Great place to go for hard-to-find toys. Really fun to explore. Only reason this is a 4-star review is because we recently bought a toy, but we were told it was new and only opened so they could check on the condition. We found that it was not only used (from the build up dust), but there was also a broken part. We fixed it, but we were a little disappointed because we thought we were getting a new figure for a very good price. Still, a very fair price for this rare figure. Great find.

You may be surprised! It’s a small store but they have A LOT OF TOYS!! I’m been there a couple times looking some for some action figures to start a small collection. And you will find a lot of choices. If you are looking for some collectibles or any toy in particular they will have it.

A wonderful place for toy lovers, especially if you are into figures, from Marvel to Star Wars. They have great selection of both new and used figures.

If you wake up one day, 40 yrs old, and wondering where your toys, your cartoons, your childhood went, youll find it here. The folks working here are friendly. The shop is incredibly well stocked. Its like walking through a toy museum except everything has a price tag. Just be sure to bring your wallet.

They offer very little money for your vintage toys but they sell very expensive theirs. They play bad cop, good cop, so one employee tells you nah we may not buy these toys and another one will say well let me take a look and may be we can do something about it. At this place they trained them good, sad but true. SO WATCH OUT!!!

I finally got to visit DVT after following the store on FB for many years. I have to say it definitely lived up to the hype, and then some. If you have ever loved toys then this store is worth the wait. I havent felt so much like a kid, ever!! I took a shot and asked if they had any Garbage Pail Kids... they just happened to have a few in the back!! The service was absolutely stellar, and they are fair to deal with. I will be frequenting DVT again, and can tell you it needs to be on your list of places to visit in Texas!!

My hubby loves action figures etc. This was a special place for him. As much as he would like this store to be closer than 50 minute drive hes also glad because hed certainly come her to spend time and money getting toys much more often. I was surprised how busy the place was. Seems like a specialty here is all the Star Wars.

My 5-year old son and I made a visit to DVT and he was absolutely in heaven. Very cool store with insane selection. I did not see any sort of clearance section, so expect to pay full price.

Since some have said it’s hard to find but no one gives any more info. It’s the second store from the left in the building. There’s a sign on the door but not one above. Google maps shows the correct building but the store they give is to the right of the actual store. Any ways very cool place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were fair, I didn’t see any prices that made me cringe. Some stuff is expensive but that’s what it goes for. Best selection of Hot Toys that I’ve seen in the metroplex and priced around retail. A+ store. One I’ll be sure to visit again.

Best place in Dallas to find most Anything vintage toys. These guys are friendly and knowledgable. Always on my list to visit at least once or twice a month. Good prices as well.

Mainly for action figures and large sets, but really interesting to look around and see what they have. A life sized R2D2 is cool, cant touch it though. Im not sure about prices if they are good compared to other places, but there are some lower end prices too.

Man, this place is an adult collectors wonderland! You can usually find what you want here. I collect Star Wars and Marvel Figures, so the selection here is great. Even some old school stuff.

Theres this line of Star Wars figures that my son loves to collect - problem is, theyre about $20 each in stores and they quickly rise in price on the secondary market. The Order 66 Star Wars toy store charges almost double what Dallas Vintage Toys asks for the same figures. Theyve got some cool old stuff on display and for sale - its worth the trip just to walk through and be reminded of some of the toys from your childhood. The guys who work the counter seem to know their stuff and are always friendly.

Fantastic store, but their prices are on the high end. Not really willing to budge much on pricing. Store is located in an odd place.Staff is great and store in clean and well organized.

So many toys from my childhood and my husbands childhood. You can pick up all kinds of vintage and some new stuff for a good deal. Definitely will be going back. The owner and employees are friendly and super knowledgeable. A definite go to place for Transformers, G.I. Joe and Star Wars.

Lots of items neatly arranged in a strange place. Seems more newer items creeping in rather than vintage items but if you want a good place to start looking for an item your mom threw out when you left home....this is the place to start.. A bit pricier than some other places but they do have a large inventory and it’s not a dumpster dive trying to find what you want. Friendly staff and lots to see!

Drove from ft worth and it was a cool experience. Although its called vintage, most of the toys are newer but still a great selection. They do have alot of vintage toys

But when I walked in I dont her that great experience maybe because the employee wants to talk to the regular customers instead of helping a new customer which in turn makes me not want to shop here. Whenever I visit Dallas I always make a trip here. Whenever I sell toys they always give me a fair price, sometimes more than I was expecting. They have a nice selection of toys and its a cool trip down memory lane and nice nostalgia.

This place is way cool. I like both art and Japanese toys, and this place happens to be the epitome of artful Japanese toys. Want a weird bunny figurine with bloody fangs? This is the place for you. Want a twelve-inch-tall (at least) samurai or ninja figurine? Come on in. Highly recommended.
