My teacher soul was made happy by all the colors and bins for my classroom. THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE!!!!!!!!!! They answered my 50,000 questions without looking aggravated.

This was my first time at a container store they have a wide range of organization type storage solutions and space saving options. If I could afford it, my whole house would have some of this in it! Definitely cool!

I affectionately call this store “The Void”. Because when you enter time & your bank account cease to exist. They have everything you could possibly need to organize any space. 4 stars instead of 5 because I often compare the prices to stuff on Amazon and some stuff just isn’t worth the mark up, especially when it comes to kitchen gadgets & food pantry organizers. There are organization bins in the kitchen section (front right of the store) that are literally 3x the price of extremely similar bins with more size selections located in the garage and office section (far back left hand side) of the store. I used white bins from that back section of the store in my grandmothers pantry instead of the kitchen section and they work just as well and dare I say look even better (check out photos to see for yourself). Great price, awesome quality, and easy self installation on the roll out cabinet drawers. Over all my grandmother was very pleased with what I was able to do for her with stuff from The Container Store.*the dry food storage air lock containers in this photo were purchased on Amazon for astronomically less. Lazy Susan was from Target for way less also.

Bins, bags, boxes, cartons, caddies, crates, cans, canisters, cases, drawers, shakers, tubs, totes, and tubes. I loved this store so much I could hardly CONTAIN myself.

I was looking for an item I couldnt find. A sweet lady helped me look and when she found out it was something to match what I already had at home, she went to the back to see if they had more. They didnt, but she checked the warehouse and other stores who were also out, but found out when it will be in stock again!

Nice to pull up for curbside but the wait was longer than expected...particularly since no one else was waiting.

Very helpful staff went out of their way to assist me. They were a little busy at that time but still made the time to find what I was looking for. Theyre a bit pricey, but I couldnt find what I was looking for anywhere else.

I often wondered how the Container Store survives in the internet age, now I know.We went needing Elfa shelving for a refurbished pantry & came away with a finished design and all the parts required (down to the wall screws) to complete the project. The design team were fantastic in steering us towards the right products and away from spending money unnecessarily. They they offered an installation at a steeply discounted price, naturally we took them up on that offer!

First off, your prices are way too high, for those of us with a limited budget. Secondly, I didnt get any help, while I was in store. I wandered around for ar least 8 minutes before I was ever greeted. Thats unacceptable...

I love these canvas bins that will not harm the shelves. Every bin is labeled so I know exactly what I want!

I stopped in at the container store today, my first visit. After a stressful day at work this quick stop really turned it around. Not only was I impressed with the products available, but also the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything was well set up and easy to find. As a Capricorn, I find myself constantly rearranging to optimize space and resources. I fell in love with the store! Then I ran into Vicky. She was super friendly, we discussed the store and their In Home Design service. I was not familiar, and she was quick to answer any questions. Really appreciated her kindness and knowledge of the services/products offered.I would also like to give kudos to Rick. He helped check me out at the register. He was kind, funny and assisted in getting me set up for emails and exclusive offers. I greatly appreciated the great attitude of the employees! Will be back, thanks again for the above and beyond services.

I love this store, I have practically customized my whole home with the elfa solution custom storage system and other items they have available for every part of your home. My absolute favorite store.❤

The entrance has sliding doors and baskets for shopping ease. Was not greeted but aisles are marked for guidance. They have a good selection for all needs. Prices were clearly marked, as were sale signs. I was able to find my items fairly easily.

Love the store itself! Customer service there not so great. Asked for help reaching something on the top shelf, waited for 8 minutes and eventually just asked a tall customer passing for help. Lines are long and slow. But again, the store itself, I love, including the layout!

This place is an organizers dream. The Container Store is one I probably that I need adult supervision. I can go in for set of hangers and come out $250 with items I need. The customer service is awesome. They focus on making sure you get the exact item to do what you need.

I placed an order over three weeks ago and it still has not shipped. The reason is not because the items are out of stock or any other reasonable excuse. Simply, they claim they are experiencing delays in fulfilling orders during these times. I have not experienced this kind of delay from any other vendor or store. Even in these times, the wait is unreasonable and highly disappointing. Its certainly not the best of times to fail to impress so miserably.

