’t even close it just stays open so that the sunlight beams in through the glass. I immediately contact Maro and inform him of the situation. Ofcourse I receive no compassion whatsoever towards the issue and all I get told is that nothing on the report shows any sunroof damage blah blah blah and silence. I demand to talk to the owner to which I assume is Tyler now from reading these comments and idk for sure if it was even him I spoke to but whoever this guy was is a complete douche. Basically said if I can’t bring it back to Dallas for their mechanic to look at it then he couldn’t help me. I told him I brought it to a sunroof repair shop and they quoted 3k. He was like we don’t even make that or have the money to fix it, I’m like dude I just paid you $21k what do you mean?? I even mentioned to continue shopping around for a cheaper place. He then hung the phone up in my face. when I called back multiple times I received no answer! some days go by or so and then I get a phone call from my bank stating that somehow the check I had sent to them was linked to an old account I closed out years ago so the check was sent back. Since this opportunity presented itself during this time I decided to use it as leverage for them to fix my sunroof. The check was in the amount of $7.2k. So I decided that I would propose to them if I get my sunroof fixed I would send the remaining amount of what was left. Ofcourse that is a no go for them. Now they’re accusing me of fraud although it was not fraud intended and I have the cash on hand, just a mix up on my bank because they sent the check for me. Anyways, so ofcourse I get threatened that they’re gonna come take the car or keep my car title (so you’re gonna come get the car but you can’t help me fix it here???) so in return I’ve reported them to multiple governing authorities and I will go from there. I am so disappointed!! My daughter can’t even ride in the car because the medication she is on she cannot be in direct sunlight and can become very dehydrated. I would have never purchased this car knowing it would need repairs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware. I called and spoke with the owner about the following 2011 BMW 740LI VIN Number: WBAKB4C54BC575122 that is available currently for sale on their website. I was planning on purchasing the car, but wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done. Tyler communicated that they required a $500 deposit which was refundable if problems were found with the vehicle. I asked about the cars condition and was told there were no dash warning lights on as I didnt want to pay for a pre purchase inspection if the vehicle was not in good condition. I was told that the vehicle was in good condition. As it turns out is was not. The pre purchase inspection was performed by Louden Motorcar Services. When they got the car the airbag warning light was on. Louden Motorcar found the following issues and provided me prices for the repairs. They commented that there is a noticeable Bump that is felt when the brakes are applied and found that Front Thrust Arm Bushings are blown out ($760) and Rear Differential Bushings Worn ($660). The airbag warning light codes are coming from the drivers head restraint however they wanted additional money to diagnose that problem and given the extensive cost of other repairs I chose not to have them research it. There are three significant oil leaks. Valve Cover Gaskets - cost to repair ($840). Oil Filter Housing Gasket - Cost to repair ($720) Oil Pan Gasket - cost to repair ($1,780). The most significant item was a wastegate rattle for one of the turbos. Louden Motorcar wanted additional money to do further diagnosis, however given that the other items they found had a repair cost of $4,760, I chose to end the evaluation there. When looking up the price of a vehicle on Kelley Blue Book or other sites, note that dealers charge a premium over what is quoted for private sellers because when they purchase a vehicle they may have to make some repairs before offering it for sale to the public. Obviously Legacy Auto did not do this. Simply bought the vehicle from a dealers auction and offered it for sale to the public. After several calls to the dealership and multiple messages left, I have never received a phone call back from the owner and they havent refunded my deposit. So my friend if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, after my experience with them, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

The people are nice but we were sold a true lemon. I bought a Silver Dodge Journey from this place last November. I had the car for about 10 months and then had to sell it. The car seemed good when we bought it but about a week later - - the engine began to overheat. We called Legacy to return the car but there was no help from the dealership. We were told that we could bring the car into their mechanic to fix it. I lived almost an hour away and I did not want their mechanic - who apparently had already fixed the car beforehand - to fix it again. I had my own mechanic look at the car and discovered that there were numerous things wrong with the engine. Literally, almost $5,000 and I still do not have a working car. I have four young children so this has been a HUGE financial burden and time-strain stressful event for my family. I wish this company would take take ownership for their unreliable car and refund me what I lost. Please do not purchase from this place.

First day.Raul sold me a car and it ran good for the test drive. Once I was driving it home I got an overheating warning. I park the car and saw a leak next to the reservoir. Next thing the cooling system had a lot of leaks on the right side. Now, i need to fix this and I couldnt even drive it all the way home. Dont buy from this place.Update: call and nobody wanted to help. I guess they just put that they would that way they dont look bad on social media.

This place was great! I just bought a mini cooper and they provided excellent service. They answered any questions I had about the car and they let me take it for a test drive. I made a comment about the tires being worn down and they replaced them for free. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealer.

I purchased a Mercedes from Legacy Auto USA our title from the State of Texas was rejected due to improper continuity that Legacy Auto USA filed now to receive the title to the car we must go get a surety bond and pay a certain percentage of the cars value to receive the title. Drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car that was claimed to have nothing wrong with it. Car was disgusting, and sent us out with no plate on the back of the car. Marcos was the one who said it was good to go then comes back later and says that he had someone else on a test drive. Car threw a check engine light as well. I asked if the code could be ran and they said I would have to come back tomorrow since they were closing. I would never recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last place on earth. Car was a 2008 BMW 335i.

