Went to the store on 11/6/21 and was told to leave because I didnt have a mask on. I went to replace 3 phones and renew with a new contract for all three. The staff was extremely rude and was not what I was expecting since I have purchased 5 total phones there. I guess I will shop elsewhere. Very poor customer service.
I hated going in but I was helped by Flor who was amazing. I got a new plan that works for me and I now have a better feeling for T Mobile. Highly recommend the switch. Thanks Flor.

The first time I came here. I brought a phone and screen protector... One of the employees didnt remove the protective film on the new phone before he put on the screen protector.The next time I came they were pretty helpful but the wait took forever.The last time I was in and out with no issues. (Just a few weeks ago)This time even though I explained my entire situation they still gave me the run around.He asked me if I called customer service. Which I did. Customer service said I can only order IN store. So the employee called customer service to make sure. Even though I know you can not order over the phone Ive tried. Why would I want to go to the store if I can order it over the phone. Customer service said their systems are down and the employee said he would call me when he hears from them. (hours have gone by and still nothing) Not much of a solution.This location is a gamble. Good luck.

Daniel is the manager at this store, the worse service ever Im a sprint customer that not by choice but became a T mobile customer now I was it was recommended to me I switch my Sim card for a better service and one was sent to me but I couldnt open my phone so I decided to go to this store because its near me what a mistake. As soon as I saw Daniel I knew this was going to be a not just switch a Sim card transaction, he took pictures of my ID, he took pictures of my account with his personal phone, he told me the Sim card I brought with me wont work he has to give one from the store then after asking 3 to 4x will this affect my phone pictures, texts, contacts, etc and assuring me will not everything in my phone was lost my phone turned to like brand new phone and instead of transferring my information from my old Sims card he told its my phone its old and Its something wrong with it or it may just be still loading the information but he has conference meeting which he mentioned after I wouldnt add a line when I told him Im going through personal issues right now I will be back to do that he seemed he had no interest and to top this it wasnt a conference meeting he had it was his break time and his friend was waiting on him walked out right behind me as I wanted to cry he enjoying his break. My phone was still blank 10min. Later went back another rep came to help he said there was nothing wrong with my phone its a nice phone its Galaxy s10 doesnt even have a scratch or a crack he was able to get some of my photos back but all my phone numbers all documents essentially now during pandemic I used the phone to upload and submit many important things all was lost because this manager couldnt take time to transfer my information to go on break or I didnt add line the point of this post long post is if you come across this please be sure to ask to for it especially with this guy. In short summary, an employee here basically conned my elderly mother into purchasing an $800 phone that she didnt even need, by telling her it would cheaper than using insurance to fix her phone(not true). And then added the device to our account without any authorization from my husband, the actual account holder, and they also continued charging us monthly for both phones, which our plan protects us from having to do. And when we brought this to their attention they said: deal with it. No apology, no responsibility taken. Nothing. I guess we should just be cool with them lying, taking advantage of little old ladies and stealing our money.
I have visited this location 3 times in the past month and was the manager at this location went above and beyond to get the info that helped me to make the best decision for my transition from Sprint to T-Mobile. Would recommend.

Tried to get customer support for my T-mobile account after transferring from Sprint. Store rep lied and said my account was canceled and couldnt help me, also said they could not tell me who canceled my account, when it was canceled, or why. Went to another store and they found my account and confirmed it was still open.
Best customer service I’ve ever experience at any retail store. Associates were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend all of my family and friends to come to this T-Mobile location.
Zac, the Store Manager is an incredibly customer-centric Officer .I was at the store today to buy a new phone.Zac was courteous, friendly, helpful, focused and knowledgeable.He explained various phone offers available to me articulately and guided me in making the right decision.He was extremely helpful and patient during the ‘porting process’ with the other network.I strongly recommend this T-mobile shop to every customer.

On Wednesday I came into the store and spoke with Shane. I’m originally a Verizon customer so I’m very hesitant on switching service. Shane has assured me that I would be taken care of at sprint and I walked out of the store a happy and owner of the brand new iPhone 11! I couldn’t be more happier with the phone and the service that Shane has provided me with! Amazing store ! Amazing location and friendly staff!!
Great Service. The People are so helpful and understanding. They do tend to not give you the complete information but you have to drag it out of them and then will give you great deals. Overall loved the experience. big store and high stock to choose from.

