Eleazar and his crew were absolutely amazing! They unloaded, unpacked, placed and rearranged an entire house of furniture in one day. They were thoughtful about figuring out what went where in each room and were gracious when I changed my mind or wanted a rug straightened or needed a few minutes just to figure out what I really needed. I am delighted with Element Moving and while I don’t look forward to another big move, I certainly would be with these guys wherever I go!

I am beyond impressed with the amount of professionalism from Irvin, Darwin, and Diego. They came to our house smiling and ready to pack, organize, and take items. Luis, Renaldo and Brian were AWESOME!! They arrived on-time and went right to work. They literally were running in and out of the house with boxes and furniture, took no breaks and worked feverishly to load our entire 3 bedroom house in 2hrs. and 15 minutes! Once at our new place, they worked equally as hard to unload and even took the time to hold our furniture up for us to place felt on the legs to prevent damage to the wood floors. They moved our piano twice in helping us find the perfect place for it to go! These guys were the BEST movers Ive ever used, and weve moved 9 times over the past 37 years.

8/6/21I will update this as soon as my items arrive.So far my experience with Element has been less than satisfactory.Element picked up my furniture from Dallas for my move to New York City on Wednesday, July 26th, 2021. Element provides a window of 7-14 business for your things to be delivered.It’s been a week and I have not yet received my things yet even though they asked me when they would like it delivered which I think was pointless.I must say, more than anything- I am disappointed in their lack of communication. I have to keep calling daily to see if there has been any updates in which they always say “it’s pending”.I don’t think the truck has even left Dallas yet…I’m generally a patient person but had I known their lack of urgency and lack of communication would be so bad, I would have paid the same amount to rent a Upack instead. At least I would have my things by now… for that matter, I would be better off selling all my things and buying all new furniture.Save yourself the stress and do not use their services for your next move.

Move went extremely well, the team was there on time, and completed everything much faster than expected, given multiple pick up stops for home items. They were professional, and extremely nice, and asked questions when they needed direction. Would 100% hire again for another move.

The guys were professional and efficient. I had most things boxed up and ready to go and they were able to quickly disassemble a few pieces of furniture I wasnt able to get to. I havent unpacked everything yet, but from what Ive inspected there isnt any major damage other than a few minor nicks, which should be expected. Id use them again!

We had a great experience with elements. The packing team was professional and did a great job of managing our expectations and keeping us informed. They were courteous and mindful to take measures for remaining masked since this was during Covid. The move-in team was also very courteous and very professional. Unfortunately, 3 items had some breakage but the on-site team was quick to forward the information to Customer Service so we would be able to begin processing a claim. Thankfully the breakage was minimal.We would definitely recommend them to you. And if you can, make sure you use Kyle as your moving consultant. He was so quick to respond and so respectful of all of our questions.

My mattress was completely scuffed with black marks everywhere my lamps were dented amity black marks and my lamp stands also had black streaks from being marked as well. Frustrated a little by this!

They were on time, strong, fast, safe, organized, and loaded and unloaded professionally with superior customer service and accommodation. They are supplied well with moving blankets, dollies, bin moving containers, tie downs, ladder, and knowledge. This is my best moving experience to date. Tip: wrapping things and boxing things helps the move go most easily, safely, and efficiently. These gentlemen made my move easy so much so, I will call them the next time I move!!! This was my first solo move, so I was extremely grateful to have Element Moving recommended to me. I had one contact to set up my move and go over all my concerns and questions. The day of the move the drivers called when they we’re almost at the house and got to work as soon as they hit the door. Everything (furniture, mirrors, and canvas) they moved was wrapped in paper, taped, and plastic wrapped! I cannot express how happy I was with my crew and the care they took for my items.

Ive used long distance movers before and have never had such a terrible experience. Let me start off by saying that the crew who came to load my belongings was very courteous and professional. I just cant say the same for the rest of the company.Element lost the majority of my belongings during my move. They lost pieces of my bed frame, which made it unusable. They disassembled my sofa after being loaded onto the truck and lost the legs. They also lost all of my clothing and an entire dining table set. The boxes that they did deliver were very badly beaten up and looked like they had been opened and retaped. Ive attached a picture of the condition of my boxes.The crew who unloaded my belongings did not work professionally. They threw my belongings down once they got to my apartment. They did not reassemble any of the furniture, which is part of what you pay for in a contract with Element. Once they realized some of my items were missing they just got back in their truck and left.I have been trying to work with them for the past several weeks to locate my belongings or to provide me with some form of refund and they will not work with me. Even though they lost thousands of dollars worth of my belongings, the best they can do is call to other customers whose items were on the same truck and see if they mistakenly got my items. After weeks of trying, nothing has come of it. The office puts on an air of trying to help, but they rarely return or pick up phone calls.Im not sure how a moving company can lose so many items during a move. Either the company itself has a terrible system for identifying and safe-guarding your belongings, or they contract out with some really negligent moving and storage crews.I cannot stress enough - if you are looking for a long distance mover, chose a different company. Dealing with Element to try to recover my lost items or otherwise reimburse me for the loss has been an absolute nightmare.
