Not enough staff on duty to handle the number of customers. 35 minute wait in line to purchase 3 medium boxes. Only one person trying to handle inside and out.

Went to buy propane had to wait for manager for one hour also place is not clean got a big screw in tire! Not happy😒

I was having a bit of trouble returning a motorcycle trailer on the u-haul website and was getting frustrated but one of the employees came out to assist me he was quick and professional. Thank you zach!!

This is the location to go! Albert asked me how he could help me before I got out of the car. I got my propane tank filled, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great employees, very impressive.

Ok, the only reason they get 2 stars is because I was returning a trailer 30 mins before close. We were going to grill tonight to celebrate a move and I needed to fill up my propane tank. The attendant was filling someone else up as I pulled in. I waited by the office to turn in the trailer and for him to finish helping another customer fill their propane tank. When he walked back to the office I told him I also wanted to buy some propane and he informed me he JUST closed the propane machine. Stated I should have told him as I was pulling up and waiting on him 25 yards away, but it was closed. I get wanting to go home at the end of the day, but customer service was way different than the morning crew. Afternoon crew apparently doesnt go the extra mile. Really disappointed.

This place ROCKS! After trying to book at a competitor that over promised and under delivered... Uhaul had the truck we needed and the hauler at a MUCH BETTER PRICE. Customer service was outstanding- and on Fourth of July ... couldnt ask for more to celebrate. Thank you Eric !!!!

I ordered a trailer hitch install online and before I arrived the manager here reviewed the order and found a way to save me $50. Service was friendly, helpful, and timely. They definitely exceeded my expectations here!

Great shop. Professional service. Much better deal on propane that the exchanges. They fill much more full. Lasts longer.

Guys arent rude but not friendly either! Somewhat complex to navigate trucks through the place (very crammed). Lots of hidden fees.