I try to avoid speaking with people from sprint but they have changed that. I know who to talk to and where to go now. They made the whole adding a line and a another device so simple and fun. There was only 2 associates working in the store. As I entered the store a customer told me he had been waiting an hour without receiving help, & he left 10mins after I arrived frustrated. I also waited an hour, while the sales associates were still helping the same customers from when I walked in the door. I eventually received help a little after an hour wait.

I stood in the store for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. This is at 2:30pm today Monday. One guy finally finished and I heard him say to his customer Wait one second I will go get you my card He walked by me and asked me Are you going to upgrade your phone? NOT the proper question Do you need help with anything? I told him I was considering it. He said someone will be right with me and walked off. He returned from the back to casually chat with the customer he was with for 10 more minutes. I finally walked out without anyone saying a word. I was in there for 30 minutes and not 1 of the 3 reps can do their job fast enough to help me. Same experience I have had with Sprint customer service on the phone, SPRINT Does Not Have The Resources To Take Care Of Their Customers!!!!! When I went in to ATT they had 2 people opening the doors, with many available reps inside. It validates the expression “You get what you pay for.”
This was an awful experience. I ordered my new phone on line to be picked up in store. The manager at the store tells me he has no order for me. I show him the email from his store confirming. He then tells me he suspended (not the exact word he used but basically that what he did) my order because the store didnt really have the color I ordered. He didnt call me to ask if I would take another color nor did he call to cancel the appointment. So my trip to the store was a waste of time. He then told me he couldnt do anything for me I would have to reorder once the order camcelled/released. I called Sprint from the store and the customer service person I spoke to apologized and stated that he hates that they work so hard to get our business to have someone in store behave as though he doesnt want the business. I was told the manager should have handled it differently amd had my order fixed and shipped straight to my home which I should have done initially. I have never had a good experience with a Sprint store. Its best to deal with 3rd party Sprint vendors.
The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and even stayed late to set up my new phone. I broke my phone and needed a new one, possibly an upgrade. They didnt push any products and were interested in helping me find the best fit product. Highly recommend.

Staff extremely unprofessional. I waited for an hour to be serviced. I finally get to the front of the line, only to be told I have to go back to my original store, 50 miles away. Contact customer service only to be informed this is a national recall, and all stores should be exchanging phones.Cancelling my service.
Johnny G and Jay hooked me up with the new Note 9 and also assisted me in accessing Apple Music account. As a result of their efforts was able to purchase the iPad and they helped me restore all of my music that I had lost with my old iPod. Never had an experience at a Sprint store like this one. I understand that the store is closing in 10 minutes, but there was no greeting, no thank you for being a customer, and after being pointed to like I was not a customer, one finally decided to point me in the direction of the kiosk to make a payment. Something so simple could have been worthy of a better review, but when you have an idiot working for you, continue to expect bad reviews. No longer a fan of Sprint
Quincy Kirkland helped me make the smooth transition from android to iPhone. He explained everything clearly and I had a great experience which is rare in phone stores.
The staff there are all an awesome team. They are all so helpful. Quincy especially goes above and above to satisfy the customers.

Nobody seems to have the slightest clue what they are doing. I understand training happens, but they are incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. I called to ask if my phone was in and was told that it was, but when I drove down to the shop they suddenly told me it hadnt come in yet. I thought it was strange that they told me mine hadnt come in yet, but offered another couple to buy one of the 6 phones that had come in that met my exact order. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Crooked staff. Went in for upgrade and was awarded $350 in accessory credits as a gift for long standing relationship. Next billing cycle, showed up as financed accessories and their solution is to return the accessories. Mean employees. Not all but 1 of them prefer to close says they close at 730 an e0 minutes for maintenance. They close at 8. He said if we didnt like something or how sprint is go somewhere else....

Only go here if youre planning on waiting a couple of hours to get help.They take INSANELY long times to deal with each individual customer; some people were taking well over an hour just to get an upgrade. I came, waited for a little while, left 30 minutes later, and then the line had not moved at all. Im not sure what they were doing prior, because none of the employees were working with any customers (one of them was basically on the same customer for nearly 2 hours, because I came back and found that person still working with that same person, and then I waited for another 30 minutes in the store and he still hadnt finished).The comedic nature of the whole scene was raised further, when the employees told entering customers that they would be with them shortly. Maybe they should have given a metric for shortly; a few hours, after all, is short in comparison to a week/month/year!
Updated review: it really depends on the rep you get. The rep I had last year was helpful and friendly. The rep I had today was exactly the opposite. I did get my phone upgrade in the end, but with a lot of confusion and condescension along the way when it could have been made clearer and easier. Your mileage may vary.Michael was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, even when i had trouble getting into my account. He helped me upgrade to a new phone and even helped me save money. I would definitely go back if i had any more questions.