Container store is my happy place. I go there to get ideas to relax and fortunately stay there for hours. Their rates may be higher than Walmart but there merchandise is high-quality and will last forever. I highly recommend a store

The only downside is parking (tight spaces) but the store is organized, spacious, has a great variety and supply (just bought 10 expandable shelf risers). the customer service was above and beyond my expectations...cant wait to go back. the cashier susan was a delight!

They have remodeled the whole store it was fun seeing the new layout. And best of all the store had that new store smell. And they still had all the great containers and other items for your home. I think I only saw about half of the goodies in the store.🏃🏻‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Luxe no more. COVID means working harder, smarter. This store, in addition to being overstaffed for service provided in shop, is failing. On the phone: lots of noise/staff goofing; oh sure, Im sure we have that to A BOX inquiry.Drove there: too many folks, no customer greeting, stock you can afford in a Target. Unless youre building a closet, gorget them, they wont survive the New Retailing. Sad.

I did not feel welcomed in the store. Three employees saw me walk in but did not greet me or asked if I needed assistance, which I did. Shared my experience with another employee at the counter and her response was “oh, is that how you feel?”. It came across as “sorry, you feel like that” not “sorry, we made you feel like that”.As I returned the cart, a gentleman walked into the store and an employee greeted him from across the room.Online pick up was quick and accurate.

I always order online for pick-up. Once notified, they do bring out your order pretty quickly and it has always been accurate for me.

The new open layout is great, but no one was around to ask for help finding something amongst the wide selection. If the sections had more obvious signs I might have been able to find what I needed myself.Great selection and products, but the in-store experience needs attention.

Things have changed! Used to come here every week & spend lots. My last couple of visits have been uneventful in products (overpriced with little uniqueness noted), & treated with arrogance and rushed manner. I will not fault all of service tho, as several people were nice and very helpful...but I had to seek out, up and down isles to find them. Treated very rude at checkout and waited in line “forever” to return a product. I’ve shopped for storage boxes here for years, but yet this past year, my boxes have broken, or tops don’t fit correctly. My bookshelves wiggle.When I go to get a matching fabric box, (or another mainstay I like), I’m told “we don’t have it anymore.”.The new layout is atrocious. I don’t want to spend my day searching for stuff! In short, service and quality have deteriorated at this store. I won’t shop here again. My last visit was chaotic and rude.

Almost everything you need to do almost anything... Kinda busy this time of year....but they got you checked out quick. Its all pricey but that is more to do with brands than store itself. Reasonably good helpers...at least willing to try to help.

Its hard to contain myself at The Container Store. I love to go into the store and walk the aisles looking for new ways to organize my life and options for my clients. Whenever I need some new organizational method for one of my clients I browse online first and then go to The Container Store. They offer a points program that tracks your purchases and makes returns easy and also earns you points towards your next purchases. Unfortunately, they seem to be consistently short on stock. Several times in the last year I went in to pick up things for an organizational job only to find out that they didnt have them or only had a few when I needed more. Its inconvenient to have to go to two stores to get what you need. One of my favorite things about the store is the two kiosk areas in the middle that get loaded up with wonderful stocking stuffers for Christmas. Ive managed to get some great little gifts there at very reasonable prices.

I love this store! I want to live in it! They have everything you could ever need for organizing your room, your house, your classroom, or your life in general! The prices arent bad either. The employees are very friendly too!

This is my favorite store. Came out work two storage solutions for my new tiny home and several ideas for future storage upgrades. Friendly, helpful staff, and if youre creative you can come up with money saving options by crossing storage categories.

Love this store. Some stuff is kind of expensive though. And I have to say its in a horrible location when traffic is bad. And the parking lot is stupid. 50% of the parking is for compact cars only. Do they know theyre in Texas? However that is not the fault of The Container Store. Just pointing it out

I had to return automobile parts damaged in shipment. - It was an odd size, so no standard size box would work. - These people took an over-size box, cut it open, laid it flat, and cut it into the proper size for the contents. - They went beyond the call of duty and did it all with no extra cost to me.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have the most interesting and useful items for sale there.

A little embarrassed to admit that The Container Store is one of my favorite places to shop but the selection here is amazing and the staff is great. The loyalty program has great rewards. My apartment is stocked top to bottom with unexpected but very useful finds.

Everything I need to get organized, and I usually walk out of there with more than I needed. Helpful staff provides all the right tips and advice. Just beware that great organization doesnt come cheap.

New store design. Open feels spacious until you get to the walls. Gold star for cashiers. The more the merrier..
