Let me tell You something. Car sales business tends to be full of people that are only trying to rip You off. I was surprised how this place is very different. Their honesty with describing all positive and negative things about the car is extremely unique. That makes me very comfortable to buy from them. No doubt they are trustworthy. You wont be disappointed.

Negotiation was a little tricky, but after a little persistence I was able to get the truck I wanted at a fair price. I could tell that the owner was not interested in ripping me off and seemed like a genuinely good guy. I would highly recommend checking their lot out if your in the market for a used vehicle.

But a Van drove it less than 800 miles and the AC system quit working. They were supposed to fix my side door lock before I bought They never fixed the side door and when I called to ask the owner if he could take a look at the airconditioner and fix the door lock he told me that he wasnt going to play the game of warranty repairs I explained to help and that I would pay for it even though ive only drove it 884 miles since i bought it. I explained that i just wanted it to get fixed and then he changed his tune completely. dont think this is the way business should be handled especially when somebody pays you $10000 for a vehicle

Ohh boy, drove 3 hours one way to look at a vehicle we were told was in great shape. The owner was not even present when we got there even though we had let him know we would be there at a scheduled time that he agreed to, we went inside and waited for ten or so minutes but nobody showed up, we ended up having to ask an employee who was power washing a car to let the owner know we were there. The vehicle had about a 2 inch gap between the drivers door and the front fender. The car had obviously been hit. The ac in the vehicle also didnt work. So the owner shows up in a golf cart and starts pulling fuses (I really wish I was making this up). We ended up taking it for a test drive and the rear brakes grinded horribly (the owner said they were brand new and it was a normal noise). Im a mechanic, the caliper piston was not pushed back before the new pads were installed. This was a 6 hour trip that was an enormous waste of time. If the shady dealer had just been honest and told us the car had been in an accident, the ac did not work, and the rear brakes were bad. We could of avoided such a large waste of time. Please avoid this shady establishment at all costs.

I am so pleased that I came across Auto Spot. Dave was great to work with and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If you want someone that is willing to give you a great deal and is an overall nice person to work with- go to Auto Spot. They have a great selection of cars and will be much nicer to work with than a large car dealership.

Buyers beware! In September 2018 I purchased a 2009 Ford F-150 from Autospot. The price was great as it was well below market value and I was even able to negotiate a little lower with their sales rep Randy. However, this led to my discovery of terrible customer service as Dave who manages Autospot apparently was not happy about the price drop approved by Randy. When I returned to get the truck after loan approval two days later, Dave brought the truck to me out in the parking lot. This was my first time meeting him. He got out of the truck, proceeded to tell me that the gas door spring was broken so it would not close and then walked away. No hand shake, no congrats, no thank you. I was disappointed as I was expecting some gratitude and not his passive treatment along with telling me there is already an issue unknown to me about the truck that he should’ve just fixed. There is more.My wife followed me home and noticed an issue with the rear passenger tail light so when I got home I called Dave to ask about getting it replaced. All he did was look up prices of this tail light assembly on eBay and told me what the price was, end of conversation. 3 days later I take the truck to my local auto repair shop for a detailed inspection because now I’m worried about all quality related to Autospot Sales. There were some issues but nothing too concerning except for a bad AC blower motor and a broken coil spring in the front suspension. I called Dave again that day to discuss the broken coil spring because that is a safety issue and definitely should be taken care of as it should not have been for sale with a broken coil spring. Dave proceeded to tell me that it is not covered under the warranty of the truck and he is reluctant to fix anything because he is unhappy about Randy dropping the price further for the truck because now he lost money. At that moment I truly knew I made a mistake going to Autospot Sales. Who tells their customer something like that? If he had an issue with a business transaction made by one of his employees then he should take that up with his said employee, not the paying customer. That is highly unprofessional behavior. I went to Autospot because they are on Car Gurus which is a used car site known for featuring reputable car sales companies.Overall, Dave still refuses to fix the coil spring or has not acknowledged that he was wrong for his mistreatment of me as a buying customer. He did however offer to buy the truck back from me if I am unhappy. I am not sure if I’m supposed to feel appreciation for his offer but I chose to keep the truck. I even gave him an opportunity to make this right so I didn’t have to write this review. Sadly, I received nothing else from him. Maybe we will see a reply to this review from Dave which I’m sure will be the opposite of how he treated me and this situation. I really hope I don’t find anything else wrong with the truck that is covered under warranty as this will be awkward and I’m not really sure that I trust anything at this point.Good luck future Autospot Sales customers!

I made a legitimate cash offer on a car and Randy White told me to dream on. He didnt offer to negotiate, or even say that the price on the car was firm...nothing. Ive never been treated so poorly by a salesman. Every car deal that Ive been involved in (20+) has had some level of negotiation to it.By far the most unprofessional treatment Ive ever had in a car deal. Pathetic.

