This shop went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. Great team. Honest. Fair. Exceeded my expectations as far as customer care and service when shopping for a used/pre-owned car. John was thorough and organized. All staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would definitely recommend them to a friend and would definitely buy from them again if I need another car...but hopefully I won’t because I love what I bought from them and mostly importantly to this review so far the car is perfect, clean, and running well!

My mother has brought her Subaru there at least 6 times a d they never seem to fix the check engine light they just keep ripping her off and telling her it’s always something they didn’t work on seems like they don’t what they’re doing they are a bunch of scams do not do any sort of business with them they do not care about their own customers they are a bunch of criminals

My mother, Catia, stopped by to have her brakes, mufflers, rotors replaced and oil changed by Marco. He gave her a wonderful price for all the labor, and has consistently been respectful, honest, and professional with old school work ethic. Both she and I have always been satisfied with the quality of work and fantastic service provided by Carvel Motors, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs or maintenance done to their vehicles.