There are rude and overprice cars. I asked for a better price and they end up asking to go there to show how much of a BIG GUY I was. I just wasted to buy a car and almost end up in a fight. I was sold a lemon! Since the end of Jan i have had to have my vehicle serviced about 6 times. I have spent almost half of what i purchased the car for. I messed up and and got a loan for the vehicle, so now i am making payments on a vehicle that currently requires over $2k worth of work done to it. Not to mention the day i drove the vehicle home, the chek engine light tuned on. I have had issues with it ever since. I assume now that there is a reason that this business is located in a relatively shady looking area without a showroom or sales lot. Will never buy from here again. Biggest and most costly purchasing mistake of my life!

He could not sell it for months. So, he tried to advise me to buy it. I just knew the truth when I asked an employee of him. In the end, I chose to buy another car.After two month of purchasing, I still couldn’t get my title. I tried to call the owner, Tyler Nguyen, too many times but he didn’t receive my call. I Really had been having bad luck with dealerships alot of dishonesty was taking place. I was looking to purchase a vehicle in my price range considering I had been involved in 2 hit and run incidents this year. He answered any and every question was very forth coming about all the cars on his lot. I explained to him my recent issues and unlike most places he took that into consideration and gave me what I believe was a nice deal...Ive only had the car a little less than two weeks but so far no complaints.!!!!!... Drove from MS to OK deal fell through headed back home called Tyler stayed open till 2030 got there told me everything about the vehicle on the phone sent pics bought it and left drove 375 miles but when I left I knew I had made a great choice . The worst car dealer Ive ever been. I bought a Murano in that dealer and a week later I had the damaged radiator when they called, they told me they were not responsible, but at the time of purchase they told me that a mechanic had reviewed them and I did not trust their word. They also told me that I had no problem and that the maintenance was all ready and very well. Do not be fooled by them. Now I lost my money because I paid in cash and I do not have to move with a bus with the damaged radiator. The worst vehicle dealer Ive ever met

I bought a used Audi A4 from them and the very next day of owning it the car was leaking alot of oil. I tried to return the car but Cody advise me that it is not possible as I signed an AS-IS no warranty paper. They did really good job of hiding the problem because I inspected the car and test drove it but there were no sign of oil leak. I needed to bring the car back to them and have me charged $300 to get it fixed. The oil leak was addressed and bigger problem start to show up after two weeks of owning the car. While doing UBER with the car I bought, the camshaft break which leads to more engine damage that leads to the car being useless. It was a total waste of money as I only used the car for two weeks. Such a traumatizing experience

Worst experience ever. Went in to purchase a black bmw x5. I put 1050 down. Dirk their finance guy lies to lobel their bank stating I was putting 1500 down so the deal would go thru. They give me a loaner to drive while waiting on the bmw to get out of shop. Their a week late delivering the bmw. When I finally get my new car its on E and running on fumes. Car would not even start the second time trying to start it. It was all down hill from their in terms of internal issues the car had. Baffling considering I was told beforehand this was one of the best cars theyve ever had on their lot by Dirk. One nightmare after another as far as car issues. 2 weeks into having the car Cody the salesguy tells me I need to bring it in to have a gps installed to remedy lobels liability concerns and we were good to go on loan. Was told should take 15 minutes. I go in and they take my keys and to this day ive never seen the car again. All of my personal property was inside. I later found out from the bank that my loan was denied days before and legacy was made aware of this. I ask for my down payment back and tyler tells me Im not getting it back. Not only do they take the car and my personal property inside but they also proceed to keep my down payment. I have all documents stating that my employment dates were in fact accurate(reason loan was denied) I have documents showing I never signed a forfeiture of down payment if deal fell thru, I have fake buyers tags on TX state letterhead Dirk created stating I was buying the loaner car they let me use instead of bmw x5(pretty sure they did this to eliminate liability if something happened to loaner car while I had it as Tyler informed me they did NOT carry insurance on this vehicle). I have docs showing they lied to the lobel the bank they work with RE: my down payment and several texts and voicemails from staff documenting their lack of professionalism. Guys if your considering buying a car from these guys..based off of my experience I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this sleazy used car lot._______________*Update 6/12/19So I was looking on Facebook Marketplace at vehicles. I saw a car I was impressed with at first glance and inquired about it, inadvertently responding to Legacy Autos ad. This was the response I received from my originating salesperson. Just shedding some light on their professionalism and business practice. Reminder: this is how they responded AFTER also keeping my down payment. Staff can be unhelpful and demeaning.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a car from them and paid cash and two months later I still dont have the title. My temporary tag expires this week and I wont be able to drive the vehicle that I paid for. I spoke repeatedly to the salesperson, Cody, and he referred me to the owner, Tyler Nguyen, and he wont return my calls or emails. I have left numerous messages for him and with Cody as well as at least 4 emails. I finally had to open a complaint and investigation with the Texas DMV. Read some of the other complaints on Car Choice, same owner, and you will find the same thing from other buyers. If you are waiting on a title or tag from them then open a complaint with the Texas DMV and they will investigate. Stay away from Car Choice and Legacy Auto USA in Dallas. They are both owned by the same person, Tyler Nguyen.
