Worst coverage ever, could probably communicate easier by string and coconuts...Horrible, my mistake for trying them again. Ill be switching providers in the near future.
Used to have Boost. Best perk is receiving incoming calls & texts without paying your bill for 4 months during covid. Its 2 months usually
Went to boost mobile on Hastings in Eau Claire Wisconsin for 3 days straight and no one was in the store working I did this in the middle of the day I wanna thank boost mobile for being the reason my phone is off 😀

Donna gave my husband a great deal on an upgrade for his phone and explained everything clearly. She was a great help and very customer friendly. She made us feel at home. Im bringing my whole family to boost mobile. I would recommend boost mobile to anyone I know.

Absolutally terrible customer service. Impossible to get a hold of. Employees leave store nearly every day during buisness hours. I upgraded to a new phone, ended up not liking the camera and went back to see if I could trade it in for a different one. I was told by the same employee who helped me get the phone I could within 1 week of purchase, but Id have to talk to the manager, Donna I believe. Stopped in yesterday, Donna told me I could get a full refund minus a $25 restocking fee, went in today to do so and she completely switched her story. Told me she had to ask her GM, and told me theyd give me $25 for the phone, no full refund. She then yelled at us, and offered no appoligies for her lies, wasted time, and wasted money. On top of all that no one in the store follows the WI mask mandate. Oh yeah, and those donna fritz reviews on here are from the manager. Yeah. She reviews herself on google.

I used to work there. The phones and service was ok and reasonably priced but there were some work practices that I didnt agree with.
Is efficient and sets up the phone in a swift amount of time. The hours are nontraditional and appointments should be made in advance. Is expensive for phone set up. My concern ls with automatic withdrawal.
Slowest service I have ever had. Took forever to get our phones activated and I couldnt even set my own pin. They gave me one and now the piece of paper is lost and I cant pay my bill without it. If I could give 0 stars I would, I should have never switched from Metro PCS to Boost but now Im stuck with Boost. Also the prices for their phone case are OUTRAGEOUS. Once I leave Boost I will NEVER go back.
The manager Donna is so helpful, I got 2 iPhones for 200.00 !!! Amazing customer service!
Best service plans, inexpensive phones, reasonable priced accessories that go with my style, friendly staff, & LGBTQA+ friendly/accepting (just needs the window sticker)! The manager that took over in October really knows her stuff, & has been super nice explaining everything quite well when Ive had questions! Thankfully that glow-in-dark orange walls were repainted a calmer, more inviting tone! Bonus, its a sponsoring pokemon stop just a few steps from a pokemon gym that never stays a single team owned for long! I just hope that new hire can keep up with their manager, they both really seem to know what there stuff is & how it compaires to others!
The worst customer care I have EVER dealt with. It has been a week and a half and they still cant get the phones I ordered for my family. I keep calling and they say over and over that they will be there in a couple days. And still just a couple more days. Blah blah blah
The store is hardly actually open during the posted business hours and the people running it can be less than helpful

Great customer service
I am not a customer of boost mobile. However my friend is. I take my friend to pay her bill and everytime this store is late opening the doors. I cannot understand why how a place of business opens late everytime an still stays in business.
Signed me up for a plan that I didnt want had to spend a hour on the phone to fix my stuff with customer service. Manager here is rude and unfriendly charges a activation fee when you can activate your phone by yourself for fee I recommend this to activate on your own its easy and FREE versus having to pay a fee for this store to do it
