Told me to bring it in Monday because mechanic was not available Friday when I brought it back. Monday comes and now there is nothing he can do! Don’t do it go somewhere.

Cars are not as they appear in photos.i guess thats why they take them at a distance.went there and they were closed even tho their hours said they were open.vehicle I looked at was nothing like the photos.and stuff that should have been in the photos wasnt probably due to the condition it was in.

I bought a car June, and I drove it three times. Has now been in the shop for 3 weeks. The car has a front cradle issue that could be dangerous to drive oh, it had three broken motor mounts three broken transmission mounts. The mechanic says this could have resulted in an accident or injury severely. Theres an electrical issue with the transmission. He refused to help so Ive taken matters into my own hands contacted the Attorney General. Hes a thief and hes a crook and hes a liar

Had to choose between the least junky car on the lot got a jeep but still was terrible have had the vehicle for 4 months and have had nothing but problems with it I I have finally fixed it 1500$ later would stall while going down the road and did it at the worst times all his vehicles are junk I wouldnt buy from here ever again youd have better luck buying a car from the junkyard because theyre more honest than this guy hes only good at detailing them and making these junkers shine

Beware!!! They are fraudulent I am now looking into reporting to BBB. They changed my review and I believe they will keep changing it. Since they did not change my review I will right it again. My car needed a new clutch switch but they tried to charge me over $3000 in parts. There is a green connector on subaru technicians and specialist know about that put the car into a loop. This loop cycles your light on and off and fans on and off. To someone inexperience this looks really really bad. This company told me we do not know what the problem is and we do not know how much it will cost, we will just start replacing things. Does that sound like a reliable car company??? No, I had my car towed back immediately. I am a college student at miami university and this was all out of my pocket. I had my car towed there and back for around $300 was charged $300 for no labor and my car still did not run. Save the headache and take your car to an actual shop. Email me if you have questions, this is a real review I wouldnt want someone to waste their hard earned money like I did.

Worst place ever to buy a used car. Hell tell you your getting a deal on a good and dependable car but what your really getting is junk. Dont buy from this car lot or buy at your own risk.

I bought a van from them that needed the fuel filler neck replaced. I was willing to take care of it, but the owner insisted they can fix it for me. What they ended up doing was attaching a fuel neck from a scrap car. This caused the fuel neck to rub against the back tire which could have caused the tire to catch fire. Worse, they used regular hosing to attach it which would have erroded away quickly from the gasoline. They also didnt attach a ground wire to prevent sparks from blowing up the fuel tank. Making a quick buck while risking the lives of your customers is no way to do business.

I was looking for a bigger car, decided to try here. Let me just tell you, it was the absolute WORST experience Ive ever had. I had traded in my car with less miles, and absolutely nothing wrong with it, for a 1999 Volkswagen Passat. I had driven it MAYBE 8 miles, and had to replace the radiator. Now, Im unable to drive it period. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Save your money, and dont ever look here for a car.

I think that all the negative reviews from some of the people are not people who look at the details of the car as far as engine and what have you but from people who need a car and just buy whatever is flagged in front if them. We got am suv last month, runs great no issues but a flat tire (ran over 3 nails). The guy was very helpful and very honest. There was an issue with the air conditioner he couldnt figure out, sent us to a mechanic he knows got the issue fixed...and for free. Its a good place to go if you dont have alot and need a vehicle. Just make sure to ask questions, thats all it takes. He will tell you straight up!

I took my car to get a complete detail and Randy and Joe did an amazing job with my car.My car was really really dirty, these guys had their job cut out for them. To my surprise when I picked up my car I was truly a happy customer especially for the price. I have attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership for the past week, and only required the VIN number to check the carfax before making the long trip out. I had tried for three straight days to acquire the VIN number to contact my insurance company, and yet the dealership continued to not return my calls. Its almost as if they have no interest in selling their inventory in the first place, and made no attempts to help me as a customer who was ready to purchase the vehicle.

Learn from my mistake. Have a worthy mechanic check out any vehicle you think about buying. I spent $2200 cash on a one owner blazer that guzzled a quart of oil a week. Bought the car in late October and found out today both heads are shot. I havent put 2000 miles on it. Will never buy from here again.

I purchased a suv from this lot on 2/24/18 on 3/3/18( 1 week later) the front drivers side tire broke off while I was driving home from work. After having my mechanic look at it he discovered all the wheels & mounts were rusted out and had to be replaced( entire rack needs to be replaced). When I purchased the vehicle I was told the only issue was a small exhaust leak. I contacted the lot and was told that they would not be held responsible and refused to refund my money or fix it after only 7 days with the car. These people are pure scammers and can not be trusted! Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from here, you will regret it as do I!

Joe is a cool guy, but far as their vehicles youll be lucky to get a good car..I brought a car a couple months ago from here and here i am without one again!!!it shut off on me the same day I brought it in the middle of a traffic light while Turning almost got smacked!this issue continued..then auto zone said I need to get one of my oxygen sensors fixed which jjt auto told me there is nothing wrong with the car..4weeks later my upper control arm and ball joint broke in traffic swerving in an out while having my 1yr old in the car i was pissed!!they know whats wrong with the cars before they sell it thats why the make you sign when you purchase a car theyre not responsible for anything that might be wrong with the carnow Im paying for it

This place is awful,My wife went to buy a van, Nissan Quest - for $3,500 the dealer acted like she was getting this great deal, and like the car was in great condition; now mind you, the van looks pretty nice for being a 2007 however its got its debts and scratches, but thats not the issues the issue here is the owner sold her this van and I wasnt able to be there, and my wife is pretty good at knowing when a car is crappy or not, but he sold her this van, telling her how safe it was, telling her how he drove it with his daughter on a road trip for 2/3 days, how he wanted her and our kid safe so hed never sell her anything dangerous, but alas the van she bought drift to the right side like no ones business, the front end is now shaking something fierce and we havent had it that long. I noticed all this happening after only a couple days, we havent been able to get a hold of the dealer. But this van is not safe and the guy that sold it to my wife and baby, should be ashamed - I get it some sale men are shady and they might sell you a car thats going to brake down eventually or has minor issues but makes it look great. This van is a death wagon, and now my wife cant drive it and the only reason she bought it in a hurry was because she drove a little tiny car and wanted to keep our baby safe. Now were out all this money, and the man wont answer his phone! DONT BUY FROM THEM. ALL THEIR CARS LOOK AWFUL I DROVE BY THE OTHER DAY. I cant believe the dishonesty. Puttting the lives of a woman and her child in danger just to make a couple grand.
