I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and I have had a business account with them for 6 of those years. I have always had to make calls because there will be changes on my account and will get the runaround but I always stayed because I was grandfathered into a plan with them. My daughter and son-in-law went into the store to purchase two new phones and to get on their own account. Her husband was approved 1000.00 towards a new phone He set up a payment plan. My daughter was on my Account Account and wanted me to release her line from my account. She was doing a trade-in with her phone and they offered her $700. Prior to handing them money Verizon told them to get all this information off her phone and bring it up there and they would get them their money back of the $700. They ended up spending over $900 expecting to get $700 of it back As soon as they got the phone out of the car and brought it in the store. When they got in the store Verizon told them they could not give them $700 In cash and that the $700 would have to be spread out through their bill to make their monthly payment less. My daughter and son-in-law told them that was all of their cash they could only do it if they did the trade in to get the money back. My son has been there all day long on his day off they are giving him a hard time about just canceling everything because he is going to go somewhere else they are charging him two $50 fees because the boxes were open and they are the ones that opened the boxes the sales person did. They walked in there with their paycheck spent all day now they are walking out without a new phone without service and $100 less in their pocket. And I forgot to note that they gave him all but 96 of his dollars back and he was told they are going to have to figure out how to get that back to him and that it was going to have to be a check and it will take a couple weeks. I am absolutely livid these are my kids just trying to make it in this crazy world and they are being treated Terrible and taken advantage of and y’all are stealing from them!!! I will take this to Fox and WYFF I’m also going to cancel my business line with six phones on them and my personal you will not get any more of my money. Shame on you Verizon y’all are crooks
Appointment still just 3 people to help 10 waiting. I made another appt with one staff person that is helpful. The staff of 3 was looking over each other shoulders ? Helping one person. ??? Not sure of what to do.
Very poor instore service.After spending over $500 per month for years they refused to assist us with a billing issue instore. They said the store is only here to start new service not for customer service or billing.
This place hires only amazingly talented and brilliant employees.

Dont recommend this service in general. Try to quit with Verizon, but it almost impossible to get your money back . I will not give them even one start.

Well it seemed odd at first, waiting outside for an employee to come speak with me and then guiding me into the building. But I understand, its all about COVID-19 and keeping things safe and sterile. The process was quick, the payment was also quick. And I had a pretty friendly worker who helped me while I was there. I would go back.

I always come to the Easley store because of the help & top notch customer service I receive from the rep, Haily. She will always take her time explaining things to me and if she doesn’t know the answer right off she is quick to find the answer! She was so helpful and compassionate with my grandparents as well (who are in their 80s and are not the least bit tech savvy). While most people would easily get annoyed having to repeat themselves, Haily was kind and patient with them. I will always come to the Easley store and always request that Haily help me or schedule an appointment with her!

Matt helped us get the bundle package for my case, and they were very friendly! This store is by far the friendliest and most efficient!!
Ordered online to pick up, ended up having to wait outside for about 30 minutes until someone was finished inside. After entering, Tori was a great help and was fast with giving me my pickup.

Today I went to this store to resolve a lose SIM card issue on my iPhone 10r. After talking to representatives, I was informed that the phone is out of warranty. They refused to touch the phone or make any attempt. Their two options were “buy a new cell phone from us” or “go to a repair shop”.I went down the street to the local Batteries Plus in Easley, SC and they resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes at no charge.Thank you Verizon for living up to your reputation.

Daniel Joye has excellent customer service. He has assisted my family for many years at several different stores. Hes our go to person when we have techy questions or are ready to upgrade. He has become the face of Verizon to our family. We have referred many of our friends and family members over to Verizon. We always tell them Go see Daniel!
Excellent customer service from Daniel and Moises! Dont waste your time with anything less than a Verizon corporate store. Worth the trip if you live farther away, Ill always come here now to get my screen protector replaced.
Sorry but after 3 times in here and a Verizon customer for over 25 years ( sometimes I hate to admit that) The staff here could not even tell you if the sun was up or not. I have had nearly perfect experience through corporate direct or if you have the ability the kiosk at Costco has been an excellent experience and even better on pricing as well.

