They’re horrible with phone repairs, now I see why they’re the cheapest on screen repairs.. because their repair guy doesn’t really know what he’s doing. I took my 8+ here for a simple screen repair & when they gave me my phone back my home button wasn’t functioning correctly. The finger scan wouldn’t work anymore or the home button. When I brought it back to them they swore they “didn’t even touch” that part of my phone & swore it had to be “bad luck”. Mind you when I brought my phone here it was working PERFECTLY fine except the screen was cracked. Now my screen is fixed but my home button is broken! & they’re taking no responsibility for it. Do not take your phones here for repairs their so unprofessional & might mess up other things on your phone!!!

I did not even want to give them the one star I had to so I could write this review. Never....and I mean NEVER buy anything from Infinity Mobile in Easley ! Not only did they over charge us by $20.00 for a reconditioned phone than what a Brand New one costs, but after 5 trips up there trying to get a phone that actually worked, they had the Nerve to tell me They did not mind loosing us as a customer since we were not working with them ! They also had the nerve to want to charge us a 30% restocking fee on a phone that NEVER WORKED properly or had the proper charger !I have been MORE than patient and polite....Infinity Mobile of Easley you will NEVER get our families business again !

Very helpful and knowledgeable about phones like the plans the offer no hassles a lot of phones to choose from. No contracts. I like ti deal with them.
