Had a good experience with Chris he talked very well about the phones and quality and descriptions of Every item I wanted to purchase he did a great job 🙂 I would recommend people going here I left boost Mobile and switched over and am very satisfied with my service now BOOST MOBILE sucks‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

My husband went to metro to look for an upgrade. The manager, Nick, was playing on his phone when he walked in. My husband asked about the upgradeand the manager took him straight over to the $200 phones. We cant afford something that expensive. When my husband said he couldnt afford that Nick never tried to save the sale by showing my husband other affordable phones. He just let him leave. Thats horrible customer service. Weve never had a problem like that with this metro. Everyone else is really nice and tells us what options we have. I went back and got my husband a cheaper nice looking smart phone that was recommended. The associates that day were helpful and tentative. I recommend not going when Nick is there unless you want to be ambushed into spending money you dont need to spend and/or having no customer service help. Go when someone else is there!!

Smart people available to assist in my questions. The seating could be better while waiting for help. At times Ive had to stand while waiting. Other than that? All is well. No complaints. Nice employees who listen.

Great customer service!! Very knowledgeable and personable. The best plans, phones and service are fantastic! I live in a rural area and even have service literally out by the hayfields. Also appreciate that the billing is clear and accessible and security already on phone.

Excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am saving $1500 this year just by switching to MetroPCS! They dont suck you into a contract. I got two great phones for 92$ a month and thats with insurance! Unlimited Data and I have yet to see a lag, even while using almost 30gb of data every month. NO LAG, NO BUFFERING when Im on Hulu, Netflix or Amazon Prime. I stream video all day long! I am constantly on many social media sites. I use my phone for everything! I am impressed by the great service Ive had over the past few months.

DONT DO IT!! JUST DONT! GO TO AT&T OR VERIZON. WE BOUGHT 2 NEW STYLO PHONES AND THE COVERAGE IS TERRIBLE WITH METRO PCS!!! YOU CANT RECEIVE TEXTS AND CALLS. IF SOMEONE CALLS YOU ITLL SAY LANDLINE NUMBER OR DISCONNECTED ON THEIR END. BUT IF WE CALL OR TEXT THESE 2 PHONES WE ARE FINE. WE ARE CONNECTED BUT SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I HARDLY GET 1 BAR! I HAD AT&T FOR 3 YEARS AND NEVER HAD 1 SINGLE PROBLEM!!!! IM SWITCHING BACK. OH, AND METRO PCS PHONES DONT WORK ON VERIZON OR AT&T. SO IF YOU GET A PHONE FROM THEM, YOURE STUCK. Lot cheaper prices just dont let dealer trick u in to get bundles tell them u dont want a bundle just a. Free phone and pay first bill the bundle ends up just giving u cases for ur phone and u pay double