This time was very much better than several months ago. Personal was much received positive. The young man that assistance was good. Ordered would be at my home next week. When I realized that I could have a different color a few hours later, I went back. I believe the manager helped me. She called center and the service person was helpful information on changing color of phone ordered. I could take it to the center and they could change out to the color I liked. Thanks. Tommy
In store personnel were not up to date on offerings. Didnt seem interested to help once they figured out I had bought my own phone.

This clearly isnt for every employee they have because Ive dealt with good ones also but horrible attitudes. If Im trying to figure out the issue with a service I pay for I dont need to hear your bad attitude.... Thats not included in the price. Not sure why Im even wasting my time with this review so I can get their generic customer service is important to us response. Clearly its not or you wouldve worked on it after your other bad reviews.

Upgraded our phones and then had to make 3 extra trips to the store. They would not transfer my info from one phone to the other while there because they don’t have wi-fi. How does Verizon not have wi-fi?!? Every time they would say, now when you get home it will transfer over. It never did!
Haily Durham was an exceptional salesperson. Working with two mature individuals who may have taken a bit longer than the norm to make up their minds, she was patient, understanding and certainly attuned to our needs and wants. She was extremely helpful in combining our accounts to save money also. In this day of poor customer service, Haily well exceeds the 5 star rating. Do ask for her!!!

The battery on my new phone was not charging and I went back to the Easley store to resolve the issue. Everyone I encountered was patient, professional and very kind! Tori, Daniel, Susannah, Matt and Brandon all gave exemplary customer service! Special shout out to Brandon who so patiently worked through the switching of my phone! My only issue is company related - the store WiFi is exceedingly slow and made the switching phone process so much longer than necessary! There’s has got to be a better way!

Service was good and wait time on a saturday not so bad. Waited less than 10 minutes. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Being knowledgeable in Todays world is not so common but their at Verizon it was a good experience.
To be fair, I’ve had great experiences in this store. This most recent visit on 10/1/17, was terrible. Trevor was extremely pushy. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted when we showed up to the store, but Trevor kept trying to push my wife to a bigger phone/more storage. He even flat lied to us about the phone storage specs. He attempted to treat us like idiots and thought that he could get away with lying to us to push us into a larger purchase. Then, after the purchase was complete, he simply stated the amount owed, we paid, then he handed us the phone and walked off. He didn’t even open the box or ask if we wanted to set up the phone. So my wife had no phone service for an hour until we got home and could get the phone set up. We will probably be moving to a different company. Verizon prices are too high and Trevor was an absolute jerk.

Recently switched from Sprint. Went to Verizon store and discussed with salesperson the plan that I needed. Was quoted a monthly rate of $60 before employee discount and before taxes. So monthly after employee discount applied would be $48. Received first bill for $60. Called customer service and was told employee discount would not be in effect until after first billing cycle. Received second bill for $60. Called customer service again and was told this time I needed to submit employee discount request via Verizon website. I completed the request and received email confirmation of it being submitted. Decided to call Verizon customer service again to see when the employee discount would be applied and was told this time the plan that I am on does not qualify for employee discount. Moral of the story is to get everything in writing from Verizon before committing to do business with them. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business and then tell you completely different after they have you under contract.

Mostly nice people! I go there 2-3times a week. I know they kringe when they see my face! All but one or two friendly n able to fix probs. They do do do the buttons n hand it to you fixed. Not heres what you do if this happens again. I try to ask n they spit out what they know but not what i need to Know. I do feel sorry for them having to mess w me all the time but its usually a 3 min fix!
I just don’t understand how you are supposed to know how to work with the phones and help people with them however no one seems to be able to answer any of my questions or fix my phone. How am I to call tech support when I keep telling you my phone will not dial out. Hmmmmmm.If I buy a new phone or add a line they are more than willing to help to get their quota met, but if you have an existing line and need help don’t waste your breath. If I could rate a 0 I would.
I recently got the gear s3 watch. The Verizon sales person was very knowledgeable, and set me up in a jiffy. Always enjoy going to this Verizon.