Went in to get an upgrade and Mike offered me the deal they had going on... buy 1 s7 get another free and offered me 350 in accessories for almost free ( i had to pay taxes on them only) next billing cycle my bill was almost doubled and was being charged for all accessories on a monthly plan and now when trying to find a solution all they can tell me thats all we can do... basicly after a 80 dollar credit i need to pay the rest... have been with sprint for 7 years and now is time to leave. Will never recommend to anybody.

Went there to swap a phone out, while waiting for a replacement. The person helping me stated I needed a SIM card for that to happen. He sent me to the Plano store which is 15 minutes away I was advised at the Plano store that I didnt need a SIM card to swap the phone out. Ive gone here several times, and have been directed to the Plano store for no reason. What kind of training is going on at this store?Decided to give this store another chance. Didnt feel like driving. Would like to thank Quincy Kirkland for the great service he provided.

I came into this Sprint store back in July to change my plan. I cant remember the guys name but I do remember he was a Team Leader, was the one who helped us change our plan. I have had to make 3 phone calls to Sprint to fix my plan. He added charges I wasnt aware of. He also only changed one of my phones to the framily plan instead of both and didnt add the 3gb of data. I will not be going here in the future and it has been frustrating dealing with Sprint to fix the problems
CALLED THIS STORE BECAUSE I SET UP MY SERVICE WITH THEM AND JUST WANTED A FEW ANSWERS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AND WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY BY THE GUY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. hE COPED AN ATTITUDE AND GOT MAD BECAUSE HE COULD NOT GIVE ME A VALID REASON WHY HE COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I recently updated my phone, to what was supposed to be a better version for my phone, IT WAS A DISASTER! I had so many problems out of the Samsung Galaxy s5, I was dying to get out of it. I decided to go to the Sprint store to see what my options were. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted with so much energy, and excitement, the place just had a really cool atmosphere, One of the agents walked up to me and offered help, The gentlemens name was Everett, he was very soft spoken, but very polite, and knowledgeable, about the device, all of the devices as a matter of fact, I felt he was the guy for the job, after I pleaded to just get out of the s5, he went over my options, and asked what budget I would like to stay in, needless to say, I walked out with a great phone, carefully explained to me the differences between my old and new phone, my new estimated bill amount, and also some REALLY, REALLY, REALLY GREAT freebies included with my upgrade, I was there for a little while, but I had so much information that needed to be transferred, and this guy made it all enjoyable. If you are ever in need of a Sprint Store, look for this one, and Let Everett take care of you, it will be a remarkable experience. I was just WOWED at my experience here. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Stopped by this Sprint store to switch service to Sprint. Very Very Unprofessional behavior from representative Dylan Carvajal.He first told us that in order to switch to Sprint we had to trade in our old phones. I told him that we werent going to do that so he said he would make an exception because we were such nice people.After we purchased the phones he said that he had to to take my wifes old phone to a quiet place to transfer the data to the new phone. We did not think much of it until after he came back from the back room after a few minutes with the phones in hand; still transferring data. He went through my wifes phone looking for nudes. There was nothing on the phone but it was a huge invasion of privacy.We ended up canceling service within the 14 day trial period due to poor service. When we received the bill (it was over $1,000 for 7 days of service) we noticed that Dylan Carvajal had placed insurance on the phones though we had explicitly and multiple times told him not to do that.Overall, this is the worst retail experience I have ever had; delivered by representative Dylan Carvajal.

Tried returning a wifi hotspot from a third party sprint store. Although it ended up having to go back to the store I got it from, these guys hooked me up with a second phone for a hotspot, a second line, and 12GB a month instead of 3GB for alot less than I would have paid for the 3 GB plan and hotspot alone. Also picked up a fitbit for points that I would have completely missed....go figure. Deron knows how to squeeze the extras out of plans, and will make sure youre taken care of. Highly recommend this store.
