Called customer service and they said I could take care of it in store. Called the Anderson, SC store and they said they could take care of it no problem. Do not come here if you can avoid it.

We had a great experience upgrading one of our phones today. They were great about cleaning when people handled devices and work stations. Friendly and attentive staff - No complaints. I’m glad we didn’t have to spend half our day trading a phone as we have had to do in the past. We were In and out in less than an hour, including transfer of data from old to new.

This store has great customer service. The only thing it is lacking from my visit is stocking. They were out of stock on the particular watch I was wanting. But theu were able to order it for me. Would have been nice to touch it before I bought it.

I thought I had already done this. I went there to pay a bill. I was there almost an hour and not even one employee asked me if I needed help. There was only a couple helping others and the rest were just standing around talking. I am sure that they could see the bill in my hand and yet no one was worried about it. The worst part of it was that it wasnt even my bill. I was doing it for a friend. I will never subscribed to at&t if that is how they handle their business.

I order a phone online and picked it up at the store yesterday and I tried to activate the phone today and turns out, they gave me the wrong phone after I’ve already paid for both phones now, so I can’t activate it, and I have been calling the store for an hour with no answer whatsoever. I would give them zero stars!

If you are looking for a store with great costumer service this is the store to go to, I walked in and immediately had someone help me and they were very kind. They sat down with me and help me understand the bill and what everything would cost. And unlike other AT&T stores they actually told me about different promotional options that were available. I love love love this store if you love in Seneca or Oconee it’s worth the drive to get great costumer service.

Everything was fine until the guy replacing my SIM card scratched the side of my brand new iPhone 12 Pro with the sim removal tool. I told him about it and all he said was “well I had to do it to get it out. I’m sorry but you don’t need to scratch anything to get the SIM out. Go somewhere else where they take care of your $1000 phones.

One star for the AT&T Store in Easley. My mother’s phone would not receive incoming calls and it did not have dial tone. An associate told my brother he only needed two pieces of identification to have her phone fixed. He had two pieces of identification. They then tell him they could not accept that, that my mother needed to come there in person. My mother is 87 yrs. old and they had her come to that store in the middle of a pandemic for some foolishness. Shame on you Easley AT&T, you care nothing about your customers.

I went in today to pay off my device, which I did. A man by the name of Tyrone, was very nice and attentive to what I needed. However, I asked him the process of unlocking my device so that I could take it to another carrier. He gave me misinformation, and because of that, Ive been struggling all day with tech support to find out why my device couldnt be unlocked. For anyone else, the policy is it takes up to 24 hours for the system to update that youve paid off your device. That is when you can unlock it. Tyrone told me that I would be able to unlock it immediately after I left the store. It would be nice to have some techs who know what theyre talking about.

My dad and I went there 5/17 and we were met outside the door and the lady told us there was only 1 person per employee. Well my dad and I both needed phones so we figured since there was only 1 person in there we would be able to go in since there was atleast 4 employees with no one with them. But no she then got an attitude when my dad asked how it would work since we both need a phone. One of us was expected to stand in the rain outside while the other went in. At that point she became very rude and unprofessional. I understand they have rules due to covid but there was plenty on employees in there for us to have went in and still had 1 person per employee. Needless to say we went to the powdersville store and had a wonderful employee help BOTH of us without us having to stand in the rain. The salesman was also super nice and helpful there!

I used to highly rate this store but not anymore, they are no longer a main AT&T store. I is now just another worthless authorized retailer for AT&T they can no longer help you with account information. So just be warned its no longer worth the drive...

My husband and I went in to purchase two new phones and the gentleman that waited on us was absolutely no help whatsoever he didnt have any suggestions he didnt act like he knew much about the phones he just kind of stood there and looked at us I wouldnt recommend going to this store at all.

The salesman didn’t listen to me and put the wrong number in the system to upgrade my device. I had to get him to fix it AFTER I found the mistake. He gave me a SIM card that I had to put in my friend’s phone to fix his mistake. I had to repair my Apple Watch after I went back AGAIN.

When I first arrived, I was told the wait would be about 2 hours as they were short-staffed. But, two more team members soon appeared.I had quite a complicated problem and it took the team member and a customer-service rep working in tandem to solve my issues.I am so grateful he was willing to go above and beyond to get a months long problem finally resolved! Zero stars if that was possible. I visited this store yesterday. A lady who I later learned was the manager immediately greeted me and asked me what brought me in. When I explained that it was an issue with billing and began to explain the issue, she cut me off asking me my name and then telling me that it would be a bit as there were other people ahead of me. She then proceeded to walk back and sit behind a desk and play with her cell phone. A short while later a man walked in the store and went directly to the lady and began talking to her. It was apparent that they knew each other and she told him how she had worked at another store and had been promoted to manager at that store!There were three customers being helped and two others waiting ahead of me. As time ticked other customers also entered. They, like myself, were greeted by this so called manager and then she would return to her socializing throne. After about 50 minutes, an employee finally came to assist me only to be rude and tell me he couldnt. Per my request, he called over the manager who was also unwilling to help.Today I called at&t and within 15 minutes they solved my problem and felt the need to profusely apologize for my experience saying there was no reason they couldnt have quickly and easily managed it.What an embarrassing excuse for a manager!

