Phone service is completely Garbage works sometimes drops call constantly, robotic voice on calls your talking to terrible had this for 2 months and leaving for sure.

What a joke. I wouldnt buy a phone from them if they was the only cell phone company around. They didnt know anything about the phones and they wanted you to get one or leave.

Friendly staff thats the only good point. How can you be a phone store and not have phones other than Samsung Galaxy A11. I had a Samsung Galaxy A20. I was looking for a Samsung Galaxy A51. I walked to my current service provider thats right next door and upgraded my service and got a better deal with the phone I wanted Samsung Galaxy A51 ( for free). The monthly payment is $50 lower than Cricket wanted for 2 phones. Definitely do NOT recommend Cricket.

A day after Christmas 🎄 and the person who set up my nieces phones was a wonderful person. She took her time and was very knowledgeable, she truly was a asset to the business.

Wait time was a little long. Bought a phone cover and realized that it wasnt needed. Called the store to inquire about returning purchase and was told it was not refundable which is stated on the back of the receipt. There was nothing at all on the back of receipt that stated this. Not happy to spend $25 on an item not needed and not able to return. May consider going to another carrier with better policies.

The sales associate that assisted me was really nice. However I asked them to remove the insurance plan from my husband phone and we were still charged for it this past billing cycle. I was not too happy. I remember asking them to remove it because it was not worth the $62 we were being charged. If they did not remove this month I am not going to be happy. They are really cheap and worth the money.*** UPDATE ***I had to call the cricket customer care this month to once again remove the insurance from my husbands phone. They were suppose to remove it 2 months ago and it is finally off.

They do have good service and they are very quick when you come to 1 of there stores. I have never had to wait in line like I did every where else.

I live in Easley and have been to this store multiple times(unfortunately its the closest to me). Everytime its an issue when I go in here. Avoid this one!! Last week, I went to upgrade. I called a few times over the course of the day. Never an answer. So finally I just go . I get there and asked the 2 of them in a completely EMPTY store . He says we have been just sooooo busy. ??? SMH, I said yeah... I can tell, I called 10 mins ago and no answer. I guess all the customers just vanished. Anyway, he proceeds to tell me that they have the phone I want but they are holding it without payment. Ended up driving 30 mins to Seneca where I got great service finally.

We went and she had to pay for her bill and they was nice and sweet

Was a little disappointed that I could not get my money back or a replacement for a screen cover I purchased. The girl that worked there put the wrong cover on my phone. When I told the girl there she said that girl didnt work there anymore and there was nothing she could do. She said I should have brought it back while she was still working there. Hmmm didnt know she was getting fired. I just feel a company should stand behind what their employees do even if they do decide to fire them. They were still their employee when it happened. Rant over

Want your business but dont want to earn it. Dont fall for the free phone bit either - you do pay- a per-line activation fee plus taxes, which on a family plan will run into several hundreds of dollars.
