Charged me $95 for a Samsung back. It was not the original glassy one, he installed a cheap thin plastic back. Refused to give me the old back of my phone back claiming he threw it away. Was extremely rude to me and my friends. I decided to stay classy and walk away. The back broke off after a week. Had to get it replaced again. Rudest people ever. Thieves, and liars.BEWARE! Do not trust these kangaroos with your expensive phones!

I got a superficial screen crack fixed at this location and all seemed fine.. until I realized my phone was unresponsive to touch/touching things I wasnt clicking at random times, which wasnt a problem until it was fixed. Once I exhausted my resources (like calibrating my screen and factory resetting my phone) I called to see if they could reseat the connections as thats the last option to fixing my issue. The guy was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude, accusing me of dropping my phone among other things, constantly yelled listen at me, and flat out refused to fix the issue. I spent almost 150$ to fix my screen and purchased a screen protector at the same time,, and I am now left with a phone that barely works. Ill no doubt be contacting my CC company and disputing these charges. I will not ever come back to location, and Ill be sure to tell my friends and family about the terrible service I received. Do not waste your money here.

Only giving it one star because I cant give it zero. Guy working was very rude and pushy, you want it or not?, Like he had someone else to help, my boyfriend and I were the only people standing there. Selection looks huge, as long as your an iPhone user. Android options are minimal at best. I use Motorola and ALL of the cases they had for my phone fit in a ziplock bag he pulled from under his counter, they werent even out on display any where. I found one case that I considered using and he told me he could give me a discount and hes only charge me $35.99. the case want even a high end brand. The same case at Walmart cost $19.99. Disappointed would be an understatement. Definitely going to be last on my list, if it even gets on the list at all.

Not a good place to repair your phone I was charged with 197 for a iPhone 11 Pro Max back glass and it didn’t come back as the original glass. He put too much glue on it and made a split in my phone. I’m not happy with that! I would not recommend this place! It totally sucks!

Literally didnt even put the right screen on my phone, and it lifts up in the corners. Straight trash place to go.