Mauricio, Robert and elliot helped me and my wife while we changed from Verizon to At&t with our mobile service. They were awesome! Super happy to know that I will have great customer service anytime I have to drop in the store for anything. I highly recommend the At&t Easley location because of these 3 gentlemen. I’m hoping the At&t service switch will be as satisfying as the service the 3 individual gave to me and my wife.

So i bought like an dummy thinking they are helping me. went home fixed phone with At&t help. called said would return phone bought out right said would take 45 dollar restock and phone was just 75 been with them 15yrs NO MORE!!!

My representative Robert was great! He gave me the wrong product and I had to go back, however he corrected it and apologized, which was enough! The worse part was having the manager walk around with his pants sagging showing his underwear. I dont find it appropriate at a family retail store for someone to be dressed this way, especially management. I am grateful the employees didnt follow his lead!

I have been to the Easley location on two separate occasions. The first time I went in to inquire about the FirstNet service for first responders. Despite having an entire table setup and a sign on the door advertising it, the associate told my boyfriend and I we could not simply walk in and switch over. She was unhelpful and seemed in a rush to get us out of there.I went in tonight because I have been experiencing issues with my phone. My phone is less than two years old. The associate asked what I was there for. I responded that my phone has been having technical issues. He said, Well, Im not a technical person, so what would you like us to do? He suggested that I either file an insurance claim to get a new phone or take it to CPR and have a technical person look at it. I asked if taking it to CPR would void the insurance on it, as I have been told that before. He said, Well, if you are looking to avoid filing an insurance claim, I would take it to CPR. If not, you can pay the $175 and get a new phone. Again, completely unhelpful. I find it hard to believe my only options for fixing my phone are to take it elsewhere or to file an insurance claim to get a new phone.

No stars if I could fir too many reasons. We cancelled cable and net after just a month! SPECTRUM is the way to go if an option ! Were paying like 170a money for gold tier cable 100 GB net but getting 200 at times !! Same price as CRAPPY AT AND T OH and they BILL you correctly too BONUS ! NEXT after 4 yrs we are working on getting rid of at and t cell service too. Actual CELL RECEPTION IS GREAT but their LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT is OVER the top ! You ask for PROOF of things I get a text for a 30 credit GUESS WHAT somehow they dont know about it anyway ! Im DONE WITH THEM !!!

After a short wait i was assisted. Had to wait quite a bit to be checked out. If i were to pay with cash i would have waited longer. Checkout takes too long on purchasing accessories. Having to give email and phone number just to check out seems a bit much also.

The assistant manger is double taking backstabbing worker who only complained about how shity of a boss she works for and threw him under the buss a lot while working. She also has no customer service skills. Dont go hear. There are also Prejudice racial I would not waste my time going here I would go to the Seneca location they are open longer hours I have better service this store should be closed

Everytime I go into this store location, I leave very angry, but yesterdays visit went farther than that! My son and I walked into a completely empty of customers store. We walked over to Cierra, who was busy propping herself up on the hostess podium, without a care in the world. Without even bothering to stand up straight to talk to us, she asked us what we wanted. Not how can I help you, but what we wanted! We started to explain to her that we had been sent to the store by ATT technical support for someone to look at my sons phones headphone jack. Unfortunately we used the phrase work on the headphone jack... and from there we were interrupted, she told us there was nothing she could do, file an insurance claim. When we tried to explain this wasnt an insurance issue, she just repeated we dont do that, file an insurance claim. Then just stared at us like we were stupid. She didnt even pretend to care. She never said hello, asked our names, or tried to help us in ANY way. She couldnt even be bothered to say sorry for misinformation. I drove 45 min. round trip, to be basically kicked out of an empty store in under a minute and a half! Of all the bad service I have received at this store, I have never written a bad review,but Cierra definitely took the cake!!!

The only reason I went to this store was because I have Directv for my home entertainment. Once AT&T bought them out, they offered me a promotion which included my cellular phone and my home bundle. I was told that I could do it over the telephone, but if I wanted my Military discount Id have to take a copy of my DD214 into the store and set everything up. I did so and walked out feeling that Id be paying what I was told. If you ask anyone who has Directv now, the monthly bill fluctuates more than a power bill. I was told that if I combined my cellular bill with my home bundle it would save me a few dollars also. What they didnt tell me was that they were going to charge me almost $100 in surcharges, and from September, 2017 until two months ago, it was a monthly battle because I was being charged for things that I didnt want, things I did want had been taken off my account, and in one month they billed me over $350 mid month and over $450 at the end of the month. I documented each and every CSR I spoke to and what they said I should be paying. Heck, I even had a Supervisor hang up on me. I once thought that AT&T was a reputable business. But being the Global company that they are, they could care less if they lose one customer. Oh, as far as that Military discount goes, I took all the required paperwork to the store and its still not applied to my account. Being a single Father of 5 beautiful children and my only source of income is my police retirement because I was injured on the job, I thought Id be saving some money. How very foolish of me to believe that a large company would stick to their word.

This location has the worst customer service I have EVER seen in my entire life! The manager is very unprofessional and one of the other employees made me feel like I was dirt. I seriously would not recommend coming here. They are clueless on how to handle questions and issues reguarding customer accounts. Would NOT recommend!

5/8/17 15:10 - My wife and I came into this ATT store to upgrade her to the new iPhone. Marianne (the older sales associate) was very rude. She was unable to produce another sales associate after I asked to speak to someone else, and refused to allow me to speak to her manager. Verizon Wireless is about to gain two additional customers thanks to the staff in your retail locations. We walked out. Thanks.
