Referred here by my wifes Occupational Therapist to purchase and have installed a trailer hitch and platform onto our 2020 Cherokee for transporting my wifes wheelchair..We live an hour away so I called into store to see what I needed to do. Was told over the phone that I could come in any time during business hours to obtain needed quote for insurance.I arrived at 0800 right as they opened and was told that the guy who normally does the quotes is on vacation this week and that no one else had time for me and despite me living an hour away, I should try back another day.Obviously my wife and I are taking our business elsewhere and when I spoke with the Home Healthcare Service who provides my wifes at home Physical and Occupational Therapy what had happened, they stated they will definitely not be recommending mobilityworks to their patients going forward.

I just received my car yesterday with hand controls. When I arrived I was told that it would be customized for my particular needs--in other words how far back do you sit?, how long are your legs/, where will your arm /hand be ? I was very pleased with this special attention to detail. Everyone that I dealt with was easy to talk to and explain my needs. I was able to do trial run in parking lot next door before leaving the premises. Also I was told about the need to keep my car inspected on regular basis. It was a positive experience!

I recently purchased a new mobility van from M.C. Mobility. I was very pleased with the quality of service, provided by all the staff there. My mobility consultant, Matt Millheim, was very knowledgeable about the products available and took the time to determine which of these products was most suitable for my daughter who uses a power wheelchair. He also facilitated the trade-in of my former vehicle and guided me through the financing paperwork to ensure that I could pick up the vehicle in timely manner. All the staff members that I encountered there were extremely courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Ive used MC Mobility for years and always get great personalized service that targets any problem or adjustment that I need. For my latest van I just needed to add a drivers seat. Matt worked everything out so that the seat was just as usable and comfortable as my other van. He also helped me get acquainted with my Honda van, having switched from a Toyota. Matt is very personable, knowledgeable and professional!

They bent over backwards to help, and brought a van in from Columbus for my daughter that she found online. She ended up getting it for my grandson with some help from my mom.

I am a disabled veteran who has tried different companies for power chair and lifts for my vehicle. In all of my endeavors M.C. Mobility Systems of Dayton and entire staff offers by far the best in service and quality of product. I highly recommend them to any veteran or disabled person.

Not even worth mentioning. Service was horrible and basically non existent. I waited there for over 2 hours and no one gave me the time of day. Im in the market and that was the worst service Ive had my whole life. Good thing they are being sold.had to hit one star but honestly not even that high a rating

Helpful and friendly but, Im not a fan of the neighborhood. My Joey lift is not retracting into my van and it only happens to me. They said they cant fix it until they see it broken. :(

Im giving 5 stars, because without the guys at M.C. Mobility of Dayton, I wouldnt be able to drive! Im 32 years old, and I was born with Arthrogryposis. Im very limited with strength and rang of motion in both hands. I bought a 2017 Chevy Trax, because I was able to reach the pedals without extensions, and the steering wheel was smaller than what most vehicles have, so I didnt need that modified either. The gear selector, however, I was not able to function on my own, due to lack of strength in my hands. Scott at M.C. Mobility of Dayton took on the task of installing a Memory Shift keypad. Because I have a 2017 Chevy Trax, this type of modification had never been done yet. These guys went above and beyond to make it work in my car! Everything works perfectly, and it looks great too! I would absolutely recommend M.C. Mobility to anyone with vehicle modification needs!

I got a wheel chair lift installed here. The service was terrific, I am a Raymond fork lift mechanic so I know TERRIFIC service when I see it.

Was told I could open my back hatch after my devise was installed by two different salesmen and it cannot be done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
