If I could give 0 stars I would.Called up to check if they had any availability to rent a passenger van for the same day and the person who answered was so unhelpful, basically laughed at me and said thats a good one as if I was joking and then continued to send me somewhere else, meanwhile they have over 10 passenger vans parked in their lot.HORRIBLE customer service.

Just to save 40 dollars, never again. I used this company to rent a car, found a better deal at the airport, was advised if i cancel I have to pay full price still. The car I was given was a hazardous condition, the humidifier didn’t work, thank God it was the last day . I reported to the clerk when I returned she said you have to call and make a report . It’s been more then 8 business days I’m still waiting for a call and they still have a hold on my account for 200 dollars. Every year I rent a car in Florida, first time and last time I will ever go with this company. I rather pay the extra money at the airport, then to deal with this company .

TERRIBLE!Three times I have requested the refund (one by phone and two by email) of the reservation made on February 25, for March 13 and canceled the following day February 26. I have not received a response from the company.By phone one of their employees Mike told me that they did not refund.I explained to him that he had not informed me of this policy, which is also not in the rental contract that had been sent to me, therefore, since it was not in writing, it was illegal to keep, the money of a service that they had not provided; they have the legal obligation to inform in writing in the moment of the rental of this absurd policy.I also told him that I did not accept that they would give me credit for a next time since this had been a necessity for only once.They have not given me an answer, they have not refunded the money to my account, I also fear that this company that literally steal from customers put at risk the information that I gave them from my credit card.I await the immediate solution of this inexcusable and arbitrary situation at the earliest.

Excellent service from a car rental to U-Haul moving trucks!

We use this place every year for a 14 passenger van. Its a week rental for a Church Mission Trip. Good prices and always a quality vehicle.

Service was horrible. Staff didn’t want to speak with us and had major attitude problems.

One of the employees there was very rude to me and cussing at me through the phone. Very unprofessional, my father rented with them for years and this one employee basically screwed it all up.

Horrible, cars are not in good shape at all, very dirty and not safe to drive!
