Ive been with Total Wireless for years now. Great Prices and Coverage. Their competitors cant compete with their coverage either. (Ex Boost Mobile)

I never had any problems with the phones but the customer service over the phone was horrible. I always had problems with my autopay. there were several times when they cut the service off because they said I did not refill my service when I had setup auto pay. I lease an iPhone for my daughter and that was a nightmare. I paid it off early two years ago and to this day they still tell me that the phone is still on lease. I just just went to another carrier. It was just too much drama.

Would leave zero stars WORST phone I ever purchased aka the BLU TracFone it is worse than a jitterbug...it freezes SAVE YOUR lil money go for any other team but them I swear... HORRIBLE

Overall my experience with this store has been great. I have never had any issues with the phone or the service. Everyone has been awesome except for Jack. It is very obvious he doesnt like his job or customers. He is the only reason for the 4 stars.

Best place to get a phone

Purchasing the phone and plan was awesome. The problem can 3 months later. My daughters phone stopped working so we took it to them. They said they would look at it. Now the only reason we took it in was because it would not connect to Wi-Fi. We got a call almost a week later and dad told the motherboard was fried. Now the phone would not make calls or txt on top of the Wi-Fi issue. My husband then took the same phone to I cell and we found out first my daughter used up all her unlimitted data and they turned off the data and Wi-Fi. Second we found out they put another service plan on the phone that the phone was not able to use while working on it. Now the phone works fine and we only had to pay $10 service fee. Seriously if u work on phones u should have someone to know what they are doing.
