Stacy was willing to work with me as far as him selling me a car until I changed my mind about the entire purchase. After explaining to him that I didn’t feel comfortable paying a smaller down payment and financing the rest on a credit card, he condescendingly tells me that I wasn’t able I get financing at all because I was not a full time worker. I don’t recommend anyone buying cars from this place, as the dealership seems very shady.

We were looking for a reliable 7 or 8 passenger vehicle. Pinnacle Rd Automotive was recommended to us by a friend who used to be part of the car business. We were unsure of going to a small car lot, but we thought we would check it out. We found an older Honda Pilot with low miles that appears to have been well maintained, so we went ahead and bought it. Stacy was great to work with and expedited the process quickly.

Found my daughter a good used car. Have had over a month with no problems. She likes it and has been reliable.

I bought a car from there a few weeks ago for 2600$ and I drove it one day. They first didn’t say that the car had a cracked windshield which isn’t in my view so I wasn’t too concerned and also just told me the driver seat didn’t move and that was all the was wrong with it. Well neither front seats move. The gas and brake pedals stick. I can only drive the car with the brights on. The whole car gets wet when going through car wash or when it rains. I have two toddlers and a newborn and the car is definitely unsafe.

Bought a used car for my grandson. After getting a fair price, based on my research, they continued to go over and beyond with service even delivering the car to my home . Very vice people to do business with.Even after they got my money they were there for me. Grandson loves this Scion.

My friend recently purchased a Malibu for her son within the last 2 weeks. However, just this morning the brakes were making a grinding sound. The repair shop said it would cost $1000.00 to repair because the brakes were rusted. It was a ripoff.

My wife and I were looking for a car within a certain price range - Stacy worked it out with us so the price was exactly what we could afford for a good car. The car will be for our daughter when she turns 16 - great 1st car. Also - I have been an auto tech for 23 years and Stacy never once tried to B.S. me with anything - honest and nice to work with. I think Stacy is a shady kind a person. He sold my son a car is was a nice one. It was 2485 dollars with in thirty days we found out that the rear subframe is rusted out so bad it would fell apart when. I took to Dave Dennis to get look out because the subframe was under recall with extend warranty but it as expired two years ago. So we took it to Stacy mechanic and he ordered a new subframe. We didnt get it fixed because Stacy wanted a used one but didnt get because he was willing to paid 700 dollars o my son would had to pay the rest all total it was coming up 1500 to 1800 dollars. My son didnt that kind of money so Stacy bought the car back for 1200 dollars so my son lost rest of his money of 1285 dollars and plus no car. He took the money because there is a lot more wrong with the car. So fair warning it is a 2007 Dodge caliber and its orange so beware of that car.

Went to look at a car for my son. They were selling it cheap. I asked why, before we even looked at it. He informed me that they sell all their cars cheap! Awesome right?! Well, as soon as we started the car, you could tell the motor was planning on throwing a rod at any minute! I guess, me being a female, he thought I wouldnt notice!
