Haley is very helpful and cheerfull, she does not hesitate to help you, she is very patient with her customers and make sure that you are satisfied before leaving the store! Thank you for being so helpful! As far as Rebecca she is unhelpful, does not greet her customers, very rude and has no patience!

Got great service from the girl who was working here (both days I needed to go it was the same person). She was awesome, I wish I could remember her name but it was the Easley location near Home Depot.

I really like my service with Boost but unfortunately this stores location does not open up on time. Two days in a row and Im sitting here 20 min past 10am and 3 or 4 customers have already left the parking lot very disappointed as am I.

Worst service I have ever gotten !!! Signal always gets lost !!!! Calls get cut!!! Not being able to use a gps cause the signal gets lost as well lol it was a good time being lost for 40 minutes until I got some signal back for a bit to make it him 😒 never again am I ever getting this service‼️‼️‼️‼️😡

Took care of a problem that the Anderson store said couldnt be fixed. They said we would need a new phone. The Easley Store replaced the sim card for free, didnt take long either. Great service.

The ladies that were working the evening I went in were great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt persistently try to upsell to the point of being annoying. Will gladly continue to go in to the store for my phone needs instead of ordering online.

Not giving this store a bad review but the company Im still paying on my phone. It should w/out a doubt cover any damages not just internal. (Front camera is scratched from dropping it and someone stopped on it and render it useless).. Still have six more payments. I suggest if using boost buy it straight out dont fall for there payment plan they dont stand behind there products or the consumer.

This store is unreal.They advertise that they open at 10 a.m but we waited for more than 15 minutes and they were still closed.This is not the first time this has happened. I really believe they just open when they feel like it.The service is beyond horrible,They need to get workers in there that know what they are doing and care about the customer.

Terrible i dont have the best service where I live but I was told if I had no service I would receive a full refund I paid over three hundred dollars and received 71 back and only had the phones for 2 days but I filed a complaint to the BBB

The girl at the desk is very rude and unhelpful. Go to another store. She also closes it for a bit when theyre supposed to be open.

This store sucks so freaking bad. First the sales representative was a huge assh*le. I paid $107 for my family plan. My payment was never processed. I go in to figure it out and what do I get a Nasty attitude from this little girl. Any way I made a complaint I have her name.