Just bought a Honda Odyssey fro Autospot. First let me say that my wife and I have been searching high and low for a minivan for my growing family. We have visited car lot after car lot.I, like most car buyers, knew what I wanted before I ever drove onto the lot. The problem that I encountered is that whenever I pulled into a dealership I would be instantly surrounded by salesmen. It was intimidating to say the least. My only goal was to drive up and see the car I had seen online, in person.Autospot was NOT like that.In fact whenever I pulled up I was able to get out of my car and check out the van I liked online. Whenever I was ready, I went to the office asked to know more and I was greeted by Dave, who then walked around the car with me, told me what I wanted to know and handed over the keys. I test drove the Odyssey, had a couple questions which he was able to help answer.Later that day I went back, traded in my car and drove off with a shiny Honda Odyssey. By far one of the best used car sales process I have ever had. I have purchased vehicles from all of the big names (Voss, Castrucci, Joseph Chevrolet) and without a doubt the easiest and most straight forward was with Autospot. So because I got a bit long winded here is the summary:Pros:-Not intimidating-Fast and Friendly Staff-Great choices-Great trade in valuesCons:-Their awesome car choices caused my wife to make me trade in my car for a minivan...

Aweful response level. Called twice and left messages about a car they listed on Craigslist. After no return call I stopped by after work. Had my wife and baby meet me there. Only to find out they sold the car last week. Their Craigslist postings are just to get you in the door. Would never buy a car from them.

I rarely, and I mean rarely post reviews. However, this place takes the cake in poor customer service. Below is an objective break-down of my expirience. At 4:15 on Monday the 8th 2016, I asked my wife to meet me here, as we were interested in a red GMC. Knowing I would arrive 20-30 minutes earlier than her, I decided to start my appointment I made earlier that day via phone at 4:45.First and foremost, there is only 3 parking spaces vacant...and they are tight. Autospot shares the building with an insurance company.I entered the small office to find Mr. White reclined back with his feet on the desk staring at his phone. He glanced at me, and without even acknowledging me turned back to it.As he was clearly not interested, I turned towards the other young man (whos name escapes me), and was met with a stare. Obvious that I had to start the conversation, I introduced myself, and reminded him of my earlier phone call. He grabbed the keys and we made our way to the lot. Arriving at the GMC, he remotely unlocked it for me, and planted himself at the bed of the truck and stared while I looked around. The interior had a poor detail job, with sticky surfaces and dirty mats. Mind you, while I was looking around I had to pay special attention to how far I opened the truck doors, as the cars were spaced about 2.5 ft apart. The man still silent, I asked if he could turn it on so I could hear it run, and while he was at it back it out so I had more room to explore. He agrees, and goes to start it...dead. Engine wont turn. Battery is dry. He finally speaks a few words and makes his way to a mechanic shop to get jumper cables. While he is gone, I make my way to the backseat and find dog hair ALL over the rear interior seats. At this point Im frustrated that I spent more than 15 min here. He finally arrives with the charger and we start it. Battling the car alarm which eventually goes off, I decide to move on. As I declared my complete lack of interest and zero enthusiasm, he mentions he has an f-150.Side note: most ALL vehicles listed online are at auction in Franklin Ohio. There is no way to see them in person, unless you drive there. They will not bring them to the lot for you.As I sat there pondering if I should waste my time, I briefly looked into the Toyota Tundra next to me. As I opened the truck, I was hit in the face with the strong stinch of smoke. Shutting the door, I told the gentleman I would give it a quick peak.We arrive at the Ford F-150. Inside, there was an Arizona iced tea can on the inside of the truck on the passenger floor. There was a rubber glove and two dirty towels on the console, and a receipt from the bank showing a deposit. The stock cigarette lighter was missing and the passenger interior door handle was broken. He said the car would be better detailed if I was interested, but depending on how much the handle cost, he may not replace it.I checked out the engine, and someone had left an oil funnel, that was smashed inside the engine compartment, and the truck itself was completely on empty.I asked if he had ever looked this truck over, and his response was why would I ?My wife finally arrives, but not before he could voice his frustration on how slow the day is going...wishing it was 5pm.Some words to this establishment:I did not have to come here. However, these small car business in some instances offer better deals than that of bigger competitors. While I can easily afford a brand new truck, I am also looking for a solid price. With that being said, you are extremely lazy, and completely lack interpersonal communication skills. You are clearly unmotivated. Your prices were well over market value, and you show a complete incompetence in regards to small business management and maintenance. Your business model suggests fast cash, the preying on people in need of a fast trade in and poor investing.I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you want to spend 18-30k on a vehicle, please go to a reputable dealer.

My husband and I was searching for a vehicle all over Ohio. We came across one online at autospot. It was the right match for us. We appreciated the free carfax report online and didnt have to twist someones arm for it like a lot of car dealerships we ran into. The service was great and they really helped us get financed fairly quickly. We hope to do business again in the future.

This place is a joke, both sales guys could care less about the customer. I asked if the car had any mechanical issues, the guy looked at me and said just no. Not to mention their cars are pieces of crap, one subaru started smoking after i test drove it for 5 min, this place is a joke full of lemons. I would never trust them or buy a car from them. Hated the experience.