What a great experience. I visited this store expecting a long wait. Instead I was helped immediately. They put a new protector on my phone. Helped me purchase the correct charger to replace mine that broke. And even helped me change a setting on my phone.
Ebony was great. We went in for a small technical issue and she was very helpful and resolved our issue. The wait was about 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, so very reasonable.

Really cool store. Its very updated and fresh. All sales agents are friendly. They can be very pushy, though, and because of it, your concerns arent often answered. They just want that sale.

Horrible experience. Walked out of this store two times and ended up switching phones at the Apple store where it was painless, and was treated with respect.This Verizon store was very pushy about getting their (very shady) insurance, and they spoke poorly of Apple when I told them I just wanted Apple Care.Not a pleasant experience at all, and will never go to a corporate Verizon store again to switch phones.They also promised waived fees on Monday, and went back on their word on Thursday.
I got my Samsung Galaxy so and Samsung Galaxy watch from Haily Durham. It was the best service that I have ever had at any cell phone companies. She made me feel like family instead of a customer. I wont deal with anyone except Haily Durham.

By far the worst costumer service ever. The manager slipped her family members ahead of 5 sets of people who had been waiting for over an hour. Ended up waiting over two hours on the people in this store. Only one good employee and couldnt even get his name because he was running around trying to help every person. He should be the manager. 12/27/17 Single handedly the WORST, RUDEST, MOST DISRESPECTFUL employees EVER! Went in to get my new phone activated and received, or should I say didnt receive, any customer service. The employees were completely rude and acted like it was a burden to help us. They refused to help with the issue we were having with our phone and made us get out of line until we had solved the problem ourselves. Once we had solved that issue, we were told we had to go to the back of the line AGAIN and wait. Then we were told that we had to get in the back of the line again because the account holder had registered and not the person that the phone was going to..... WHY does it matter which name was on the list? Oh wait, it doesnt. The manager on duty wouldnt help and completely ignored us as well as several other employees. We wouldnt have gotten help if we had not forced an employee to help us. Several employees just walked straight by and went on break. They treated us like we were beneath them and our business wasnt wanted. We have been with verizon for OVER 25 years and deserve to be treated better. WE are the customer, not the other way around. On top of everything, they didnt even help transfer our contacts or pictures over so now we have to go back AGAIN and deal with their ridiculous attitudes. This is UNACCEPTABLE and will not be tolerated.
I dont want this rating to be misunderstood, it is 3 stars because of how good and helpful this particular location was. As a company, I would only give Verizon 1 star now, but as a store, this Verizon store is 5 star service all the way.

Never want to deal with this company again! Try to get something resolved and you will be given the run around from everyone you speak to. They give you fake names, and promises. Terrible service!!! If you go to this store, expect to sit there for hours at a time. They are not even trying to help you, have an attitude and really dont care about you. To be honest, the wort customer service Ive had to experience so far. Just stay away.

I believe one star is high for my experience at the Easley location . I witnessed one of the employees friends get bumped over all waiting, when I asked the greeter I was told she had an appointment and you dont really know what you are seeing. I watched the whole thing transpire and and definitely know what I saw! I will just keep going to the Greenville location, where I have always been given professional service.
Can be busy here. Last couple of visits were ok. Wifes visit last summer was not great. Sales making promises on discount for product was not accurate. To be fair though on another visit manager made up for discount by giving disputed amount. So like anything there are good and bad days. Overall been more good experiences then bad
Customer service was terrible. We had a phone that completely stopped turning on. Only had it 5 months and they tried to sell us a Blackberry instead of fixing our problem. Never going there again.2015 Update: much better run store presently. The sales team all took their time with us and listened to our needs.
Verizon is the best number one cellular service in the world for me. The data is ridiculous though when it comes to Verizon. Ill be your customer forever!
